Watermelon Whirl

it isn’t often that bath and body works makes watermelon scented body care items, but they really kinda hit the mark with this scent! watermelon whirl smells like the taste of a watermelon dum dum, which makes this fragrance great for people who love candy! however, i personally don’t like scents that are too sweet, so i couldn’t imagine wearing this everyday since i would feel like a child. the longevity and projection of this scent isn’t that great, but i never really expect that from bath and body works. i have seen the comparisons of what the design of the bottle looks like, and unfortunately i see it LMAO. overall, i wouldnt wear this scent BUT it’s not that bad for people who loveee watermelon scented stuff

I was at my local mall yesterday and went into Bath and Body Works where these were displayed in the front of the store. At first glance, they remind me of the Daise body mists/lotions that you can buy at Target. It seems like Bath and Body works has lost it's way. Back in the day, they were amazing. Now, with the oversaturation of bath and body products on the market, it's sad that they would want to mimic a newer brand probably due to viral here today, gone tomorrow brands that usually pop up on tiktok and the like. Sad. I remember a time when launches like Charmed Life, Tahiti Island Treat, etc.

Juicy, sugary, and soft musk. They nailed it. Might be a “juvenile” scent but my little millennial heart doesn’t care. This whole line is bomb, but this watermelon one is my favorite and I don’t usually do sugary fruit smells. This is perfect for summer and fresh out the shower, or a beach/pool day. It’s sweet and fresh at the same time. I’m obsessed. I’m coming for the banana body wash next. And the packaging is just too cute. This fragrance gives me 2000s vibes in the best way possible. Fruity with fresh musk, and I’m a sucker for anything with peony so I should have known that was in it lol.
