Whipped Coconut Milkshake

Omg I’m addicted to this. It smells like a coconut cake with sweetened condensed milk in it with some warm ambery notes. I layered it with Nest Madagascar Vanilla oil last night, and it was even more addicting! I swore I could barely smell this line when I tested it at the store, but you have to try this one out. It get stronger as the bottle sits. The first day I wore this, every time I tossed my hair over my shoulder I kept trying to figure out what shampoo I used that smelled so good! Later on, I noticed the smell on my robe and realized it was this! While the body lotion will stay on your clothes all day and radiate a bit, I feel like the fragrance mist sits closer to the skin and doesn’t project much. Although, with the fragrance mist alone, I do get some really lovely whiffs of it throughout the day. Really beautiful for the summer. EASY reach, and great for layering! Comparisons: It’s not “buttery popcorn” like the sol de Janeiro coconut. It’s not heavy or floral at all like B&bW coco paradise (or the likes of alien goddess, beach walk, etc...). I’m getting backups for sure because I’m already working through this bottle! ETA: I just noticed the philosophy warm cashmere comparisons! Yes! I but with a coconut note of course 😁

Look, I have a ton of gourmands from B&BW. I absolutely adore the synthetic aspect of so many of them such as strawberry pound cake, blueberry sugar pancakes, and confetti cake pop. When I put on whipped coconut milkshake for the first time, about an hour later I was so confused because it smelled as if I had a real life coconut dessert somewhere near me. This smells extremely realistic, not synthetic whatsoever. I absolutely adore this, the vanilla ice team is exactly that, and the coconut smells toasted for sure. It’s a warm fragrance, I can’t wait to get more wear out of this. It’s perfect for all year round but I’m excited for it during spring/summer for a beautiful gourmand spin on a tropical scent. As far as comparisons to coconut cream pie, coconut cream pie is thicker, heavier, and louder. It’s obviously ooey caramel and baked pie crust. I don’t get much coconut from that one, but this one is full on coconut & vanilla. Frosted coconut snowball is also coconut, vanilla with sugar notes. WCM is more vanilla heavy and balanced. Frosted coconut snowball is a mostly sugary coconut to me.

Wow, I really enjoy this one. To me and on my skin, this smells like a warm, milky coconut surrounded by a sunny amber. It doesn't have the 'plastic/synthetic' smell that I often get from coconut scents (at least when they react with my skin chemistry). I truly love coconut scents but most of them react with my skin in a way that is unpleasant to my nose. Excited for SAS so I can stock up on the cream and shower gel! As an aside, one of my favorite 'date night' combos is this (shower gel, cream, FFM) layered with Alien Goddess Intense. It amps up the coconut in that scent and plays really well with the deep amber in that perfume, chef's kiss!

Smells really nice exactly like vanilla ice cream with hints of coconut Can’t really smell the amber in it though ? But overall smells good delicious gourmand scent but I feel as though imma need to let it grow on me after a couple uses . I also find that it smells similar to curly hair products I use that contain coconut in it. (edit) I am INLOVE and I’m about to buy another one asap (edit) yall I went and bought the last two at my local fragrance store and I am so sad bbw discontinued this scent im going to cling onto my last 3 for however long bc its that bomb😍

loooove this. coconut is hit or miss for me (fresher scents like frosted coconut snowball were not for me) since i like gourmands, not fresh/shampoo-y/salty scents. this is perfect, and definitely gives the vibes of coconut ice cream. it's not a toasty, caramelly coconut like i was expecting, but it's so creamy and lactonic and delicious. i just wish it lasted longer and projected more! it would be perfect for year-round if it was just stronger, but with how light it is, i think it's best for the warmer months.
