It has notes of white birch, velvety rose and a drop of strawberry nectar. Scet description : It is mostly a woody fragrance with that strawberry nectar to give it a bright, sophisticated touch. I don't detect any rose in here, if there is a rose note here then it must have been blended with that strawberry nectar quite well. From the first blast of the spray to the dry down it remains the same. Just a powerful, slightly powdery, white wood note that smells refreshingly sweet. You're the one would have been a boring average woody/musky fragrance if it wasn't for that strawberry nectar. I hate strawberries in fragrances generally, most of the time they smell synthetic or not juicy, creamy or refreshing enough for me. But the strawberry note in here is done so right. It's so jammy, ultra sweet & delicious. It's like the heart of the fragrance, you can clearly detect that strawberry note. This fragrance is very dear to my heart, i've so many memories attached to this fragrance :') Though this was not an instant love on the first sniff, but it grew on me so well now to the point i don't ever wanna run out of this fragrance. I own the 88 ml version of it which is about half way used & i'm already planning on buying a full size mist as a backup. This is elegance, sophisticated, rich lady in a velvety red sleeveless dress in a bottle. This should be in your bag especially if you're going on a honeymoon. It screams love is in the air kind of vibe. *Like red hearts flying everywhere* ♥ ( ̆ 3 ̆)♥ This might come across as a bit too mature/something our grandmas would wear for a lot of younger audiences, but personally i quite like it, it's polished, mature and smells incredible. The projection is mind blowing, fills up the entire room with the sweet aroma. The longevity is epic as well, you either need the body cream or the mist. If you pair the body cream and mist, oh boy! You are gonna have people swooning over you. This is a winter appropriate scent according to me, preferably should be worn in the evening. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This seems to be reformulated. It's a little weaker now, yet still very strong with impressive sillage. Go easy on the trigger with this one. I am not typically a fan of rose fragrances. The rose is sweet but not too sweet; a little green, a little powdery, mixed in perfect harmony with just the right amount of tart strawberry nectar. Reminds me of a candied rose jam. To my nose this smells expensive and perfumey. The tiniest bit of birch thrown in makes this go from girly to classy, but not stuffy. I really didn't like this the first time I smelled it but sometimes you have to give something another chance. It's easy to go anosmic when you are testing a lot of fragrances at once. This smells mature in the most seductive way. Like a femme fatale dressed in all red and high heels - unbothered and sophisticated. Still, I know that all ages could fall in love with this. Combine this with the body cream and you are going to smell good all day and barely have to reapply. This creates an intoxicating scent trail. Easily one of my new favorites. I don't recommend this to anyone that likes light fragrance. Again, go easy on the trigger if you don't want people to smell you from across the room! This is a great date night perfume but also tame enough to wear just running errands or to the grocery store. That makes me love it so much more. I appreciate when bath & body make a fragrance that I don't have to reapply several times a day or burn through in a month. I wish this hadn't been reformulated because that version had the best performance. That's the only complaint I have. This has similar performance quality to Luminous, which is also a new favorite. I've already bought back ups because I'm head over heels in love:). We love a good bath & body mist that performs like a perfume.

I had this sitting on my shelf for months and finally decided to test it—and wow. At first spray, I get a sweet, perfumey rose with a sugary strawberry touch. Nothing loud, nothing sharp. I initially thought, “okay, this is pretty,” and then I forgot about it. But the drydown... oh my god. As it warms on my skin, it becomes absolutely delicious and addictive. I kept catching whiffs and genuinely wondering what perfume smells so good, only to realize it was this on my wrist. It smells far more like a perfume than a body mist. Despite many reviews describing it as a jammy rose, that’s not how it wears on me at all. The rose is gentle, soft, and petal-like, not syrupy or heavy. The strawberry doesn’t turn cooked or thick either—it stays light, sugary, and beautifully balanced with the rose. Neither note overwhelms the other. On my skin, it’s best described as a soft rose wrapped in sugary strawberry sweetness, with a clean, smooth warmth underneath that makes it feel elegant and wearable. Feminine, romantic, and quietly addictive. This one really blooms with time, and the drydown is what makes it special. I’m officially obsessed! Seriously delicious and addicting!😍 For context, I have warm, scent-amplifying skin, and this blooms beautifully rather than turning heavy or jammy.

It makes me smell expensive and royal. It's sweet yet woody. Not at all a fan of rose fragrances but watched so many YouTube videos and their descriptions were appealing. Bought it and instantly I fell in love with it. I keep spraying it on my wrist and smelling it. It's addictive. You smell less strawberries and more rose but it's one fragrance I know I won't stop buying. There is also a sharp spicy smell that is what makes this scent so gorgeous. It settles on my skin a bit creamy, more powdery and when I sniff it, warmth follows down my throat through my nose. I'd describe this one as lovers in honeymoon period, pure love in the air feels. The name is apt, you're the one because if someone smells like this you can't really think about anyone else!

Affordable Yet expensive smelling, very loud fragrance that nobody could ignore not to mention the incredible lasting power (6-8 hours) for a body spray thats a really long time, strong rose in here but with a touch of sweetness with the Strawberry nectar, if your not a fan of rose scents I wouldn't really reccomend it, I've heard people say it's a dupe for miss dior, I only have the mini sample that I bought off ebay, not sure if its a fake but If it's really authentic then they smell nothing alike a similar vibe to miss dior blooming boquet would be rose by Bath & Body Works but again wouldn't say it's a dupe. I only have this in the Shimmer mist but I'm gonna buy the regular one

Don't listen to the clowns on this page, this is one of the best and long lasting scents from BBW. It smells as others have said a tone down version of Lancome Idole EDP. It smells classy and sophisticated. The sillage is amazing and the lasting power on me is about 2 hrs considering how much I paid for it. I layer this with the lotion version and everyone keeps complimenting about my fragrance. I would mainly use this during the cooler months but overall I am beyond thrilled that it only costs me a fraction of a price compared to a niche brand that smells like an ashtray.

This is my most complimented BBW body mist so far. My friends said I smell so good whenever I use You're The One. Especially when I hug someone, the same comment is popped up. AT the opening this is quite strong fruity scent, but after 5 minutes it's getting subtle, soft and woody. The longevity is better than another basic BBW body mist. It last up to 4 hours on my skin and the whole day on my clothes. Something I wish I could have from all BBW body mist! :) But I definitely will repurchase. I hope BBW doesn't discontinue this one.

One of the few bbw mists that was instantly memorble, it's a fruity rose with a mossy effect that gives it a wet leaf "natural" vibe. I do think it's a little screechy tbh, but I love that fruity rose so much personally. It gives me innocent notions of romance, cartoonish hearts and roses...which...maybe better than dealing with the real thing... Just needs to be grounded a bit more. Lataffa Mohra the pink one was a more reasonable similar experience, but..I dunno could be better? Didn't try lan'come yet.

This is the most long lasting and potent fragrance from Bath and Bodyworks by far! This is one of my favorite scents of all time. I’m a big fan of rose perfumes, and this one is unique to me, with the sugary sweetness of the strawberry syrup accord, it can be a little too cloying in hot weather. But in general, this is one of my favorite scents to wear around the house for my own enjoyment. You can’t beat the price! In my opinion it performs like a perfume, but for the price of a body mist.

Beautiful, rosey, jammy, yummy. I didn't expect to like this as much as I did, even though it caught my curiosity and I blind bought it. I layer this with CH Very Good Girl sometimes and really enjoy that combination. I feel like this is the kind of scent that gets better if you let it sit in a cool dark place for a while. This also smells really clean to me so I've been enjoying wearing this right out of the shower as well. It blooms so well in the summer heat too, I'm impressed.

I watched a million YouTube reviews and read so many reviews here on fragrantica. I immediately purchased it online. Honestly I expected so much better. It's nothing special and definitely not a head turner. After spraying this, within a minute or two it becomes so soft, I could barely smell it. Tbh this smells like an air freshener. More floral than fruity. I would not buy it again! I'd rather suggest people buy 'into the night', it's more long lasting and projects really well.

This is one of the best Bath And Body Works has come out with.The rose, strawberry and birch go so great together just enough of each this is also our opinion as everybody's body chemistry is different and has there own opinion, may smell great on some and not so good on other's. We love this fragrance yes I said we my husband also wears it and he wears it well. Last all day on us. Remember fragrances don't have genders wear what you like.

such a pretty rose and strawberry fragrance. romantic and feminine without swaying too much towards mature or childish. perfect in between. very much giving valentines day in a bottle, but wearable all year round since it isnt too sweet or too fresh! i love layering this with jimmy choo rose passion to bring out the rose in it! it doesnt last long, around 2-3 hours max but its good for a body mist. reapply throughout the day if you can.

This is literally my favorite BBW scent! So sultry and sexy. This is definitely date night worthy! The rose is not overpowering at all, doesn't give old lady whatsoever! I will love this frag and have it in my collection forever! I've had both the body mist and EDP and they last just as long as eachother. The mist is so long lasting u don't need the EDP. I don't recommend wearing in hot weather as it can be cloying

I tried this one in the store based on so many glowing reviews and honestly, I think it's my fav BBW ever. I bought the spray, the lotion, and the bath gel. Very pretty. Very girly. Strong like a perfume. I smell all three scents of rose, birch, and strawberry. This is pretty enough to be a signature scent. I keep buying the older version of this up when I can bc I don't ever want to be without it.

You're The One is one of those fragrance that outperforms itself as a body mist, it can and definitely will go further as an EDP itself. Upon first spray, it quickly gave this first impression of a high-end designer mist. It gives off very addictive smell with bursts of roses and strawberry. But it also has hints of expensive floral fruity scent to it. Great for romantic dinner dates.

This is beautiful! Such a lovely, powdery scent. Strong but so so lovely, there's a reason it's so popular. First smelt it from my mum wearing it, it smelt very fresh and my sister and I couldn't stop asking her what she was wearing. If you don't like strong scents stay away, but if you like this you'll LOVE it. Smells like an expensive confident woman is the way I'd describe it lol

As an almost dupe of Lancome "Idole" (I have both and enjoy them equally), it smells like the most luxurious "jammy roses" you could ever dream of, with a dash of strawberry added to a much deeper woody base. It's mature and classy, absolutely stunning. Plus, it performs like a high-end perfume. I think this is one of the best rose fragrances that BBW has ever come up with.

Sweetest JAMMY rose, Amber scent ever! The rose will smack you, the strawberry isn’t an artificial scent it’s actually really natural sour strawberry note, like how it tastes, with a powdery rose, and an rosy amber, can turn kinda musky but in a good way! Blends really well with natural skin heat and scent compared to a paper. Lasts really long and the scent projects, 9/10

Gorgeous scent! Wish I can wear it more often but I don't want to. Coz everywhere I go someone's wearing it! But this smells so good. Sophisticated and sexy. Not something like a mist. You don't need the layering lotuon for it. You don't need the edp either. That's how loud this is.

Bought this back in 2022 after I saw a YouTube review saying it is a dupe for Idole. And I gotta say, they're sooo similar! This one is a tad more sweet, but aside from that, they're identical. The projection and sillage of this body mist are unusually strong, 3-4 sprays are enough.

To me the body mist smells more floral than fruity but there is a sweetness to it. I usually prefer gourmand scents but this one is really good for a floral scent. My favourite from the BBW line is "Into the Night". It's more long lasting and projects better compared to this one.

I love anything with strawberries in it. This one lasts a bit longer on my skin compared to the other BBW sprays (I think because it has birch and woody notes tends to last longer). I like it very much!! It’s a more “perfumy” scent.

At the beginning it smells very much like Idole by lancome. But then it smells different. I'm in love with it. People say it's really like perfume, but I feel like after a few hours it's weaker. Overall, the smell is perfect!

I never pay full price for anything at Bath and Body Works, except for You're the One. This is a such a compliment getter. It smells grown, but not vintage. Rosey yet sweet. Sexy yet wearable. You need You're the One.

You're the One, Dream Bright, Luminous, Fairytale, Into the Night and In the Stars are the most expensive smelling fragrance mists from bbw. That said, You're the One and Into the Night last over 24 hrs on clothes.

A mature & sexy frangance for sure!! I don't smell the strawberry note much. The rose is very overpowering but perhaps that's just my bottle. This has been on my wishlist for a long time & I'm obsessed

I was watching YouTube for b&bw reccomendarions and found this one i was a bit skeptical but omg I love it. To me its like a perfume and makes you smell more confident. I've gotten so much compliment.

I’m surprised at how much I liked this one! Very pretty sweet rose and woods scent. Very very sweet. I find that this a suitable scent to wear all year round, and the longevity is great! 🌹❤️

for a BODY MIST this is very long lasting! it got me over six hours with strong projection in the first couple of hours. it smells like an actual perfume which is pretty sweet too.

Okay, so You’re The One is... fine. It’s not a bad scent at all, but it’s definitely not one of my favorites. It’s got that soft, cozy vibe that makes it nice for wearing indoors, especially after a warm bath or before bed. If you like something comforting, it does the job. But if you’re looking for something strong and long-lasting, this one might disappoint you. Scent-wise, it’s supposed to have notes of strawberry nectar, rose absolute, and white birch, but honestly? I don’t pick up on the strawberry at all. If anything, it leans more into the floral side, with the rose being the most noticeable. It’s a gentle, slightly powdery floral rather than a fresh-cut rose, and there’s a subtle creamy warmth underneath, which I’m guessing comes from the birch. It makes it feel smooth and soft, almost like a cozy blanket. The biggest downside for me is the weak longevity. Even when I layer it with the body cream, it fades way too quickly, which is frustrating because I actually want to enjoy it longer. It’s one of those scents you kind of have to keep reapplying throughout the day if you want to smell it for more than a couple of hours. Overall, it’s a nice, easygoing fragrance, but not one I’d reach for if I wanted something noticeable. It’s perfect for lounging at home, bedtime, or a chill day in, but definitely not a powerhouse. If you love florals that stay close to the skin, you might enjoy it- but for me, it’s just alright.

Dupe of Lancome idole, floral fruity woody mist it's performace as a perfume not as a mist. This fragrance you can wear it any time during the day or at night, in winter or summer. It lasts 6 hours on the leather and 12 hours on the clothes. I buy it before boycott and I will search on alternative frangrance if I want to repeat it, I guess that there is a brand (body philosophy - British brand) have this choice. The fragrance of flowers in this mist seems that the flowers mixed with a very little of whipped cream this is what I feel when I smelling it. This was almost a goner. 5 MONTHS! 5 months and I was just about to declutter this from my collection because I wasn't going to keep such an astringent, mature smelling perfume that reminded me personally of red door by Elizabeth Arden. I was jealous of all the ladies saying this is a beautiful scent and that they could smell the strawberry. For me, there was no strawberry smell, just a tart juice smell with that older perfumery smell. I tried so many times to convince myself that I liked it but to no success. I really didn't like this. Yes, it last long and projects LOUD! It was bad for me for such a long time. This past week, I finally was honest and placed it in my throw away pile. I am done keeping scents I dont like. Something told me just try it one last time before i chucked it. I dont know what happened from the last time I smelled this to now, but it smells SO GOOD! I actually smell the strawberry and the mature smell isn't there like it was, it actually smells like idole, which I like. I wore this to work, and I still smelled the scent on my clothes a day later. This grew on me in such a nice way.

YTO is very, very...pretty. I can see why this has become a sort of gateway between body sprays and full on perfumes, because it is a notch above the morass of offerings B&BW releases. And, for a body mist, it has fantastic performance, and I think the EDP is easily on par with most fragrances on the designer market. It's frutier than the "drop of strawberry nectar" denotes, it's a jammy strawberry as it opens, and the berry persists even as it settles. I see people complain about this being too rosey occasionally, which I find surprising, because this is the sort of easy Millennial/Gen Z rose that really takes the heavy potpourri rose tones out and leaves sweetened pinkness behind. I find this exceptionally easy to appreciate, and I can't imagine anyone aside from the most rose-avoident people disliking this. It's just easy! I mean, yes...it's marketed a little glamorously compared with other fragrances from B&BW, but even B&BW's more perfumey things are still relatively tame. (Cross posted to both entries) 🌹 🌞

I've let the fragrance mist rest for a while after transit. the scent reminded me of mall sales assistants because there is this one time that one of them smelled exactly as similar to this scent profile. now honestly I really do not know how to feel with this scent ( because of that impression ack ), but I do agree with most of the reviews saying that this can pass up as a perfume. I sprayed this over my arm and 4 hours after I could still smell it. I *might* use this for several occasions, but I'm not going to use this for formal events because I believe there are other scents that are better than this one and this scent doesn't pass as my signature for that. but honestly, the strawberry twist in this mist smells lovely, I'm glad that it doesn't emit a plain, simple rose scent. ♡

For the mist: YtO starts with a crisp, fruity, airy and youthful rose (at this stage I sensed green apple or pear moreso than strawberry). In the heart it sweetens like a rose in full bloom with a juicy strawberry (but thankfully it is not syrupy or jammy on my skin). As the dry down approaches, the fruity rose gives room to a grounding woodsy accord and occasionally I sense a smooth suede note as well (?the birch). The performance is very good for a FF mist. While it’s not an exact dupe for Lan. Idole (IMO), it is still very good for layering with it or any rosy perfume. YtO is great on its own right and I’ll definitely use it alone. Well done BBW.

As much as I miss this scent, there is something stops me from buying it again. I had it two years ago and it’s cool, comforting, with a mix of strawberries and alot of florals. It honestly smells like an actual perfume, not just a body mist. I love collecting Bath & Body Works sprays that smell like perfume, and I enjoy using them around the house But this one? There’s something’s missing and i don’t know what exactly. As pretty as it is, I don’t think I’d repurchase the mist. Maybe I’d get the lotion or the candle instead, because the scent is soft and elegan but the mist just doesn’t pull me in anymore.

This is a great scent if you aren't that in to florals and you would like to have something simple. It is dark and sexy and great for everyday wear. It would also make a great summer evening scent. The rose notes are tame and rich and the dry down reveals a robust woodsy note that almost smells musky? I will say it does not have fantastic longevity or sillage, which might be a bonus for you if you want to be considerate to others, but I usually need 4-5 sprays on my clothes and it still only lasts about 4-6 hours, after that I can only smell it if I put my nose to my clothes.

Wow! I was petty surprised by this fragrance. This fragrance is feminine, and alluring. It's perfect for evenings out or when you desire an extra dash of glamour. At first the rose was a little much for my taste, but once it dries down it turns into something rich, refined, and undeniably elegant. It has decent longevity and a soft yet impressive sillage that draws compliments. Bought as a gift to my mom. And I'm glad to chose this as the scent brings nostalgia, a 90's vibe should I say. At first sniff it may come as strong but after awhile it becomes prettier and the dry down I love how the strawberry is there complementing the floral and woodsy scents. What I love the most is the trail.. This is one of the scents that leaves more scent to people around you and MORE beautiful than you having to sniff it directly to your skin. Definitely a compliment-getter fragrance. Hope my mother will like it too.

this is def for my floral girlies! its light, airy and powdery, id say its a safe blind buy. but I WAS PROMISED STRAWBERRY. me personally, i cannot smell the strawberry its kind of embarrassing how i discovered this perfume, i walked into the store to check if they had strawberry pound cake bbw and they didnt, so the store clerk dragged me around and showed me mists with strawberry notes and it was so awkward i ended up caving and buying it BAHAHAH but it IS a good scent, very light and floral forward. like it!! :3

Smells like a perfume shop. A nondescript "perfume" scent. If you combined all of the most popular floral perfumes that came out within the last 20 years they'd smell something like this. Very rosy but in a syrupy way- not dry at all. Very heavy. I prefer this one to Covered In Roses. Reminds me of Macy's. Definitely one of B&BW's stronger scents. Get it on sale. The mists will usually be $5.95 at least once a month; never buy full price.
