Gris Charnel Extrait

I own both Gris Charnel EDP and Gris Charnel Extrait, and the Extrait is my favourite of the two. They are similar but not identical and like many people said, if this is a scent profile you enjoy, it would not be redundant to own both. The Extrait is a more intense, dark, intoxicating version of the original Gris Charnel. I believe it's the vanilla, combined with tonka bean, that contributes to the exquisite dry down of the Extrait. To me, it's 100% unisex but you need to enjoy this scent profile to like this - woody, dark vanilla, sandalwood and cardamom. If you're only used to wearing very feminine, sweet, floral fragrances, this will appear slightly masculine to you. The Extrait has very good longevity on me - I get 8 to 10 hours with strong projection for the first 4 hours. With the original Gris Charnel, I only got around 4-6 hours, with moderate projection for the first 2 hours. I still wear and love both, but I save the original Gris Charnel for everyday use, and the Extrait for evening and going out, when I want my fragrance to be bold and noticeable. If there's one word I could use to describe the Extrait, it's confident - this is how you will feel when wearing it. Also, don't be put off by the price - this is a 100ml bottle, which you can often get with a 10% of 15% discount, which makes it a lot more affordable than other niche fragrances. I absolutely love BDK as a house and I find them very affordable compared to other niche houses - when you look at the price per ml - and the quality definitely is there.

Currently own a sample of this and wearing it as my scent of the day. I smelled it for the first time in a separate batch of samples I purchased last year and knew immediately that I had fallen in love with it. Spicy -- but not in an overstated way -- seductively creamy, and complex. Just a lovely and luxurious scent, and no slack in terms of performance either. I've been looking for an iris fragrance to add to my little collection for a while now. I used to own Gentleman EdP Reserve Privée by Givenchy and although I enjoyed it quite a bit before gifting it to a friend, Gris Charnel Extrait is levels above for me personally. That's not to say that it would be redundant to own both, but being that they are cousins in my eyes and I'm trying to curate my collection, I am more inclined to choose just one. The only issue in my prioritization of acquiring a full bottle is that, based on some discussion I've seen online (YouTube, reviews here, etc.) it seems worthwhile to get my nose on Dior Homme Intense before pulling the trigger due to the price difference and level of similarity. So, I’ll wait, hold on to the rest of my sample, compare it with DHI... and the story is to be continued. Update: tried DHI, it's great and can see the similarities but it just doesn't cut it in my opinion. Something creamier and sweeter about this one that's just irresistible to me. Perhaps the fig? I will be purchasing a full bottle. 10/10

I love this one! It was love from the first sniff! Got this a few weeks ago and the OG today. I like the OG but I really love this one. It somehow reminds me of Dior Homme Parfum the old version. I know they have nothing in common except the iris note but both to me have this velvety dark mysterious vibe about them. The opening of this one gives me the same feeling Dior Homme Parfum 2014/2020 used to give me. The iris here is different earthy and non the lipstiky one like in DHP. Then comes the lovely jammy sweet syrupy fig. It just melts. The fig here is sweeter and jammier compared to the OG where it is more milky. The sandal wood is stronger and sweeter mixes really well with the vanilla. The sandal wood in this one reminds me of the sandalwood in jpg scandal Parfum. It’s sweet dence and woody and so calming and warm. I unfortunately don’t get much of black tea on my skin (which I would love to). Love the patchouli and cardamom in this one. It’s dark it’s woody it’s spicy it’s sweet but not too sweet it’s warm it’s amazing. The dry down on me is most prominently the vanila with some quiet sandal wood and quiet dreamy fig. On my skin the fig stays till the very end it just goes more quiet. Bought mine on a discounter for around 180€ which is a good price having in mind it costs 260€ whee I am. Longevity and projection are really good on me.

I got my bottle few days ago. This is not a new scent or even too different from the original. This is an improvement! . I would say the original and the extrait are similar by 90%. Simply, the extrait is woody and smokey version of the original . I'm not sure if this is spicier, I feel both the EDP and the extrait have equal spiciness from cardamom. This extrait is not linear, it start with tea and cardamom then after 20min fig join the party with milky addtion, after 30min it gets very smoky from vetiver, and with time it gets sweater from the vanilla and tonka beans. This perfume is centered around tonka beans. I want to clarify for some youtubers that this composition is unique, I don't believe that BDK want to copy YSL la nuit de l'homme, not even inspired by it. The fig, black tea and cardamom mix is creative. The longevity is super, it last 7 to 10 hours. Sillage is good for the 1st hour but boom after one hour it gets smokey with excellent sillage. Rating 8.5/10 I wished if it has more cardamom & tea. Update After wearing the extrait many times I feel the scent is definitely sweater and slightly leans feminine. TBH I don't care, the scent is phenomenal, love it! I just want more cardamom in it.

This perfume exudes not just class, but also warmth and comfort in equal measure. It opens with a bold burst of cardamom, introducing a slight bitterness that perfectly balances the richness of vanilla and the depth of woody notes. The initial impression is green and slightly sour, with a hint of smooth leather adding complexity. As it dries down, the fragrance transforms into something incredibly cozy—creamy vanilla wrapped in the soft warmth of vetiver and tonka bean. It feels frothy, almost milky, with a velvety sweetness that I absolutely adore. While the opening leans a bit masculine, the dry-down shifts beautifully into a more feminine softness. This is definitely the perfume of a sophisticated, well-dressed and sexy woman. The sillage of this perfume is intimate, only at arm's length but I actually prefer it this way. It'll be too overwhelming if the sillage is stronger. The longevity is excellent, it lasts for 12+ hours on my skin. Nothing to complain about its peformance. Overall: Perfume: 9/10 Sillage: 6/10 Longevity: incredible, 10/10

Dark, yet airy and evolving. The opening to me has a pleasant fig note with a waxy almost powdery scent riding just underneath along an earthy note and as the dry down continues it becomes more waxy iris and the woody notes begin to come in an out. When you get far into the dry down after a few hours there’s a vanilla that pops its head out. I’ve only been in the fragrance game for a year or so and have a couple niche fragrances but by no means have a developed nose, but this one is pleasant to me and not as challenging as some other niche fragrances. Could be work/office safe if you don’t blast yourself, it works great as a night scent. On my skin this fragrance PUMPS for the first 1-2 hours then remains a decent scent bubble for another 5-7 hours. Do NOT overspray this one lol. I sprayed my arm to do a first test sniff and I could smell the woody vanilla on my skin almost 20 hours later until I scrubbed it off in the shower. For msrp of over 300 usd I would not pick up the scent but on third party discounters I’d say it’s worth it.

Recently picked this up after sampling it in a niche shop. Pure class, absolutely stunning! I call this one Imagination's Evil Twin. Although quite different from one another, they both have this calming tea note that im in love with. Imagination during the daytime and warmer weather and Gris Charnel Extrait in the evening and cooler weather. Starts off pretty dark and a bit smoky but still retains a pleasantness throughout its life. I don't get much fig which I'm bummed about but it is there as I detect a bit of fruit and the vanilla isn't too sweet. The vanilla reminds me of that in PDM Pegasus without the metallic smell that people dislike. Performance wise it does last quite a while (8+ hours) which I consider to be good, my only complaint is that I wish it projected more. Quality ingredients, beautiful bottle and great atomizer. I'd say it's unisex but it does have a darker edge to it that can come off as masculine. So happy I picked this up, considering getting a backup bottle as it is signature scent worthy. 9.5/10

Extrait is the ultimate date night fragrance with warm cozy vibe without being a gourmand. Cardamom and black tea in the opening reminds a cup of black tea with milk for me, although many others have said it reminds of chai latte -- it is not that spicy. Let's come to a middle ground it is a cardamom tea. On the dry down there is Vetiver notes but it is not your typical Vetiver fragrance smell. Maybe balanced out with some Iris. It is a bit boozy at this point. As it goes further and further, Vanilla makes an appearance, checking all the boxes for a sensual scent. Extrait is more of a fall/ winter and evening/ night fragrance set to evoke sensuality. This is the only one date night fragrace one might need. EDP might be suitable for three seasons and day time too -- I guees. What's lovely about Gris Charnel is it's very subtle, sophisticated, smooth. It doesn't scream for attention but it's not hidden either. It's a well balanced blend.

Love at first sniff. I got this as a 2ml sample vial when I bought G&B Ingenious Ginger from a mall in Thailand. The SA told me to check it out, and happily slid this into the bag. When I got home and sprayed this, my eyes immediately widened. This is perfect. I immediately wanted a bottle of this. Gris Charnel Ext opens up with a nice dark cardamom, fig and a hint of tea in the back. The dry down is also as good as the opening, it dries down to this nice and comforting vanilla with woody essence. The overall character of this fragrance is dark, yet inviting. It's like a man in a black trench coat with a striking face. Sadly, as someone who lives in a hotter climate, this is really hard to reach for. I really wish I could find a reason to buy and use this fragrance, because the only draw back of this fragrance is how bad it is with hotter weather. It's really the only reason holding me back from buying a full bottle of this.

‘Gris Charnel Extrait’ feels like the more seductive, more luxurious version of an already beautiful idea. On my skin, it smells like smooth black tea, creamy woods, soft spices, and dark fig wrapped together in a way that feels intimate, elegant, and very addictive. What I love most is how plush and refined it feels. It has warmth and depth, but it never becomes loud, rough, or clumsy. Everything is blended so smoothly that it feels less like separate notes and more like one seamless, velvety atmosphere. There is something very polished and sensual about it, but also calm and comforting at the same time. For me, this is an extrait that justifies its existence: richer, deeper, and more enveloping than the original, while still keeping the tea-and-wood character that makes ‘Gris Charnel’ so special. A gorgeous unisex fragrance, and one of the smoothest things BDK Parfums has released so far. 9/10. 🍵🫖🇫🇷🌟

Bu meyve ağacın incir ağacı olduğunu düşünün. O kadar çok meyve vermiş ki yerlere dökülmüş. Ağızda bırakmış olduğu tanen tadı ile , yerdeki olgun tatlı incirlerin kokusu gibi. Esans oranı olarak ben yüzde 48 yaptığım için biraz boğucu oldu. Fakat çok güzel ve özel bir koku benim için. bir parfümü içmek isteseydim kesinlikle bunu tercih ederdim. Gourmand bir parfüm değil. Bunun yerine beynimde anısal olarak yer kazınmış keskin bir bıçak gibi hissettiriyor. 10/10

Amazing scent very similar to colognes worn in, incenses or general smells in 5 star hotels in Vienna and Amsterdam respectively. The smell is very comforting and cozy think walking 20 minutes though Chicago or Amsterdam in the freezing sleet and getting to a cozy coffee shop with a warm chocolate filled pastry and a fireplace. The comforting safety is the character of the smell. On me the smell is a cardamom , fig and vanilla mixture. I do wish it had more projection I enjoy smelling it and it gets rather weak after a few hours. 9.5/10 fragrance overall objectively to me. 7.5 realistically if silage and longevity is what you are looking for. I would not be certain it’s worth a full bottle buy but definitely worth $30-$50 of decants to me. I hope this helps someone find out if this is worth their money!

It took me a really long time to come around into liking this fragrance, and that's totally on me. This is a beautiful fragrance, a mix of fig, cardamom, tea and iris that's blended to perfection. Price aside, there isn't a single bad thing I can say about this fragrance. Scent? Amazing, even if at first you don't like it, sample it a second, a third, and even a 10th time (I sure know I needed to). Longevity? We're talking no less than 10 hours on skin, and well over 2-3 DAYS on clothes. Projection? Maybe 10 feet / 3 meters away if you're sitting in place, and the trail it leaves is heavenly. And lastley, it's memorable as all hell, I've had several people ask me "what fragrance were you wearing that day" even WEEKS after I wore it around them. All things considered? this is an easy 10/10.

If you're still debating between Gris Charnel Extrait and Liam in 2026, please just don't! Liam has amped up cardamom, iris and vanilla, which muddies the other subtler notes and reads a lot sweeter and denser than GCE. GCE, on the other hand, is noticeably woodier and airier, leaving room for all notes to breathe and shine in a more nuanced and layered way, and eventually rendering a most magnificent drydown as compared to Liam's linear and collapsed. As for the use cases, GCE is so airy and smooth that could go on during spring, or even a cooler summer evening. Liam, though, I would not consider wearing that outside of a cold winter day. Liam also obviously doesn't use as high quality ingredients, making it come across as having much sharper edges next to GCE's expensive, velvety glide.

One of my most complimented fragrance especially by women. After smelling it for the first time i knew that this will be my signature scent from now on, but oh boy as the time passed and it started to maserate thats when the things got even better. When i got nose blind for the first time i thought the performance was really bad but then i tested it with one of my clothes, after smelling it the next day it was still strong and thats when it hit me that i was getting nose blind to it but people around me still could smell it. I am usually a oversprayer but when i spray this over 5 times i get nose blind by the first hour. HOWEVER. There is only 1 downside that when i spray this in hot weather or when im sweaty it smells like a really sweaty sex experience. Not in a good way though.

It opens with a bold hit of fig—almost overpowering at first. The cardamom is just as prominent, while a soft tea note lingers quietly in the background. As it settles, the fragrance smooths out into something far more comforting and refined, with a mature warmth driven by a subtle floral spice. In the drydown, patchouli becomes more noticeable, supported by a light touch of cedar. The fig and cardamom never fully disappear, but they integrate better over time, creating a more balanced composition. This one gets a lot of hype as an all-time great. While I do think it’s a very good fragrance, I wouldn’t quite put it in that elite tier. That said, it earns extra points for its solid performance, sitting on the higher end of moderate. Overall, I’d rate it an 8.5 out of 10.

It’s really strange how I love parts of the edp that this one doesn’t have and parts of this one that the edp doesn’t have. This is definitely more dense and dark and because of that my silage it’s not as big, which isn’t a deal breaker. I actually layered iso e super underneath this which increases the bubble size and the longevity which was eternal anyway but not necessary. The thing about the edp I love is that airiness but that’s the nature of the beast(great fragrance name btw). It may sound like a complaint but I’m nit picking. They are different enough imho to own both. They are that dang good!!! Btw the blending is so amazing!!! Love and love!!!

Decant Testing #6 This is a perfectly blended spicy, woody, sweet, and creamy fragrance that encapsulates every bystander’s attention. It has everything in it moderately; not a single note is redundant or overpowering. Projection-wise, it's noticeable to about arm's length, which is quite fine unless you want to choke others with your perfume. At the same time, it lasts at least 8 to 10 hours on skin. With 2 sprays on your clothes, it goes on for days. To cut it short, Gris Charnel Extrait is a banger choice for cold to mild seasons that you can wear with absolute certainty. It's a bit pricey, but you can overlook it for its quality.

Don’t know what it was, whether it were the scent macerating and the spiciness becoming better blended or my nose simply becoming more accepting of the scent profile, but I’ve really been loving this stuff for the last couple of months after over a year of owning the bottle. It’s deep, mature, and addictive, sweet and a masterpiece of deeper tea scents. If I could describe this with a scene, it would be an old couple sharing a cup of tea on a windswept porch while the dark yet allured scents of a nearby forest flow around them. Also VERY strong, 4 sprays max unless you’re in the business of clouding people out

A very approachable, quality niche fragrance with some good complexity. The smells are absolutely addictive as they come off your skin. It's not linear at all and I can smell each note as it dries over time and radiates off my arm. It seems to project high moderately with a nice balance of not too strong/not too quiet. So this makes it very ideal for most occasions. Perfectly unisex with a comforting and addictive, high quality/expensive soapy feel. Good stuff. Test it for yourself, try it a few times in different weather. It transforms and you have to experience it a few times to fully appreciate it.

Just divine. This fragrance is incredibly satisfying, it's perfectly blended, smooth and balanced. In comparison to the original Gris Charnel (which is quickly becoming one of my favourite/most worn fragrances) the Extrait is deeper, richer, more dense and a little smoky. I find this totally unisex. I do think this is more suitable for a man to wear rather than the original (which I personally find very feminine). This on a man would be incredibly sexy. I love wearing this in the cool weather, layered with the OG. Both the Extrait and the original SPARKLE in the rain... Delicious.

Exquisite fragrance. Really a clean, fresh, scent, with a perfect hint of woody sweetness. So many say this leans masculine, but the extrait version in particular to me leans feminine, at least on me. I love this one for the office or for any occasion where classy, elegant, sophistication is the vibe you are going for. It also layers well with other fragrances if there are notes you'd like to highlight--for example, creamy vanillas to soften it a little, or cozy gourmands (like BDK Velvet Tonka) if you'd like a warmer, cozy side.

Really good. I love this. This is THE frag to wear on a rainy day, or with dark clothes. Its supposed to be unisex and I guess it is but I think most people would associate this with male more than female. This probably is the most unique scent in my collection. I dont have anything that smells like this. 10/10 for me and will be in my collection forever. Blind bought back in 2022 and it was not what I was expecting but fell in love and havent looked back. Kinda smells like creamy dark moody woods. Not sweet like others say.

The first niche I ever bought, and for a reason. When I first smelled it in the store, that's when I knew I found my signature fragrance. I love the perfect blend of fig and the black tea, and the dry down of the beautiful vanilla note. The performance is also really good. Easily I get around +-12 hours. Also project like a beast. Guaranteed I will buy another bottle if it gets empty. Although it is classified as unisex, I find that this leans more masculine because of the dark/woody smell. It's just gorgeous, 100/10

I picked up my 3rd bottle of BDK - Gris Charnel Extrait today. It’s one of those fragrances that gets noticed every single time I wear it. I constantly receive compliments, and people even come up to me after meetings asking if I was in the room just to confirm it was my scent. I don’t think there’s been a single day wearing this without someone asking, “What are you wearing?” Is it a risky blind buy? Yes. But I definitely think it’s a fragrance that deserves to be tried and experienced before making a decision.

I accidentally ordered this sample instead of the original EDP. I love it, but it's quite intense to me as a woman! Clearly something I'd only wear in the evening in non-professional outing. It feels like sitting in a cozy, comfy, luxurious chair and being handed a slice of fig pie and a delicious warm tea by a handsome host. I like it on myself but I'm dreading smelling it on people around me; this scent is so addictive it would make any guy 5x more attractive to my eyes (or nose, for that matter)!

Gris Charnel extrait at a store that has most of the Niche fragrances. This BDK stood out once I actually sprayed it on my skin the scent came alive. The opening, I really enjoyed the Fig and Black Tea notes. This fragrance stayed on my skin for 12 hours. Gris Charnel extract is a scent I feel is best when dressed to impress. The tonka bean and vanilla dry down forced me to keep smelling my wrist. I’m simply blown away by this scent. This is second favorite BDK, second to Rouge Smoking Extrait.

Absolute stunner of a winter fragrance! The blend is almost perfect and the ingredients chosen seperate it from all of the other woody vanilla scents. The fig is unique and ties it all together. Its just a hair too sweet for me to be a perfect 10, but the powderiness of the iris allows it to stay mear the top for me. Theres just enough vanilla in there to balance the sweetness. I ran with 4 sprays and had about a 5' projection for 8+ hours. You can't get much better performance than that! 9/10

This fragrance is straight-up GOAT status. Dark, mysterious, and undeniably sexy. Gris Charnel Extrait perfectly captures coziness and sensuality in a bottle. The spicy cardamom and powdery iris opening grabs your attention instantly, then melts into a smooth, slightly sweet sandalwood wrapped in a soft touch of vanilla. It’s not a sweet fragrance—and that’s the point. This scent isn’t trying to be mass-appealing. It’s for when you don’t want to blend in, you just want to be yourself.

I have a decant to try of this as I already have the OG. I didn't want to like it as she's on the spenny side but my goodness I enjoyed wearing this today. From the first spray the cardamon spice is immediate - its almost cold smelling like a whiff of Eucalyptus but this quickly dries into a creamy delight. I love the cedar note. It is just such a well put together fragrance that is perfect for the cold weather. Think this one is going to have to have to go on the full bottle list.

Gris Charnel Extrait by BDK Parfums is a richer take on the original creation of Gris Charnel from the Perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui. A sophisticated yet cozy and elegant fragrance that showcases a beautiful iris heart surrounded by top notes of tea and fig as well as complimentary base of tonka and sandalwood. The performance of this fragrance on my skin is exceptional. This fragrance is truly wonderful and one of the best iris fragrances that I have got my nose on.

This may be my favorite purchase this year. I’m a woman, I have a travel of Gris Charnel but it was missing something for me and I wasn’t a fan of the prominent fig. I blind bought the extrait, and was not disappointed at all. The fig isn’t as prominent, it’s spicier & darker, deeper. Although it may lean a little masculine, if you’re a fan of dark and mysterious scents, I believe you’ll love this. Incredibly underrated imo.

I really enjoy the scent itself (it's a beautifully composed soft tea, vanilla, and fig scent). However, I cannot in good conscience support the brand. The owner, David Benedek, has publicly shown support for the Israeli occupation, which I strongly oppose. For ethical reasons, I would not recommend purchasing this fragrance or anything from BDK Parfums. Scent wise: 10/10 imo Ethically: 0/10 (please do not buy) 🇵🇸

Class in a bottle. A dark woody fragrance that is also rich and sweet. This fragrance is just so addictive that I'm always craving a sniff of it. Incredible performance that last throughout the day even in the humid weather of Vietnam while commuting on a motorbike. 3 sprays of this and you're good to go. BDK genuinely makes some of the most luxurious bottles I've ever tested, making me addicted to the brand.

I can't believe I missed such a masterpiece until now. A wonderful fragrance that is both useful and elegant. I have Lemale Le Parfum in my hand. At first opening I felt it was from the similar family but after it started to dry down I discovered that it is a very balanced scent that can be used in all situations, for autumn and winter. It's not too sweet, its masculinity is just right and in the right dose.

Do not really like Fig but tried in Dubai airport then got Liam instead as I could not justify price. Later started to really enjoy the DNA and decided to get full bottle. I really hated the fig Dipityque one and others I tried so no idea why this one is so good. Reminds me of La Nuit with higher quality and added depth, can be used for the same purposes just expect more projection longevity and complexity.

This fragrance is absolutely beautiful. It gives off a dark vibe and leans more masculine compared to the EDP which smells perfectly unisex. If you’re looking for the fig note, I would say the EDP does that slightly better as this leans more woody spicy, but for me I enjoy the more masculine vibe as I find it difficult to wear more unisex leaning fragrances and enjoy the more classic masculine ones

Intense, mature and warm. This is the most complex sandalwood and best tea I've ever smelled. The opening felt harsh at first but it grew on me immensely with time. The dry down smells like a warm hug. It's a cleavage that works perfectly somehow and is hard to describe. It carries a specific "warm-intellectual" feel, which would almost convince me that I'm smarter than I am sometimes.

This smells like Dior Homme intense mixed with a somehow, dark spiced Chai Latte. I refuse to believe a fragrance of this concentration lacks performance. It's incredibly dark and dense. People smell it around me but I can't pick up on it after an hour. This one will send you anosmic VERY quick. Not a bad thing, but disappointing for the wearer. Still an amazing frag!

my first love. my holy grail. what i want to smell like all the time. the funny thing about gris charnel is that, after a time, I get this distinct paper note, confusing in its sharpness, nearly unpleasant, which solidifies this as kind of weird but forever wearable. i hate to say it but i always get compliments when I wear it. it's hard being that diva!

This reminds me of a more sophisticated/nicher version of YSL Myself le parfum. It has that fresh/dark aspect to it from the YSL. However, apart from that, it is different. It opens really powerfully and spicy, when it dries down to orange blossom and ends with warm woods and vanilla. I love this stuff, easily lasts 10+ hours and projects great. 8.4/10

A dark and masculine tea opening with a vanilla-cinnamon chai-esque drydown. It may just be a skin thing, but after over 30 hours later and washing my hands a multitude of times, im still getting traces of it on my skin. The sillage is nothing special, but thats never really been part of my personal criteria. This fragrance is simply sensational.

my favorite favorite favorite rainy day scent. smells like a milky cardamom latte with a darker woody edge. i’m not getting a ton of fig, but i can appreciate a subtle figgy touch if i look for it. brings out the tea nuances and deepens the sweetness of the vanilla. it feels so cozy, like being wrapped up in a cashmere sweater. great for men too.

Gris Charnel Extrait is incredibly pleasant and versatile, and probably one of the safest blind buys for its price point. However, the problem for me is the price. Again, it smells great but is on the rather boring side and isn't nearly as complex as the steep price tag suggests. I'm not sure I'd buy a full bottle, but I still really like it.

Dark and sweet, with plenty of Tonka/vanilla. The fig and tea come off as laced with alcohol, adding to the sweetness, but it's their blending with deep dark woody aspects that give a distinct personality to this fragrance. It could end up being too heavy and masculine-leaning for some. A very enjoyable, finely made winter scent. 7/10

Very beautiful, dense & long lasting but sits close to the skin. I disagree with this not being a Spring/Summer fragrance as I believe this could be a versatile signature scent, just dial the sprays back. I believe it's also quite unisex, it's not too woody, not too sweet.Great value for money, the bottles are smaller than expected!

better than the original in my opinion a bit denser and just better in my opinion the original is straight down the middle unisex this one leans a hair masculine. i have a large decant of the original and decided to get one of the extrait to see what i wanted more and i will be getting a full bottle of this one becoming a go to.

It’s a very good scent profile. The spicy woodiness with the Madagascar vanilla and Tonka bean is very smooth and then the patchouli leaf kind of cuts it off short from being a typical gourmand and leaves this airy lightness, but still allows to send to last 10 hours plus. Great scent cloud and projection is moderate to strong.
