Cherry Delight

Mmm, smells fantastic. I've really enjoyed wearing Cherry Delight. I've only casually sprayed Lost Cherry on, so not super familiar with the development of that fragrance, but this dupe does have the same sour cherry vibe, I am getting the same feeling from this one. I like the opening the most, I really get the almond prominently in the opening, which is my favorite part. I also get the cherry syrup the most at the beginning, smells like maraschino cherries (I ate a whole bunch because this fragrance made me crave them haha). The drydown becomes more of the sour cherry, which is less special to me, so I probably wouldn't spring for a full bottle. But Cherry Delight is strong and lasts a long time, so if you like the Tom Ford, I would say you should try this one!

had more longevity than the Dossier dupe. this was pretty linear to me. you get the TF’s specific cherry note but condensed without its complexities. I liked this though bc I did want a monotone cherry frag. This does border on cough syrup though.

This is great and own a full bottle and this is beautiful in the cold winter. I cant see ppl trying to wear this now since summer is here approaching for June, what are you thinking ? Great for fall or winter.

I've had a decant of this that is all but evaporated for not one, not two, but THREE whole years now. Why? Because I hate cherry. I just do. I anticipate this review to get downvoted...but hopefully not to oblivion. I'll just keep reposting it if so. Anyway, it's Monday, so I decided to finally review this and "Embrace the suck!", as the kids say. I haven't had the resolve to get into this until today. I tried once, gave up 10 minutes in, and scrubbed it. Today, I'm letting it develop fully. Well, some people are going to be very, very happy with this fragrance. It's cherry. It's strong. It's vanillic, almond-extract-y and probably QUITE delicious to many noses. It is truly a delight, if you like cherry. As CD dries it begins to reveal a spicy flavor, almost like Dr.Pepper! It really does have a good dose of warm spices to ground the composition, and it renders it quite suitable for autumn or even winter weather. I can't imagine that this would be silenced in the cold air. The performance is quite frankly, excellent. This lasts, and lasts! Part of reviewing this is to be objective, in my opinion. I personally can't stand cherry unless it's a real background singer. This lives up to the name, and it's the lead vocalist here. Ultimately though, I do think this is a great fragrance for the price, but I've never smelled Lost Cherry, so I can't compare this with it. However, I actually think this is of notable quality. The long&short is that this is strong, extremely cherry dominant, spicy and thick. I think it's well done, but it's not to my taste.
