White Leather

HAD TO BUY THIS ON THE SPOT! WOW! WOW! WOW! I've had it a couple of weeks now and Bella Bellissima have created something very special and unique here. My first reaction was one of delight as this smells like the most expensive jelly beans you ever smelled in your life! If you don't like sweet fragrances this will not appeal at all but my sweet tooth was tickled pink by White leather. It's amazing, almost makes me giddy thinking about the smell the top notes are unique, wild and tropical Guava which is just unreal. Who'd have thought guava and Oud? Anyway, the opulence of Oud throughout this fragrance makes it classy and refined smelling with the creamy sweetness of vanilla making this scent almost edible. The drydown is a soft suede leather and oud but still has that tropical fruit punch in there it's a revelation. Longevity and projection are huge but I'd watch how many sprays you use and around others as it may become sickly. Stunning stuff and this one only the second scent I've tried from this house the other 'Noble Incense' (Not in the database) was fantastic too!

I've just read the previous review by 'finzi' - how hilarious! Only because I purchased this fragrance today and find it to be the polar opposite of their experience! Each to their own I guess. I have to say this is the quintessence of rich, sumptuous, expensive and 'niche' in a bottle. h what a bottle! the flacon is a gorgeous caramel color with lovely understated gold detail that just screams quality. The scent has elements of M7, one of my favorites, yet also has lovely sweet, gourmand-like top notes with an ever present accompaniment of leather and the all-important Oud. Luxurious, film-esque and a real treat.

My widding & Honeymoon special. I've been looking around for more than a year for something that would be (Perfect) for that occasion. I blind bought it 9 months before my wedding. Sprayed it one time when I got it and oooh boooy how I was stunned and amazed by that creation. As any other Oud-Based scent it not a first spray Waw kind of scent. but after almsot 40 min you unlock the hidden colours in your head.. More than 30 peoples asked me after about it. It's not that expensive&popular and most importantly wife <3 it.

this is in my top 5 wants rn, Opens with a strong rubicon (if your from the uk) smelling guava. As it dries the quava stays but is toned down by a powdery, light, not aimalic leather.

It's nice but nothing particularly mind blowing. Guava leather. Fruity leather really. I do love sun ripened guavas so that's a plus. This is nice new soft posh leather. There is a nice vanilla and musk softness but it's definitely smack bang on unisex. There is oud but it's a nice friendly, woody one so very unlikely to scare anyone. I can't say it develops much. Curiously it gets sweeter and there seems to be more guava! Now that's a novelty. The musk is the note that really lasts to the end which is a bit surprising. It finishes as soft musk/guava and leather. I get reasonable longevity and sillage

I'm the happy owner of this perfume now. This is rich, refined and elegant without shouting. I personally get more vanilla and fruity notes than leather or aoud to be fair but all the notes are nicely balanced. Classy without the stiff upper lip.

It's pretty good! Like a fruity smokey/birch. She said it smells like fake cherry & Gushers. I eventually bought a bottle that made its way to her collection. The sillage smells great!

Ugh. This started very sweet and soft, heavy on the vanilla with a slightly fruity lilt. Not my cup of tea, but pleasant enough... until the leather and musk kick in an hour or so later and I'm reminded of stale, dirty ashtrays. Unfortunately it gets worse rather than better when the leather really settles down at which point this perfume stinks of horse manure. Trust me, I've spent enough time around stables, I know that smell! Sure, if you know that it's supposed to be leather you can try to make peace with this perfume, but spare a thought for those people you'll encounter who WON'T know that it's supposed to be leather. :-/ Sorry, but I really can't find a single reason to wear this, never mind pay money for a bottle. Thank goodness I only had a small tester vial. If I had to describe it in one word - revolting. I never thought I'd smell a perfume like this.

I got this from Harrods, a 50 ml bottle wrapped in a faux leather box with a tassle on the center. The bottle was brown with a rhombus shaped gold cap. I made the mistake of spraying it on a folded up piece of copy paper and it smelled rather generic and sickeningly sweet. My first impressions were that was a decidedly femme scent and not very good imo. I didnt through the paper away THANK GOODNESS! On the dry down, I got a slightly sweet amber leathery scent that I couldn't stop sniffing. Since I was going to go out for a quick errand I decided to try it out on my skin: MAGIC! On my skin, it was faint leather, slight spiced-sweetness, warm amber veiled guava goodness! The leather in this is so beautiful and so faint. Perfectly blended. I'd wear this all season long just not in high heat. I'll edit this after a full days wearing as to longevity but I dig the stuff. Blind buy worthy Wife likes it too! Unisex for sure Best on skin than a tester for sure (Because I think you should only trust the reviews of people that have similar tastes to you as smells are subjective you can check out the scents I own that you may be familiar with to determine if my nose can be trusted for blind buys?

In fact, this is in my top 5 niche fragrances of all time. I own many leather scents like Tuscan Leather, African leather to name some. And this is my favorite leather scent in my collection. It does not have that animalic leather that Tuscan leather has. i guess its like African leather since the leather is not really the dominating note in the opening. The opening in this is dominated by the guava note, which is really lovely, and hints of cedar and some soft florals. Once the fruitiness calms down, the leather shows its face, and wow just wow. A leather that can be absolutely be worn by a female and garner attention. The base has a really smoth vanillic tone with just a tad of oud, almost non existent. This is perfection in a bottle as well as the presentation. Will always carry a bottle of this in my collection.

Almost a dead ringer for Love by Kilian, slightly better blended with a nice suede-y floral drydown. Not my cup of tea, but a very nice offering from Bella Bellissima Edit (26-01-16) Having had time to do a side by side comparison of both fragrances, Bella Bellissima comes out the winner, with a more enjoyable opening (I think the Guava is amazing) and a beautiful patchoulli-leather drydown. I wore it in very cold weather, and was pleasantly surprised. I'd upgrade my earlier review to a solid "Like", and reiterate that I was not mistaken about the similarity to Love by Kilian (unless of course, the sample I got was somehow mixed up)

Scent - vanilla suede leather. Season/Time of Day - I prefer to use this one in the colder months, day or night. Projection - I did get noticed, I didn't get a compliment. Longevity - I get 24hrs consistently.
