United Dreams Men Aim High

I just bought it today after seeing the reviews here. My take on this is: Yes, it does smell synthetic coming off at first but the dry down is more smooth and smells good all around. It has lemon, orange and some other citrusy notes aswell as a touch of marine notes combined with fresh green notes. I don’t own BDC hence I can’t comment on its similarity to that fragrance, however it doesn’t smell anything like Mont Blanc Legend (these fragrances were mentioned to describe the fragrance in subject). I would recommend wearing it day to day on a rather milder summer/ spring day however, I recommend to not reach for it on a scorching hot day. A good and affordable fragrance, would rate it 8/10, not bad!

Aim High fits the “sport”, “fresh” category. By the notes and reviews I already had an idea of how this could smell. So my expectations were real. It’s fresh, perfect for work or leisure. It isn’t intrusive. All the notes are toned down so it’s hard to truly tell what’s going in. The citrus are beautifully blended with the green and dry notes. I like it a lot. If you take it for what it is, then you’ll be more than pleased.

I thought Perry Ellis men was a good clone for Bleu, but it’s really a bit more fruity. Until I came up to this one. A bit less incense, bacause I can still smell it here, but it’s almost 100% a copycat. It even last longer than my Bleu EDT. Bought 3 bottles right there, at my local perfumery store since they were.....$11.00 each, for the 3.4oz. Trust me, this is that good!!!.

This is a "sporty" citrus scent. The Patchouly and Vetiver give the citrus notes more punch. Definitely one of my most unique citrus scents. I find myself grabbing this bottle (I have almost 200) very often so I must say its a shame this doesn't get more love from the frag com. The Rocky Balboa of fresh citrus frags!

Nice and fresh. Day fragrance with a nice scent for the office, school and daily activities. Excellent price. .

Paid £3.99 for this and i was shocked how close it is to bleu de chanel edt, love it

Mont Blanc Legend clone but stronger.

My local retailer had it on sale, so I just had to get it for 6$/60ml. I wouldn't have gotten it otherwise though, since I own both Legend and Power of Seduction, and it's definitely in the same vein. Benetton being quite a bit sharper in the opening than both mentioned above. First several minutes it's a little too "cologny", so to say, but then it settles down to a milder scent that actually lasts, especially on clothes. For someone who is a fragrance aficionado - nothing really to look at, but for someone who just needs one or two affordable and nice smelling fresh/aromatic type of colognes - you probably won't ever regret having it

An affordable Bleu de Chanel scent minus the incense with better performance. It is similar to Dilis Parfum Atlantica Odyssey minus the thin labdanum note which is also very close to Bleu de Chanel. This is the only scent of the Benetton which I'd buy hapily and wear it. I love it! Doesn't feel cheap or synthetic. When my Bleu de Chanel finish, I'll replace it with this scent. The Atlantica Odyssey is very nice but much weaker than this Benetton. Nice surprise from this house! The best in my opinion from the United Dreams line.

Tested it the other day, really liked the smell, didn't smell cheap. It's like Montblanc Legend and Bleu de Chanel EDT had a baby. Smells very nice, very mass appealing, good dumb reach fragrance. Can't say much about the sillage but the longevity on skin was average (at least 6 hours). For a cheap fragrance (can be bought for 15€), I was impressed, looked better quality than almost all Zara fragrances and cost about the same.

mi marido escogio este perfume para que yo comprara, realmente no le tenia mucha confianza por el aroma, ya que anteriormente le habia regalado el United Dreams Men be strong, y ese lo amé. Me gusto como le quedaba en la piel despues, bastante sofisticado la verdad, lo usa para el trabajo y le queda muy bien en la oficina, cuando llega a casa despues de mas de 10hrs de trabajo le siento aun el aroma por él. Me gusta bastante.

I just got this fragrance today and it is pretty nice. When I sprayed it on me it had a citrus opening and a slightly bitter smell. I didn't really check the other notes, nor did I check for longevity mainly because I was just trying it out. Maybe I'll do all that when I meet my relatives because I'm going on trips with them. I'd say that this would be a good fragrance for people who are just starting out (Like me).

Sharp opening for 15ish minutes, not terrible just plenty of lemon + other citrus is very pronounced to start. Never really stretches passed arm length, but i do enjoy this just to myself sometimes like out the shower. MID- full Dry down is where this gets its BDC vibe. Just classy clean and woody thanks to the “vetiver”. Will buy more bottles since you can pick this up for $22 or under (100 ml)

It's a very good fragrance. Good for starters indeed. It's also very underpriced and the citrus smell is awesome. 9/10 Would recommend. If you are into the citrus smell this one would be for you. It is very good for all seasons and times. Try it if you are into this type of fragrances!

Good sport/fresh fragrance, for warm temperate climates. In my case I only use 2 sprays. I think it is a strong fragrance with potential for beast mode with 4 or 7 sprays. The top note it is very striking, very transversal in terms of age. very good for gift.

This is a nice fragrance for someone under 20. Smells nice and citrusy with a touch of vetiver, patchouli and moss but does not smell like BDC. It does not really get me noticed but on rare occasions, a cute hottie might notice me.

Having owned and tried for a few weeks now. I say it's a decent copy of BDC. I have a sample vial of BDC and it's probably 85% close. Easy dumb grab and great value. Very versatile. One of the best cheapies I've bought ($13)

This scent is a real pick-me-up! It's fresh and citrusy at first, which is great for the morning, then it settles into this warm, woody aroma that lasts all day. Definitely a good choice for everyday wear.

it's smells a bit more mature than for younger guys, the citric notes fades quickly and ends a bit mossy, metallic, and esque-geranium type, doesnt last much, it's fine for mature men

When I first sprayed this, it struck me as familiar... Took me a minute to realize: Missoni Parfum. For sure. I like it. If you like Missoni Parfum, you'd probably like this too. Not sure which smells better to me at this point. I've got this on one hand and Montblanc's Legend on the other. They are distinct fragrances but both are versatile and could be used in the same situations. Aim High, like Missoni Parfum, has a bit of a "nice deodorant" vibe about it (in a good way). Fresh, clean, and uplifting. It projects well, and I do think it can come off a little harsh if oversprayed. I also think it is redundant if you already have the Missoni. Another versatile scent, this is an excellent value at discounters right now.

A mix of green herbs, oranges and limes first comes to my mind when I smell this lotion. Very weak trail: need a considerable number of applications and in less than two hours it completely evaporates. Aim High by Benetton is an unpretentious product at an unbeatable price. I only use it for the gym or to run errands in hot Spring/Summer days; never for social meetings, much less for the office.

Aim High was my gym scent for over a year. It has a very harsh opening that reminds me of Kayak scents, but it gets controled after a while. Longevity is not that good I don't get BDC at all

SYNTHETIC/AROMATIC/SPICY-PEPPERY/INCENSE/DARK-AQUATIC This is definitely a MANLY frag, gasoline-burnt-spicy-Aquatic (not fruity aquatic, has more of a burnt aquatic smell), so syntheticly strong it's headache inducing for me. Beyond the syntheticness, it's not a terrible smelling fragrance but i wouldn't say it smells good either. I've been pushed BdC by plenty of frag sales women so I've smelled it a lot and Aim High smells more like a dollar store version of Dior Sauvage than BdC. It's hard to wear this frag for me because of the syntheticness, it's not a powerhouse, will need moderate sprays to get good projection, but it is a STRONG (SYNTHETIC) SMELLING fragrance w/ MILD PROJECTION & LONGEVITY/PERFORMANCE.

United Dreams Aim High is an inexpensive fragrance that does its job, but in my opinion it could be better. It has a noticeable harshness that many cheap fragrances share, which I personally don’t like. Even though vetiver and moss are listed in the base notes, I don’t really pick them up. I usually enjoy vetiver and moss, but this doesn’t feel like that type of fragrance. It’s more of a generic fresh scent. I don’t find the blend very refined, and I wouldn’t wear this to school or work because it’s quite obvious that it’s a cheap fragrance. I could see myself wearing it to the gym, though. Projection and longevity are both pretty average.

reminds me of Tag-Him Armaf mixed with Mont Blanc Legend for fraction of mentioned price. It does feel cheap and synthetic while wearing outdoors as already mentioned. Synthetic votes below are not exaggerated. Still if you are a BDC fan and need quick replacement on a budget and considering a price which is 10$ it's a great summer and/or gym spritzer with good performance that you can wear as good as BDC and/or MB Legend.

Oh no! This has nothing to do with BdC. I can relate and confirm at 100% to the review bellow mine. Because of the cheap price it is expect-able some synthetic ingredients, but this mixture feels entirely synthetic. I don't recommend it for hot days (despite the user votes). I tried to wear it at 27~30 degrees Celsius -- the scent begun to smell repulsive and can cause headache for real. #Dislike

This is a synthetic "fresh" type fragrance. I'd say 60% close to BDC but lacks the depth and darkness of it. The ingredients used are low quality & at some point it gives a bit of a headache. There are better alternatives in this price. Look somewhere else. I bought a bottle & sold it immediately.

Sort of a deodorant scent. It has some nice moments but it also reminds me of the jr high locker room smell. Too many different notes at once for me.

First impressions: Opening is sharp and striking for about 30 seconds. After that it smells like a clean toilet bowl. The only note I can pick up is a chlorine lotion smell a few minutes after spraying. Scent quality is very synthetic. There is a note in this that makes me feel nauseous the same way Calvin Klein Aqua does. The best I can describe it is old or expired smelling. I guess I had high expectations looking for an affordable version of BDC. This is not even close. Opening/Drydown: 4/10 Saying this smells like blue de Chanel is like saying a Corolla drives like a Lamborghini. They both have four wheels but one is much better than the other. This lasts 3 hours with minimal projection. Also do not expect to get compliments, it smells like public restroom cleaner. Performance 3/10 Personally I don’t like spending lots of money on fragrances, however this is not worth $20. A much better buy would be Reyane Tradition Sport; $20. It is the same price, smells much higher quality, and has better performance. (I will edit this or add a new review if it gets any better over time.) EDIT: Final: 3/10 Toilet Bowl Cleaner (still better than CK ET Aqua)

United Dreams Aim High a Hidden Gem SOTD: Benetton United Dreams Aim High for Men: As of 01/17/19 My review on Benetton United Dreams Aim High, people stated on fragrantica post it is a clone or a duplicate of Bleu de Chanel, I don't own BDC to compare it to. But I own Montblanc Legend and I compare the two and is almost similar but United Dreams Aim High is more stronger while the Montblanc Legend is more tone down. My nose detects the citrus notes, the lemon, grapefruit and bitter orange dominates the opening, actually the bitter orange just comes out front and center while the sage and vetiver is there in the background but faint. Is good fresh and citrus scent which is better suited in the summer. Even though it could be a versatile to me is more of a summer scent. For the price is a steal and is a must have. Rating Scent: 7/10 Design/Presentation: 6/10 Value: 10/10 Longevity/Performance: 8.5/10: Lasted on my skin/skin scent around 10+ hrs Overall: 7/10

Reviews from GRAF and Dadudelabowski have generally corresponded with my own experiences of various fragrances. That, paired with the dirt cheap price of Aim High, made it a no brainer. Once again, they are on point with their reviews of this one. Aim High is indeed very similar to BdC (the edt version). Where this one differs is that there isn't any incense, there's a bit of a green backdrop from the vetiver, and the citrus note smells a bit more like a melange of synthetic citruses (particularly orange). It is also more uplifting and juicy, especially as it dries down, whereas Bleu veers into slightly darker territory. I am really looking forward to wearing this on a scorching hot day. Longevity is pretty good. I get around 8 hours from it. It projects for an hour or two before it becomes a skin scent.

I just bought my 6th bottle. I realized that this is one of my all rounder. Whenever I have to go out and can't decide which perfume to pick, this is the one I usually choose somewhat like nose memory if there is such a term like that (comparing it to muscle memory). It has the nuances of all my favorite perfumes rolled into one. It smells like a bit of bleu du chanel with a drydown of fierce or mont blanc legend. If you look at the other posts before me, we all have the same collective noses that it smells like blue du chanel + fierce. It is blind buy worthy and it pleases everyone. Generic? Yes, but it is still worth you money. Compliments? Yes! You will definitely get some.

@llfnz I completely agree. I personally don't own this fragrance, but I've smelled it, and it smells amazing. There's enough juice in the bottle to last a good 6 - 7 months if you wear it occasionally. It has a nice citrus in it that is very noticeable, and I would totally recommend wearing it for regular stuff like school, work, etc. Great for family gatherings. 8/10 very nice starter fragrance. Long lasting, moderately strong.

I live in Jakarta, Indonesia, and it's hot pretty much year round, and I use 'Aim High' for office at least twice a week, it's synthetic citrusy but not in an extremely sharp way, and I'd describe it also as kind of metallic, idk exactly how to explain it. Requires about 6-7 sprays and it lasts a good 3 hours with low-decent projection, it's nice to catch a whiff of it just walking around, very reasonable for the price.

I just got back from Sephora a while ago... sprayed a couple sprays of Chanel Platinum Egoiste... After about 20 minutes I KNEW I'd smelled this scent before although I've never sampled Platinum Egoiste before tonight.... then it hit me... smells easily 95% like Aim High .... Glad I have a brand new bottle of this great fragrance at a fraction of the price of Chanel.

I just bought my 5th bottle. I always get a replacement if my previous bottle had 5% of the juice. I've compared the previous bottles with the new bottle and I'm glad it is the same smell. No reformulation at all. This is my go to perfume if I needed something fresh and aromatic. Got a lot of complimenrs with this perfume at work so I make sure I have stocks.

There is no denying that it smells fresh and very nice. And not owning Bleu de Chanel edt (but i do own edp) so i can't draw any comparison to Bleu edt. But it only lasts about 90 minutes on my skin. So does it worth buying at 15-30$? if only one carries a decant in pocket all the time for reapplying or spraying a lot on clothes.

With great reviews and $15 shipped...Why not? If your a fan of Eternity, addidas colognes or the thousands of the likes. This will be for you. Decent projection and longevity. My personal take: You can look at the Perfume pyramid and notes all you want. Smells cheap and most notes listed above are absolutely obsolete.

Wow I love this cologne, the scent is beautiful. I have over 70 colognes but this one is in Top4. Maybe the best. I don’t have BDC so I can’t compare. If somebody have both BDC and Benetton, please let me know if there is any difference, because now I’m thinking about buying BDC edt.

Very nice pleasant scent that is similar with bleu de Chanel. Lasts around 2-3 hours. This fragrance is exactly what you pay for. For a quick coffee out or somewhere that it requires small amount of time it could be a very nice solution.

An 85% percent dupe of BDC for a fraction of the price. This smells very similar to BDC at dry down with out the incense and the "blue-ish" vibe. But it lasts longer than BDC also. Both synthetic scents so go for this one.

UCB is always my go-to budget brand. Aim High is superb in terms of smell and moderate in terms of longevity. But what can you expect at such a low price. Highly recommended if you are looking for an aromatic budget buy.

My impressions: 1 - It does not smell like Bleu. 2 - No, no, it does not. 3 - If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s better than you might think. 4 - Snobs snobbing because of the price range. You just don’t learn, do ya?

It's a very fresh scent but smells nothing like BDC.Don't buy this thinking it's a good dupe of BLEU DE CHANEL. I like it and will wear it layered with another fragrance but Im not wowed by it at all.

Consider this as Bleu de Chanel Fraiche (or Sport). The only problem is that it gives me an allergic reaction on my skin and starts itching... 😞

Benetton aim high reminds me of bleu de chanel toilette. For all of you who wants the same smell of bleu de chanel with low price...
