Infinite Eau de Toilette

Firstly I love this fragrance. It is classy, it is clean, fresh and it has that smooth vetiver that is easy to wear. I am surprised that it doesn't get as much love as it should because it is really a fantastic fragrance. The projection and silage are very subtle to none. It projects for the first 2-3hrs then it sits a very close for another hour then its gone. However this is according to my experience. When I get home about 10 hrs later, my wife and kids tell me they can still smell it easily. They can even pick up a nice scent trail. Therefore the issue here could be me being nose blind. I think other users might experience the same thing. In my collection of Bentley frags, I have the Bentley for Men, the Intense and Absolute. Those are bold, power statement fragrances and not as mass appealing as Infinite. Those are manly fragrances and they perform very well. Overall I am loving infinite, the scent profile is great. The vetiver, citrus combination works well. I think it works in any occasion if you are confident and want to smell like money.

Having worn this many times now, it always reminds me of TdH x Light Blue Forever. Rindy, realistic citruses, vetiver heavy, powderyish violet contrasting with that terpene like effect that pushes hard and assaults the nose, in a good way of course. People say that this EDT is redundant or obsolete due to the EDP but I beg to differ. The EDP is much more resin focused, denser and more suited to cool weather/evening wear. Something akin to the difference between EN and EN Extreme. By no means is that to say that this couldn't work or perfom in those situations, because it could, just the scent profile it's self doesn't necessarily suit winter or cold weather. This is much fresher and youthful leaning, in a sophisticated way still. Nathalie Lorson is a magician 🎩

This was a blind buy and I absolutely love it. Probably the best £20 fragrance I've bought this year. Super citrusy opening but green, almost ozonic and spicy at the same. Violet Leaf is one of my favourite smells, I love Fahrenheit, and this too pulls it off to a tee. The dry down is fantastic, if a little close to the skin. It's very cozy. I'm not a fan in the slightest of ambergris but this is just blended so nicely and smoothly. I get about 6-8 hours longevity with it projecting moderately for the first hour or two and then the magic comes in. Overall, a really nice barbershop/casual fragrance and for the price, you really can't go wrong. 9/10

Bentley Infinite(EDT) is really good. A lot similar to TD'Hermes but without as much sophistication/class and with a bit less of orange in it. A much cheaper alternative would be 'Jaguar for Men Prive' (brown color bottle mostly in Asia). Both smell almost the same and with equal longevity (3~4 hrs and better on fabric). The Jaguar Prive 100ml you get for less than 15$. Bentley Intense 100ml at ~35$ max. If you have any of the above then Bentley Infinite EDT might be redundant. Also, its worth to try Bentley Infinite Rush which is more citrusy and is a better twist on the Terre D'Hermes DNA.

This is almost like a classic barbershop fragrance with some noticeable florals and a nice amount of ambergris. To me ambergris is very noticeable in fragrances and this is blended in nicely. It smells good and very masculine but it's not dirty smelling. It has a rich and creamy vibe to it. Definitely give Bentley fragrances a try if you haven't! They are all surprisingly good! I give this a 9.3/10

This is a sublime perfume. Infinite is a gorgeous violet and woody fragrance with a decent silage and it lasts a long time on me. The dry down is a really nice violet, lavender and vetiver scent which is close to Mugler Pure Energy. This is a really excellent perfume and I will replace this when finished. Infinite is in my top 10

It’s Terre de Hermes meets with Bentley for Men’s booziness. So if you like TDH and want to make it even manly-er, bad-ass-er, add boozy note, then this one is for you. Down side is unilke other Bentley fragrances, the performance is just average.

Ideal scent for office. Very masculine and spicey. Soft projection and good longevity.

A sweet woody floral perfume. Gorgeous. The bottle is pure quality.

The smells close to Sean John 3am

The juicy citruses come off in the opening notes as a sharp grapefruit to my nose. Then it's a combination of cedar, and vetiver, pepper which makes for a glorious combination under that citrus. The opening is actually a little reminiscent of a fragrance I acquired a few weeks back, which unfortunately isn't in the Database, Lange Orient Treasure. The thing that sets this apart from Terre d'Hermes although it's very, very similar (especially when dried down) is the hint of florals in the middle of this fragrance. It's a very slight effect and could be due to the violet but is definitely identifiable as geranium, which is actually very in keeping with the overall tone of the Infinite and keeps things masculine. Overall my opinion is that Bentley Infinite a very good citrus vetiver fragrance and when you enter that realm it is hard not to smell like Terre d'Hermes. Even the grapefruit, distinctly different in the opening becomes more like a bitter orange, the florals are not pronounced enough to make a significant difference to this fragrance, especially after the first hour or two. I was encouraged by the SA in the shop to buy the EDP which was not available to sample although she assured me it was 'Stronger and longer lasting' well if my experience with TdH EDP & EDT is anything to go by I'm pretty sure the opposite would be the case. In summary, There's not quite enough here to make me want it due to having TdH but that's not to say everyone will agree. There's flashes of something there...a new kind of masculine twist on the Hermes formula maybe with some tweaks, amp up the pepper, geranium and violet and perhaps we'd have a really good alternative version of TdH but sadly this is just slightly lacking. Still a good fragrance though and pretty decent performance but nothing outstanding.

It's a very pleasant modern take on an aromatic fougere, taking the classic herbal formula and adding in floral and citrus notes to come up with a unique hybrid fragrance. This is a nice blend of herbal, floral, citrus, woody and fresh patchouli musk aromas. The florals are a strong but fresh lavender and violet. These and the herbals are brought together by a light woody note. Compared to the surprisingly divisive Bentley Infinite Rush White Edition, this is pretty much note for note the same fragrance with the exception of using gentler sweeter violet instead of more aromatic rose. This is great for social occasions and outdoor activities. It's refreshing and lively and is a rare floral fragrance that comes across as masculine. Performance is mid, be prepared to overspray on first application and respray occasionally throughout the day. Bottle presentation is nice. Give this a try, especially if Infinite Rush White Edition wasn't to your liking. This might be different enough to appeal to you instead. Recommended.

This doesn't smell like Terre de Hermes. There's no prominent citrus or orange in it. For me, all the Hermes stuff smells dated because of the citrus, which this doesn't have. It smells a lot like Hommage a L'Homme Voyageur by Lalique, with the peppery vetiver, but it's not as refined and doesn't have the soft ambery fruitiness underlying it which Voyageur has. For me this is strong and refreshing pepper more than anything, with a very dry vetiver, and lavender keeping it together with some sweetness. It's very metallic, clean, refined, and good for work. I like this one a lot. I don't think the performance is as bad as people are making out.

This is a very lovely office appropriate vetiver fragrance with masculine floral and woody touches. I applied 6 sprays at 8am and it projected very well for the first two hours, then dried down to a slightly-better-than-average skin scent that lasted until around 3pm. I feel that there are more powerful business fragrance options out there if you're looking for projection and performance, but if you are looking for a nice, formal, inoffensive vetiver for daytime use then this is a good option to consider. 7/10.

I got a roll-on sample. first when applied, it started with a Terre d'hermès orange scent, then it slowly evolved to a violet scent ...GREAT last few hours (4 to 6) less than moderate projection spring, cold summer days and fall are the best time to wear this fragrance. 25 years old to 45 in my opinion Office, dates, casual wearing and even formal wearing. will not offend anybody 6.5/10 , not bad at all, but not bottle worthy But still a try, you might love it :)

Got this and the intense one today, i find them to be not very different, this one really does smell like Terre D'Hermes, at least in the opening it also reminds me of a less spicy Davidoff ozone, the intense one is more spicy and a bit heavier but they share the same dna in the end, i like em both but if you have the ones mentioned above already, i really dont see any point in buying this one.

It's good for what it is. I would say a decent amount of comparisons to TDH EDT, which I can sort of see how people come to that. I personally don't get a ton of citrus, mainly woody and vetiver dominate. It's nice, I am happy to have it and will be wearing it more in the spring and early summer before it gets blazing hot.

I see what people mean when they say it’s similar to TDH EDT. It is like a lemon version and I think the “dirty orange” is the problem for some with the Hermes scent. This might be a gateway drug into TDH. A great office scent and great value. Further to this. In the drydown there is a LOT of TDH EDT about this scent.

Very nice. It's like a softer version of Terre d'Hermes or like mixing TdH with Bentley Black Edition. Like KalaSMOKE said below, it's perfect for the office because it smells masculine and serious, but it's not too loud so you won't come off like you're looking to get attention.

Personaly I like it very much. It's a lighter & calmer version of Terre D'Hermes. Got myself a pretty good deal getting Bentley Infinite 100ml tester for 25$. Pleasant office frag with good quality/price ratio. The sillage and projection are poor 2-3 hours

Well done. For part of the journey, it is a definite sibling of Bentley Momentum Intense and Montana Graphite, more so the MI. Where the MI is a toned down version of Graphite, this Infinity is a slightly toned down version of MI - but there is enough of a difference that it may be worth owning both, especially if you like MI for off the clock but find it slightly loud for the office - then Infinite will fill that spot. Starts with violet - while it smells very much like MI, it brings to mind GB's Grey Flannel. Verrrrry nice on the cedar. Most surprisingly, in the final stages, becomes a clean and a bit of a soapy scent. Stays true to its start, it doesn't strike as out of place in the evolution. May be a nice summer scent without the use of strong citrus or white florals for men. Longevity is excellent.

The verdict is not in, but I'm leaning towards like, and I'm enjoying the motorist genre of colognes like Dunhill and warming up to Infinite. Bentley Intense is definitely worth owning; I would not buy Infinite first in this brand, but I plan to make may way through the brand (regular Bentley will be next) and build a shelf of interesting motor car company scents.

I have sampled this and am not a major fan. To me is smells of sweat. The orange is dominant from the opening. I was a fan of the Bentley fragrance but do not think this is so great. It's not a fragrance I would choose to buy

One of the nicest violet based masculine scents available on the market - think an arranged marriage between Dior Fahrenheit (without the petroleum note) and Terre D'Hermes. The vetiver in this is pretty similar to TDH thanks to the added sweeter citrus opening. Throw in the spicy pepper and calming lavender on a a base of sweet violet and you really have a winner. Drydown is powdery yet fresh. Now the amazing thing is the performance and quality of the blend - this is niche quality juice that projects strongly for 3 to 4 hours and then sits closer to the skin for the next 4 to 5. A couple of sprays of this and you are good to go for the rest of the day. Easily a 9/10

I like Bentley Intense and Azure a lot, but I have to agree with reviewer GMK in that this fragrance is a weak and cheap replica of TDH. There's really no better way to describe it in a nutshell. TDH smells like an orange - a classy, expensive orange. This fragrance smells like someone spilled Fanta or Miranda on my skin. It smells childish. Love the bottle design though.

This one's strange and hard to describe. I don't know what to think about it. It starts kinda too strong, overmasculine I'd say. Reminiscent of Terre d'Hermes (edt), mostly in the head notes. Then turns to powdery and pleasing smell kinda. It's a quality scent that's for sure. Not really my cup of tea, but a good perfume.

A very beautiful and enjoyable perfume, but its main issue is that the projection is quite weak and it doesn't last more than five minutes on the skin, nor does it cling to clothes!

It's nothing like Terre Hermes, it's 90% similiar to Mancera Wind Wood, but more creamy, less peppery. Even if you compare the notes it's like Pierre Montales composition.
