Beso de Fuego

Beso de Fuego is a very interesting perfume. It opens with that familiar Morillas leather note, the one I also get in Gucci Guilty Absolute and Zara Elevated Oud, mixed with a woody forest-like vibe and a very strong hit of cardamom. There is also a slightly smoky impression from the leather accord, but nothing too challenging if you are into this style of fragrance. Quite strong at first, then after a bit, something more unusual comes in. To me it smells like a mix of shaving foam and the powderiness of eye makeup, which instantly reminded me of childhood and specifically my mum’s makeup bag. That part makes it feel quite unique and not really designer-like. Creative, a bit strange, and definitely memorable.

I agree with the previous review: terrible smell. Was looking for something aromatic and woodsy and ended up being some rubber scent, very plastic and synthetic. Has a Baccarat Rouge vibe, but lacks any complexity. It is just the weird synthetic note of BR straight out of the bottle. No woods, no spices, none. I guess someone who really enjoys BR may appreciate that. For me is a huge NO. Also super long lasting. Washed my arm and the perfume refused to leave.

i got this perfume as a recommendation from a friend, but it just smells like a dumpster fire. theres a cheap smoky note as well. just yucky and smells like a burning forest with a pinch of cinnamon.
