Cloudar

Just received my bottle of Cloudar today in Canada. WOW! This is such a nice addition to the BWFH line. This in my opinion is a lot more enjoyable to wear than Summer Mink. I like both, but this is more up my alley. The opening of this you get the mandarin and pear, the sweetness of this crystallized ginger comes into play. This has the sweetness in my opinion to Sweeter Tings and Williamsburg Sleepover candles, which is heavenly. Initially, the sweet opening reminds me of a fragrance my Mum wore back in the 90’s growing up. Red bottle with a gem on it. I’ll have to ask her. The dry down is amazing! To me it’s more of a musky floral that I truly love in Drake’s candles as well as Carby Musk. This is very unique to my nose. My only gripe, is that the sweetness feels like a repeat of Summer Mink. I hope the next fragrance they release has hardly any to zero sweetness and more woody and spicy. I do get the reference to ginger ale, it’s a cool concept. I am very happy to have Cloudar, and fortunately grabbed it online the day it came out. A quiet launch (so far) but this fragrance I can’t wait to wear more and see how it adjusts in different seasons. 9/10

This is so good. Niche quality for sure. Opens with a soft ginger, florals, some sweet notes, probably the pear, and musk. Dried down pretty quick into a well-blended mix of creamy tonka bean, vetiver, and pear milk. This lasts 8 hours on skin and leaves a nice scent trail. Even after showering it stays on skin if you put your nose directly to it. Super versatile, I would wear in the spring because of the fresh opening and in air-conditioned environments in the summer. I would not wear in high heat but because of the creamy dry down that might become a little too much, but I would for sure wear in fall and winter. The closest comparison to me is Ingenious Ginger, but in a different style. On paper they both have a fresh ginger opening and a creamy vanilla-like dry down but how they do each is quite unique. Overall, I love it and it will become a staple in my rotation.

LOVE! This unisex fragrance is amazing and definitely full bottle worthy. It lasts for ever on my skin. Put a small spray on my skin at 10am lasted all day till I took a shower and even then it was still faint on my skin! I love pear and ginger in fragrance. the jasmine comes out in drydown. I love unisex fragrances even though I’m a woman! I absolutely adore this unisex fragrance! It’s incredible and definitely worth the full bottle. It lasts an incredibly long time on my skin. I sprayed a small amount on my skin at 10 a.m. and it lasted the entire day until I took a shower. Even then, it was still faintly present on my skin! I particularly love the combination of pear and ginger in this fragrance. The jasmine becomes more prominent as it dries down. I appreciate unisex fragrances, even though I’m a woman!

I spritzed this on my way out of a store, two hours later and I still smell the most glorious, soft, angel wing, fresh, floral, luxurious fragrance I’ve ever smelled. I feel like I may be floating. If god is real, this is what heaven smells like. If this is what a transcendental state feels like, I’m in it. I’m basking in a mix of clouds, angel wings, feminine powdery soft, ethereal, goddess, Virgin Mary purity on a Friday a noon. I never anticipated Drake being the one to make me smell like a woman! Jesus H Christ, I’m in heaven! Additionally, I’ve never used any religious connotations to explain a fragrance. I may be ending my search for the perfect fragrance.

To me, this is a very impressive, warmer take on Musk Therapy. It's super spa-like but has enough kick in the ginger and mandarin to give it *much* more energy than Musk Therapy. This is like Musk Therapy for the club. I also get the comparison to TF's Soleil Neige, but it's not really too similar. This has none of the coconut. You go noseblind pretty quick to this - trust me, it's still projecting strong. No doubt this is a summer banger! Yet it just as equally suits fall weather. However it is linear. Projection is low-moderate but that's how you want it for a profile like this. Lastly, note that this is very unisex. 9/10 It's that good
