Finally...I can start to tell the story of my love...<3 My wife bought me this fragrance while we were visiting family in NY for Mothers Day weekend. Picked it up on the road and this is absolutely the BEST fragrance I've ever owned. More beloved than "Dior Homme Intense". More beloved than "Lattafa Ana Abiyedh". <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 This is my Signature Scent <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 I've been wearing this since Mothers Day Weekend and I've gotten a compliment EVERY....SINGLE...PLACE...I'VE...WORN...IT!!! I cannot tell you how amazing this fragrance makes me feel! Review: The fragrance starts out with a beautiful blast of Mandarin Orange and Musk when sprayed on. It quickly and effortlessly changes as it dries down and becomes a fruity Pear and Mandarin Orange flavor with a hint of Vanilla coming in. Shortly into the Mid the Pear,Vanilla and Musk take center stage and this mid stage lasts for a good 4-6 hours. The drydown of this fragrance never changes from the mid and the vanilla and pear take a full on stance until the fragrance becomes a skin-scent 12+ hours later. When it does become a skin-scent, the powdery pear and vanilla calm down a little and the musk shows up lightly again. Conclusion: This fragrance reminded me directly of "Lattafa - Ana Abiyedh" when I first experienced it. However, this fragrance lasts longer (by about 4 hours) and has an opening of Mandarin Orange and Musk instead of directly opening with the Pear and Vanilla. I believe that the modifications to the original "Erba Pura" formula by "Bharara Beauty" has extended the potency, lifespan/longevity and beautified the scent profile of this fragrance and IMPROVED on the age old formula. Prior to this fragrance changing my life, "Lattafa - Ana Abiyedh" was the best option for obtaining the "Erba Pura" fragrance at a low cost of $15 for 2oz. Now that "Bharara Beauty" has improved on the formula, "Lattafa - Ana Abiyedh" is no longer the best option (for me) but a good backup option. At an OEM retail cost of $245 it can be daunting, but it can be found for as low as $60 on discounter sites if you're willing to search. "Bharara - King" truly lives up to it's name as it's the best financial, fragrantial and experiential option for the modern-classic "Erba Pura" experience. Scent: 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (A-Grade AMAZING!!) Longevity: 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐(12+ hours!!!!) Cost: 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall: 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 25JUL22 Backup bottles bought. I'm good for another year or more. Will order another backup set in the fall.

"Today I met a king!" .....This morning, with no one around, I walked into a huge cloud of an absolutely AMAZING "unknown to me" fragrance while working on a parking lot. What an insane scent trail!! I'm an asphalt paving contractor and was cost estimating a job at a small shopping center. Big into men's fragrance, I decided to wait in the area for a bit since there was a small coffee shop nearby..... hoping to maybe "meet up" with the wearer. And sure enough, I easily "smelled him" when he passed by me minutes later to return to his vehicle. I stopped him and asked what he was wearing and he was initially hesitant saying "you're probably not familiar because it's an Arabian fragrance". I mentioned that I was indeed familiar with middle eastern fragrances and generally appreciated them for their value and often performance. In fact, King has almost "unheard of" performance compared to what's typically on the market these days--per the performance ratings above and MY NOSE this morning! It's a very citrusy, fruity-sweet and musky fragrance with a definite masculine lean. (I've yet to smell Erba Pura @ $200+ which it's most closely compared to). Considering the aura, the performance and its exceptional seasonal and daytime/ nightime versatility, Bharara King is most DEFINITELY a "hidden gem"! (Its very impressive "perfume (scent) rating" along with garnering only about 600 votes since being introduced 3+ years ago is the tell-tale sign.) Impressively, a full 75% who wear this fragrance LOVE it, while nearly 20% "like" it!!! At first glance its current price might "seem" a bit high @ $55-$65 (U.S.) for a middle eastern fragrance, but given its incredible performance (ie. you won't use as much), its versatility, quality, and exceptional composition--It's actually reasonably priced. Interestingly, the NOTES and STRUCTURE of both Erba Pura and King are virtually THE SAME!! (But the unique "blend" of each and possibly some unlisted notes most likely account for the recognized differences between the two). And since Erba Pura is understood to be sweeter and unisex to leaning feminine, it would seem that this masculine-leaning fragrance is a truly viable alternative if you're a guy and on a budget. So I will be ordering King ASAP! Note: This fragrance is a "try before you buy" due to its price and extreme performance, in relationship to its sweet citrusy/fruity musky nature.

Update: 9/15/23 I am still loving this perfume. I now have a sample of Xerjoff Erba Pura and can confidently say this is much better than that. Xerjoff has this weird note in it that smells more like a kid's juice, but not the good kind. It's interesting. And not as heavy as I thought it would be. King smells SO MUCH BETTER. When I first got the bottle it had an addictive oud-wood-type note I was picking up. Well now 2 months later it has smoothed out quite a bit and I don't pick that note up like I had (sadly), but it is still amazing. This is better than the Tiziana Terenzi fragrances I've tried too that are compared to Erba Pura a lot too. I wouldn't say this is a dupe, just the same family of fragrances. And it is a beast! I am always looking for beast-mode fragrances and this is one of the strongest in my collection, up there with Nishane Tero & Ani. It sticks to skin and I've smelled it in my car the next day, just from driving for a lil bit about 20 minutes after spraying 1× on my arm. Be careful with the sprays**. This smells like a $200-300 perfume. Unisex and leans more masculine than the Xerjoff & TT offerings - but still great for a woman. If you like Amougue Guidance then you will like this. Now Guidance is a beast too, this may not be quite that but it is up there. The bottle is nice, magnetic cap. Fruity-musky dream. I also have Lattafa Ana Abiyedh (white) and this smells more high quality than that one. Very addictive & complement-getter if you don't overspray and choke ppl out. This stuff smells amazing! And it is Unisex. So ladies if you want a Niche perfume at a reasonable price - pick this up. This would smell amazing on men & women. It is addicting!

Received Bharara King today as a gift. The packaging is really nice and presents the fragrance in a very compelling way. Also included in the box is a travel atomizer with an instruction card explaining how to fill the travel decanter from the full bottle. Very fruity and citrus forward at the opening with incredible projection. One spray on the back of my hand and after taking Griffin for a 30 minute walk it’s still projecting like mad. This is definitely one to apply very sparingly. The dry down loses much of the citrus and becomes more of a powdery vanilla with a lingering sweetness to my nose. I could see this being a unisex scent for those who enjoy more aggressive fragrances. So far I love this one and look forward to see how it holds up in the long haul. 9/10 Highly Recommended. EDIT: First day wearing King to the office. Everyone commented on how great it smells and how much it projects while remaining completely non-offensive. Went to lunch and the waitress literally said, "You smell incredible! I wouldn't let a man go out of the house alone smelling that good! Are you married? I'm single...."

Wow, this colonge is not talked about as of 2/23.As an American Niche Brand I’ll give it 10/10.I sprayed 1 spray on the back of my neck and went to work and we clocked in together and clocked out together, I kept getting whiffs forgetting that I put it on thinking something smells really good until I had a few people asking me what was the name of the colonge I had on.I felt like it’s not office safe, but this is the New King on the Block. The smell is sweet,like fruity Vanilla Mancera CB but in a better Niche way. Bharara King sillage is the best in the game and lasts on clothes for days.You may can use it in the summer but you have to do a half of spray if possible.If you want a strong lasting scent that lasts more than 10hrs and beats Dior Savauge edt and 1 Million Parfum, Eros and Mancera CB out the park get this and thank me later. By the way I spent $125 for it’s well worth it for the quality, sillage and longevity.One more thing if I wanted to do a Verzus it would be Bharara King(fruity tutti Vanilla bomb)vs Mancera CB(fruity oily leathery), I feel like BK will check mark all the areas.

Bharara King man what a fragrance! I was at work (I work in a restaurant) and the dude that washes the dishes passed by me with an insane scent trail! it smelled spicy musky and sweet, I asked him what he was wearing and he told me it’s a arabian fragrance i probably dont know about, i told him that i know about middle eastern fragrances and named brands such as lataffa etc. he told it was called bharara king, i instantly bought this. It opens with an orangy fruity opening kind of like one million without the saffron tho with more citrus to it and dries down to an insane vanilla musky scent, your scent bubble is insane and id say this is a going out fragrance. i once wore it at the gym and i was training arms some dude all the way from the leg machines id say about 7-8 feet away from me came up to me and said he could smell what im wearing. it has insane projection and crazy good smell. what a fragrance Performance id rate this a 9/10 longevity 10/10 (12+ hours i could smell it after washing my clothes) smell 9.5/10 honestly a GEM.

This one opens up with a bright burst of citrus and juicy fruits that immediately grabs your attention. That fruity character sticks around the entire wear, but as it starts to dry down, it becomes more refined. You get this blend of soft ambers and creamy vanilla coming through, adding a smooth sweetness with a slightly soapy clean edge that actually works really well. It’s often compared to Erba Pura, and while the DNA is definitely there, this is much easier to wear. It’s less synthetic, less sharp, and just feels more balanced overall. Performance is no joke. Strong projection and a noticeable scent trail for the first few hours, with around 9 hours of longevity on my skin. Definitely go light on the sprays, this stuff is powerful and can easily overwhelm both you and everyone around you if you overdo it. Overall, I’d give it an 8 out of 10. Great performance, smoother take on a popular DNA, and very easy to enjoy if you like fruity sweet fragrances.

Blind bought this because I love Erba Pura and Amber Oud Gold Edition, and wanted to see if this was different enough to not be redundant in my collection. In my opinion, it isn't. This is less feminine and more citrusy than Amber Oud Gold, no question, and it smells fantastic. My problem is with the performance. This stuff disappears in no time on me, and I don't mean hours... I mean an hour tops. No, I'm not going nose blind and no, it isn't skin chemistry. I'll do double my normal amount of sprays and an hour later there is no trace of it. I've asked friends and family standing right next to me and nobody can smell this. I dont know if I have a bad bottl or what, because I know a lot of people claim this has beastly performance. I just wish I did too. For reference, I bought this from an Amazon seller called LadyBugSales.

“KING” The name speaks for itself it’s definitely an attention grabber not just from the ladies but also the men. I bought this for my husband and dad and it definitely draw so much attention the longevity and smell projects lovely. We where walking through the airport and was stopped and followed by so many people asking what we wearing even the pilot ask my husband. It doesn’t take much I spray his back and his neck just 2 sprays at 11am ish and out flight landed in ATL at 9pm ish. Like the longevity is everything I could even mess it on his clothes the next day the hotel employees and guest was asking. Ladies if you don’t want everybody stopping your “KING” don’t get it! But as far the two KINGS in my life my dad and my husband I’m going to keep this one in rotation....

Curlyfragrance says to not sissy spray but I feel like less is more with this fragrance, the projection and longevity are absolutely nuclear! If you wear more than 4 sprays, you might kill somebody ngl. I put on around 2.5 sprays and it works very well. I tried it on my skin around 2 AM last night and woke up to it still going strong around 10:30 AM before I took a shower. I’ve never smelled Erba Pura before but even if this isn’t as accurate as Erba Pura, it is still a great fragrance, sweet fruity fragrance that has a great sweet dry down as well. Would recommend getting this if you are looking for a fragrance that has beastly projection and longevity and don’t want to break the bank, I would say this fragrance works for all seasons as it is pretty versatile imo. 10/10

I first smelled this on the host of a great Mexican restaurant my wife and I frequent. He walked by us and I went OMG what frag is that dude wearing! Of course I had to ask. He told me it was Bharara King and I thought “weird name “ must be from the Middle East. I complimented him and he told me he had put it on around 9A.M. That morning. It was now 5:30 P.M. and the scent trail was omnipresent. My wife said it was a 10 for sure. This is a great one albeit a bit synthetic up close. You will get compliments galore. One more thing...it’s definitely a unisex frag. Warning: Two sprays is good, three is dangerously potent, four will be toxic unless you put it on an hour before you go out. I’m not kidding around. Scent 9 Performance 9 Sillage 9 Longevity 9 Value 10

I'm not going to lie. When I first sprayed it out of the box I was not impressed. The scent was strange and overpowering to my nose. Wasn't sure if I liked it or hated it to be honest. I let a friend sample it and he thought it was great so I was confused. I followed a maceration process that I had heard about like spraying it out 10X's boxing it back up without the cap and let it sit for 3 months. I'm wearing it today and WOW this stuff is incredible. I agree with all the notes listed here on Fragrantica except the citrus. I'm getting tons of fruit, amber and vanilla. It's a beast too. I got a compliment on it from our campus police officer from over 6ft away after it had already been on me for 9 hours. I'm considering a second bottle.

@C303: I'm happy to hear that you picked up on the Oud note in it as well. I experienced that screechiness from it when I first wore "King" but I figured out how to get around it by moderating sprays and NEVER spraying the same area twice. Something about spraying more than once in the same spot accentuates the power of the Oud note in it, taking it from subtle to overpowering. Other than that...this fragrance is literally perfection to me. One of my three lifetime signature scents. (I'm on bottle #3 now) 27SEP23 Found another version of this that's even STRONGER in Dubai this month! "Lilyan - L-A" This one...I spray half a spray and it goes all day, not nearly as vanilla-creamy as "King"...more woody and more Oud, but I'm loving it!

Very strong. The King gently grabs the passerby girl by the nose and turns her to face him saying, “Hey hey hey, acknowledge your liege.” She shivers from his pleasant scent and says, “My good lord you smell so heavenly today. I feel really embarrassed to say this but I just want to eat ya.” The King is well blended fragrance when it dries out. Don’t smell it right away otherwise The King will punch you in the sniffer and send you crying for lighter scents. Respect The King and let it dry out a bit and compose itself. Once it settles on your person it will give you an otherworldly aura that smells like freshly baked cookies and power. The girls will want to taste ya I promise.

STRAIGHT BANGER 🔥 Had to come back and clarify when I initially tried it I was happy with scent but underwhelmed with performance as I was expecting a BEAST. But let me tell you let it sit for a couple weeks and you will see performance light up projection was strong for around 5/6 hrs and a strong skin scent for another 4 hours the thing is I tested it on my girlfriend for a day with like 10 sprays and it shocked me how powerful it is... When you wear it there is no way you will know how strong it is when you wear it yourself. you must test on someone to really see how it performs in my honest opinion anyway I bought a back up bottle as I love it!!!

This is a beast of a cologne. Lasts all day I've put it on in the morning after a shower and smelt it when I woke up the next day. Smells great, very fruity opening and dries down to a manly oud. Sweet enough that I've had men and women ask me what it was. I've bought a few bottles as gifts now for both genders. WARNING: Get the bottle with the magnetic cap!!!!!!! Maybe it was the discounter near me but I picked up another bottle with a plastic cap and it doesn't last nearly as long or perform as well last only like an hour. Once again just could be the discounter I got it from but safest thing to do would be to make sure it has a magnetic cap.

Pleasantly surprised by this fragrance and it does not disappoint! I also have Amber Oud Gold which this does resemble but this definitely takes a life of its own. This thing is very fruity but in a cocktail vibe kinda way with the vanilla really smoothing this out making it an addicting, vibrant, and intoxicating fragrance. Amber Oud is more candy-like sweet whereas King is more fruity sweet if that makes sense. Absolutely would recommend if looking for something a little different that most people won’t have! I would say this definitely leans more toward the masculine side as well. This will forsure pull compliments :)

This fragrance always gets me compliments. People really enjoy the scent and find it unique. It’s loud with strong projection. This fragrance lasts all day and the dry down is where it really shines. I pick up a vanilla note that, to me, is a little reminiscent of 1 Million Elixir not identical, but it gives off a similar vibe. Overall, it’s definitely worth it. The scent has a clean, soapy quality, but in a very pleasant way. The dry down especially is addictive and keeps me coming back for more. The opening can feel a bit sharp at first, but once it settles, it’s a great option for a signature scent.

I’ve tried Erba Pura, Amber Oud Gold, and Kirke but this one definitely is my favorite rendition of the DNA. Takes the dna of Ebra Pura and makes it less sweet and adds a lot more citrus to it making it perfect for me. I used to love Amber Oud gold but fell out of touch with it after the sweetness started to get too much for me. But this balances everything out and made me appreciate it all over again. I heard about this years ago but just never bought it because I thought it’d smell like all the others but man was I wrong. Been wearing this for about 3 weeks now and loving it. 8/10

My thoughts on this fragrance: The opening smells like bad or somewhat murky fruit mixed with some vanilla but ..... The dry down for me is where this is shining the dry down is much more smooth ambery type of scent that I really really like. Be careful though because the dry down smells a little bit like rubbing alcohol and a little synthetic but if you can get past that than it's a really good fragrance just don't go past 3 sprays it's STRONG overall for me personally my nose 9/10 because of the dry down Opening: 6/10 Dry down 9.5/10

This fragrance is insane. Performance is anywhere from 10-14 hours depending on how much is sprayed along with an insane sillage to fill a room with my batch. As much as I love this fragrance I hate to say that it is one of my most hated. Most people say I smell like hand sanitizer and most will walk into the room and point out the smell of alcohol immediately. The loophole is to keep the sprays to no more than 2 which even then the alcohol smell lingers and don’t go for a respray during the day as this is not your average fragrance.

Absolutely loved it! Very fresh citrusy and fruity fragrance but also very sweet. Great for casual wear. It really is an absolute monster. Sprayed it maybe 4 or 5 times at 11am, then asked my mom around 5 or 6pm if I still smelled good. She was about 2 meters away from me but still said it smelled really nice and strong. Dry down is a very very sweet vanilla essence and completely forgets the fruity like notes. Very good overall. Completely recommended 9.5/10 EDIT!! Don't spray too close to clothes or it WILL stain them

Love this fragrance... I don't really know there are so many of these comments bashing it saying it's alcoholic or clay smelling or metallic, you may very well have gotten a fake or something because this fragrance smells fruity, fresh, very very close to Erba Pura from Xerjoff. I really don't understand the hate, it's great, I even bought a bottle for my dad after he smelled it when I was wearing it and asked me to get him a bottle as well. Legitimately one of my favourite fragrances I own.

Perfume pyramid couldn't get more wrong if it tried. Absolutely the first thing you need to know is that this is an oud fragrance. Why that isn't even mentioned above or below is anybody's guess. Additional notes are amber, tobacco and musk with the fruit and citrus notes appearing in the opening. All in all, this is a wonderful masculine fragrance with incredible performance that does not disappoint. I wouldn't be surprised if this frag starts to trend and becomes "the new thing."

At first, it didn't surprise me much. Citrusy, fruity, sweet, some vanilla and musk. I used it a few day later and went out of the house, I got a compliment as soon as I was 5 meters away from a couple of girls, amazing! From that moment on, I was able to better see how the perfume evolved: citrusy, fruity, sweet, smells clean, somewhat soapy, love it! It lasts about 9 hours on my skin, instant buy after this! (I had a 5ml decant first)

I think overall, this is an excellent fragrance. I think the notes are very high-quality and it smells as if it’s a niche perfume. Unfortunately, for me, the perfumes/colognes that I tend to love are not the ones that my wife loves (Y, BDC, Percival by PDM). Thus, this will become one of my daily workday scents. This is scent I would wear to a business meeting in a nice bespoke suite with a Swiss timepiece that has an in house movement

King is really good. It’s more wearable than Erba Pura because the heavy musk is toned down and you can actually smell the notes. For those saying it’s smells synthetic must not know the DNA of the scent Eura Pura smells synthetic also because it’s not a literal fruity smell. It like a sweet candy fruity smell with vanilla and musk which works well together. I get many compliments and not as many complaints as I did wearing Erba Pura.

One of my favorites and definitely a mass crowd pleaser and compliment getter.. this is actually an arabic brand" i believe" which is why most Americans have problems with its strength and projection, but if we can learn how to use strong frags with highly condensed oils in them by only applying no more than 1 to 2 sprays, and at a distance, we will truly learn what "gatekeeping" and secret weapons mean in the perfume community!!!

The Canelo cologne (There's a video of a guy asking Canelo Álvarez what he's wearing and he told him it was this). This stuff is top tier and last all day on clothes (Do not OD with the spraying 3-4 sprays tops). I feel like this layers well with other fragrances and is worthy of a big bottle purchase + the big bottle comes with a free travel atomizer. I would put this in my top 10 list of must have fragrances.

This smell exactly like Al Haramain Oud Gold edition, but last a little bit more on the skin. What a performance for this $60 parfum. More than 14 hours on my skin and a lot of compliments. No more than 2 sprays if you are going to be in a small room or you are going to be drown by vanilla smell. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good smell ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good performance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good price

Me encanta. Ideal para salir de fiesta. Proyecta bien, dura bien. Huele a un cóctel de frutas con mucha vainilla, unisex tirando a masculino. Mucho mejor que Amber Oud Gold Edition de Al Haramain . La presentación es espectacular, la caja y el frasco, además viene con un dosificador para reaplicar. Cada vez que lo he usado me han dado cumplidos.

I sold my Erba Pura for this fragrance, and it smells like a more masculine version of Erba Pura. The longevity and projection are amazing, it’s a heavy compliment getter. Incredible value for the price. I 100% recommend it if you’re on a budget and want something that smells good and last long you can get 6.7oz for less then 100.

This is amazing, I would wear this on the daily and wherever I go. Very strong, and projects up to 2 feet even after 6 hours. It carries such a quality set of fruit notes mixed with just the right amount of musk so that you smell like crisp, sweet fruit, but not in the sense that you smell edible -- just that you smell very good.

Extremely potent. I worked a 12 hour shift and people could still smell it on me. People knew I had passed by an area due to the lingering smell. Some people said it smells like medicine/alcohol, others said it smells extremely good, like musk and orange. For $80 for a 6.4oz this is really good.

KING of Sweet Perfumes! GODLIKE performance! Smells sweet & musky in a niche/expensive way. Must have in collection! If Stronger W You, Born In Roma, Invictus, One Million's', JPG Le Male, all are young/juvenile sweet scents, this is more of a mature man sweet scent.

Yeah this is just great. Musky fruity and a little spicy. I’m seriously enjoying my first wear at work. Non offensive but the atomizer is strong so you don’t need too many sprays. One spray on chest of shirt is lasting my entire shift

One of my favourite fragrances. Fruity and Vanilla notes are the strongest. VERY STRONG, more than 3 sprays will kill someone. Very long lasting, 8-12 hours I reckon. Beautiful sweet fruity fragrance, 9/10

Long lasting , fills the room , whenever my husband puts it on , he gets slots of compliments . The fragrance remains on his clothes for 2-3 days and on his skin I can smell it next morning . Love it !

Stupid strong! My co worker would smell it on me every time I passed by her. She said i smelled good. Mind you, i put this around 6:40am and she was complimenting me after 2pm.

Damn! This fragrance is POWERFUL!!! I've NEVER known for a cologne to be so strong. Long lasting is an understatement. Do NOT...I repeat DO NOT spray one spray. Spray half a spray! As a matter of fact spray a tiny bit on your finger and tap the right and left side of your neck. This is not a joke. I'm not being hyperbolic or exaggerating. If you think I'm lying or exaggerating listen to what other reviewers are saying. Anyone who says that this cologne isn't strong has a defective olfactory nerve incapable of smelling properly. I sprayed this cologne on my chest....half a spray meaning I didn't push down on the atomizer all the way. It was a quick spritz from a distance. I was approximately 4 feet away. I put a shirt on and in about 5 minutes or so the smell started to seep through my shirt. As time went on the cologne smell got stronger and stronger. The smell was so strong I had to take my shirt off, use the shirt I was wearing to wipe my chest to try to decrease the potency of the fumes. I later tried on another shirt and the smell seeped through that shirt as well. I could still smell the cologne. It kept increasing in strength. I sprayed this at night as a test but the smell was overpowering my nose and I couldn't sleep. I buried my body under my blankets and only allowed my head to be visible while I used the blanket as a conceal agent to supress the fumes. I woke up the next morning to workout and I smelled the cologne still on me. I took a shower and the smell was still on my chest. Went to work and the smel was still on me even with the use of another cologne (Amouge Lyric) Bharara King was still pushing strong through my Amouge Lyric. I sprayed the Amouge Lyric on my neck but Bharara King was pushing strong from my chest through my shirt and I could still smell it. Look!!! Idk what this cologne is made out of but this is nuclear to me. I'm sure others would disagree and say it isn't. Do NOT exceed one spray! If you are going to an event with alot of people like the club perhaps 2 sprays. For the office, half a spray. Spray the cologne on a napkin and then dab the napkin lightly on the back of your neck! Thats it! If you put in in the front of your neck or spray in the front of your neck or chest the fragrance will overwhelm you and might cause you to get a headache due to the fumes rising into your nose. The smell of the cologne is NICE when you can enjoy it after applying it in a way I described that will not overwhelm you. If the smell is too overpowering you can't fully embrace or enjoy the cologne. With this cologne, less is definitely more. Smell-10 Longevity-10 (immortal not eternal) Versatility-5 (very powerful and might offend others) Sillage-10 Update after a week of use. You can spray 3-5 sprays. The smell is strong but not headache inducing. The smell is smooth but strong. I've already received a compliment. I was very hesitant on the sprays because most strong fragrances that I've owned in the past would always give me a headache. This one doesn't do that. As a matter of fact as I continue wearing this, I'm getting olfactory death. What that means is that my nose gets so used to the smell that I no longer smell it. However, just because I don't smell it doesn't mean it isn't projecting. It's like taking a sh*t. At first you smell the sh*t but after sitting in the smell for some time you no longer smell it. Just because you don't smell your own sh*t doesn't mean others can't. Sorry for the sh*t analogy. Just wanted to provide a comparison that everyone would be able to relate with.
