I'm happy this was finally added to the database! Please also add Mareld, Botanist, Violet Sky, and Synchrony from this company as those seem to be missing too. 🙏 This scent is supposed to smell of hay and harvested fruits and that's exactly what I'm getting. Especially the smell of dry hay is incredibly realistic and leading the charge here. Great scent for the month of September as well as other fall and winter months. It's quite cozy and fruity but at the same time very airy, smoky, and dry. Unusual and definitely unisex. For lovers of scents of nature and countryside. I also agree with the below review that it might best to test before buying as this feels very niche and might not be everyone, unless you're familiar with similar scent profiles.

Very interesting smell. I would say this smells like Tom Ford Grey Vetiver EDT with hay so that the hay is most prominent, like Grey Hay. Nothing floral, nothing smoky, just grey and hay and I really enjoy it. If anything else at all then maybe something fig-like or fig-leaf-like as I have captured that unique smell from a few other scents. It's a bit weak though: I want to use it on my shirt so I have to spray over after every 15 minutes, maybe 3-4 times so and after that the smell is strong enough and even lasts for hours (actually to the next day). It lasted long on my hand too this way but it got weaker on hand quicker than on shirt. I like Santal 33 a lot and that scent is super strong but to my nose totally different.

Very nice vetiver fragrance. The floral notes are soft, but they give a very warm tone to it. I found out that layering the fragrance with the same body lotion might bring out the sweetness of the praline more. Its also less dry. Overall, a good autumn scent.

My favorite scent in the style of Santal 33/Parisian Musc that I’ve smelled so far. This one has a gorgeous smoky note that balances out the prettiness of the scent perfectly. I could see myself wearing this every day in the fall season.

This is like cedar in a bottle and I love ceader. It also rounds out with a more fruity smell as it settles. It was lobe at first smell for me.

September, Scandinavian autumn air in a bottle, a wearable woody smoky perfume. Unfortunately, both longevity and sillage are disappointing. The opening is fresh, slightly fruity and sweet, but it lasts for only an instant. It soon gets floral and powdery, hard to name the exact flowers, but at least nothing indolic to me. On paper it develops gently, turning into something green, even medicinal and herbal. It smells bitter and slightly earthy, with something like violet leaf in the background which adds some sweetness and freshness, as well as moisture. I envision a misty morning in the forest, inhaling the damp forest floor and tree branches. On the contrary, it smells drier and much more dusty and smoky on my skin. It smells vividly like standing next to a bonfire and afterwards the scent of burned wood lingers on your clothes. In terms of drydown, I personally prefer how it smells on my skin. Smoky accord fades out but does not disappear completely, while it remains woody till the end, calming and soothing. There is definitely something creamy too, but it does not stand out on my skin; instead, on paper it smells more creamy than woody, bordering on body lotion, with a hint of nutty facet resembling pistachio. I have a mixed feeling towards this perfume. On the one hand, it is such a easily wearable perfume for autumn, suitable for office or any occasions. It is a well balanced woody smoky perfume. On the other hand, the performance is so poor that after 2 hours I can hardly detect it on my skin, and by the end of the day, I smell it faintly on my sweater.

My nose sometimes disagrees with the main accord charts here and it is so frustrating! According to the notes, I was expecting September to be too sweet for my taste and to have no problem with Violet Sky. The main accords claimed otherwise. No sweet accord in September and one right at the top of Violet Sky's chart. Lo and behold, September turns out sweet as f* and Violet Sky is well balanced. On my skin, September opens overwhelmingly fruity-sweet with only a hint of lavender and citrus. The first drydown twists the fruit into quite realistic apple blossoms - sweet, soapy, powdery. The second drydown finally delivers on the woody accord with a little less sweet, creamy-vetiver-papyrus praline, a touch of smoke and some spaceous eucalyptus - truly bottled autumn air, golden light through dry trees at dusk. This part I find mostly gorgeous (and weirdly soapy the rest of the time). The scent cloud around me while I'm wearing September reminds me so much of this old Czech dry shampoo powder called Amica, that it's going to be some time before I try this one again. I do plan on testing it again at some point, though. I think I see what they were going for and it would've been beautiful, it just doesn't seem to work with my skin chemistry. If you're looking for a fall-themed, pleasant, inoffensive yet original office scent and don't mind some sweetness, this one might be for you.

Grounded sweetness. The earthy wood of the bunch. Smells like Santal 33! Or Tide (Particle Goods). Or Palo Santo (Dilo). Surprised, given the fruits and flowers in the notes. Subtle nutty praline and distant florals. This is the exact same profile of what I always perceive as pickle woods (though not unpleasant). I'm glad I decided to try it on my skin: It's one of the more balanced of this kind of fragrance. I'm getting all the notes in thoughtful stages. The top is a burst of pomelo and kumquat before spicy lavender, smoky eucalyptus, hay-like vetiver and papyrus sneak in. The mid-notes act more as a brief bridge between the top and the base, and I don't mind the early settling into the woods. It dries as an inviting, comforting, arid warm woods; surprisingly void of the typical pickle I perceive. Not at all heavy or musky. Just crisp and woody and the smoke and woods are working overtime. Executed very well. This impressed me more as it dried. I could never wear Santal 33-like frags, but this one works well with my chemistry.

September is golden light through thinning trees, the last stretch of warmth before autumn truly sets in. There’s something so clean and crisp about it. Crisp, fresh, almost dewy, with a whisper of crushed leaves and cold air clinging to soft, ripe fruit. Juicy, yes, but like fruit brightened by air, a fleeting sweetness carried on the wind. There’s a light, aromatic sharpness, maybe eucalyptus? Pine resin? Anyways, it's something almost herbal that stops it from sinking into cloying territory, keeping it as brisk as an early morning walk through a forest damp with the first hints of decay. And then, the woods. Sweet and smooth, like polished cedar or birch, but never too dry. The perfect grounding touch. Bjork & Berries has this way of making scents feel like places. Entire landscapes, moods, memories bottled up, September is no exception. It’s fresh but soft, sweet but airy, evocative in the way that makes you want to close your eyes and just breathe it in.

Opened up citrusy woody with some hidden spice notes. Woody side reminded me of Le Labo Santal 33. To me it’s likable enough but nothing to wow about especially if you already own more than a few Santal 33-like scents. It’s different enough to warrant a test before buying. But if you don’t have any Santal 33-like scent then you can blind buy this as it should be a safe enough scent if you don’t hate woody notes.

A wearable woody fragrance. The floral and fruity notes are more present in the beginning. The dry down is less harsh than a lot of the other woody fragrances I've tried (Woodforia and Hinoki Fantome by Boy Smells). This is a lovely summer-to-fall transition fragrance. Stays close to the skin, which is something I like in a perfume.

Such a lovely everyday scent, cannot discern floral part of it - I smell it as woody, a bit smoky, gentle and fresh. Eucalyptus note is really subtle but it is definitely there. It is a Santal 33 scent profile, which is a love or hate thing. I personally like it, however it is tad too weak for me to consider it as a FB.

Lovely smoky santal fragrance! Totally unisex. I have a lot of santal fragrances currently in my collection so I will not upgrade to a FB of this but if you are looking for a Santal 33 alternative, you might wanna check this out. For a budget friendly alternative try out Zara Energetically New York!

Very autumnal, a creamy woody scent that smells like an autumn breeze. Powdery and floral, not too spicy at all which I hate about stereotypical fall scents. I wish I could smell the kumquat!

The citrusy-woody opening makes me think of dishwasher liquid. I see what they were aiming for, and it really does smell a lot like a September day. I don't know what it is, but for me it has an unpleasant synthetic tone. Maybe I will feel better about it on a different day, but for now it makes me slightly nauseous. Doesn't mix well with my skin.

Straight up smells like very salty cucumbers on me, maybe that's the kumquat? Over time the lavender, jasmine, and a mild woods emerge. I do not find this very smoky or woody and I think it's femme leaning unisex. Not my kind of scent personally, but it's very unique. A 'wet' fruity-floral summer night scent.

This smells extremely smoky on me, it’s all I get from it. It’s not a good smokiness, more like a the-house-next-door-burnt-down-and-all-my-things-are-ruined-smokiness. Had to immediately wash off

Super unique - I can't say I've tried anything like this, with a tart and fruity + herbaceous opening that descends into a sweeter and smokier woody base. To me, it has the right amount of edge to it which isn't overpowering. My only complaint is that the middle notes are virtually invisible and very hard to pick up on, besides maybe the eucalyptus which gives it an ever so slightly mentholated medicinal quality with the lavender as well. Generally agree with the comparisons to MC's Papyrus Moleculaire but I find this less overtly masculine.

This one made me a bit emotional actually. It’s really good. Let’s start off there. I grew up on a Norwegian farm and I must say this takes me right back. The hay note is really prominent to me. It smells like opening the doors of the barn on a sunny September day. You’re about to have the playtime of your life with your sibling, on the huge bales of hay stacked in there. I also pick up on a fresh carrot-y note almost. A liiiiittle sweet. Very very nostalgic. Made me tear up a little and I’ve been sat reminiscing. Beautiful!

I haven’t been this let down by a discovery set maybe ever... at very least it’s been a while. Every single one of these scents is a copy of another major label fragrance, maybe with a tiny tweak thrown in. This is literally just santal 33 with a little extra smoke. Mareld smells just like aqua di gioia with the floral turned down. vanilla veil is just like cheirosa 62 with the caramel nuttiness turned down. Botanist is basically a 1:1 copy of aventus. For such a cool sounding brand I’m super let down!!!

This smelled surprisingly fresh and sweet on the test strip. On my skin the smoky note was much stronger, as was the vetiver. It definitely smells like the fall, very outdoorsy and earthy. I see people comparing it to Santal 33 in their reviews, and as a Santal 33 fan I don’t find it very reminiscent other than them both being outdoorsy/woodsy in the base. I think I would like this better on my husband than on myself, but it’s definitely worth a sniff.

This one really surprised me. I'm normally not a fan of smokey scents, but this one so beautifully balances the smokiness/woodiness with citrus and floral notes that the overall effect is quite soft and somehow even clean feeling. Totally unique and my favourite from the brand.

Opens like Santal Dan Sha, but with smoke. Very woody, very autumnal. Not for me, but would I like to bang someone who smells like they just chopped wood for the fire in a forest? Regardless of gender but more on a woman? Yes, yes I would.

Goes on woody smoky and a little antiseptic. I get none of the floral or fruit notes here. Just woody, dry, hint of eucalyptus in a medicinal way and then a slightly plastic-y praline note that I don’t feel melds. It's a no for me.

This is a great interpretation of Maison Louis Marie's No. 04, which is imo the better version of Santal 33. No gross leather notes. Just some freshness contrasting with cool smokiness. Not too much spiciness. Yes.

Such a niche reference but this reminds me of the Morrisons dandruff shampoo mixed with I Fig You by FASCENT 🤣
