Baihao Yinzhen 白毫银针

This scent is listed in Black Paw's tea collection, but to me this is more flowery than tea. The flowery feel is very soft and delicate, not the blooming in your face kind. It's not a bouquette or a flower shop, it's more like the spring time flower scent you pick up on sidewalks. I couldn't pick apart the types of flowers in this. The opening is tender and relaxing and subtly sweet, and the middle notes are a bit more green and watery. The white tea is the only thing left behind after 2-3hours. This scent sits close to the skin, doesn't even reach my nose unless I look for it while I'm wearing on my arm.

A fresh, green fragrance with a ripe pear opening that feels both juicy and floral. The top is pear‐forward, but never in a simple fruity way — it’s a ripe pear wrapped in flowers, lifted by green leaves and a slightly sharp, stemmy edge. That sharpness fades, smoothing into a softer fruity but still green accord. As it settles, the pear becomes more translucent and blends with airy florals, especially freesia, giving the fragrance a clean, petal fresh brightness. It is crisp and green rather than sweet. A faint rose and jasmine drift through the composition without ever becoming heavy.
