Zombi

Very nice little brew reminiscent of any number of vintage roses of the brambly variety. The rose here is warm and eugenol forward, so despite the hefty dose of oakmoss the effect is cozy rather than austere. A classical and restrained offering from the lab.

This is one of my great loves. To me, it's yassified soil scent. So earthy and sweet. I wear this when I feel like an Earth goddess (but still goth).

Out of the bottle you instantly smell the dried roses and rose leaf (based on BPAL's description), followed by Spanish moss and earth. Personally, I couldn't smell the oakmoss, but I'm not familiar with that scent either. On the skin, the scent dries down to dried roses, rose leaf, and Spanish moss. It's an unusual scent but very pleasant. If you want to smell like a freshly tilled garden or like you've been wandering the shady grounds of a California mission, this is the scent for you.

When first opening the bottle you are hit with a strong mossy smell with a hint of dried roses. Almost like walking past roses in a graveyard. As it settles on the skin after a few minutes you get more dried rose notes and less of the moss smell. After a few hours it smells pleasant like fresh roses and earth. I'm pleasantly surprised by this scent.

another one of my early BPAL favorites. pink roses blooming out of the dirt near a mossy grave. a very "dirt" earthy scent with the added roses. i love this one but it's definitely not an everyday scent. but extremely evocative.

The rose and moss smell incredible together and I was really excited when I first put this on, unfortunately the rose completely disappeared within an hour of wear, and the scent altogether only lasted a couple hours.

Wet roses, one of my faves. I have a fb of this and used to love layering with my imp of The Rose. I don’t get much of the “dirt” aspect but my best friend said it smells “earthy” to her
