Mirage

OMG!!! What a zesty beautifule scent it is!-a perfect four season parfume-very uncommon but familiar at te same time-a good builted masterpiece! Zesty orange-grapefruit with sweets of amber, tolou and vanilla. Surprisingly long lasting for an orange scent. Absolute FB worthy!!!

I don't know why it's rated as "love". It's a synthetic citrus-Incensy scent on a baby powder drydown, without a well defined orange or tolu. It is quite smelt before in generic perfumes, with no uniqness. Don't buy blindly, please.

Testing this blind from the ScentXplore bag,not looking at the name or notes, let me first say this needs a good 20-30 minutes to calm as the initial opening was a pungent mix of green baby wipes and rotting fruit. It does calm and turn into more of an incense, with amber-laced myrrh and frankincense which to me is reminiscent of mythical crystal and zodiac stores. The end result is rich, incense, with some brighter top notes. Looking at the notes I'm a little surprised about the amount of citrus and lack of incense. I must be getting mostly the Tolu Balsam. While I can pick up on the amber, musk, and coriander (which explains the opening) the orange and grapefruit are not as apparent, with vanilla and the labdanum floating around. The overall take away is still nice and to me just leans sensual adult incense, and even though I think it falls quite unisex would rather enjoy this on the right women (who probably has dark eyes and is wearing leather).

There's absolutely nothing unique about this scent. Smells like your regular men's cologne. I'm bummed because I blind bought this based on the reviews saying how uncommon it is. Not the case to my nose. Leans more masculine than unisex. A good buy if you're looking for a forgettable everyday scent. Let me rephrase that and say, a good perfume when you're confused about what fragrance to wear. Projection is intimate- moderate.

orange + tolu + bitterness > never smelt anything similar. A perfect spicy aura for absolute winters. Complement is mandatory.

The best mandarin-oud combination anybody can imagine. It is outstanding. Longevity - forever. Great stuff!
