0 Absolute Suede

O Absolute Suede is a dark, mysterious, sexual, and beautiful. This is one of the few fragrances that genuinely make me smile and happy. The leather, suede, and plum come together with a hint of raspberry--it smells like dark, ethereal, sadistic sex in an old library. I know that's weird. But there is also a comfort to this very inviting and cozy scent. I LOVE this fragrance. People compare Absolute Suede to Tom Ford's "Tuscan Leather"; and while they are somewhat similar, I love this one more because of its pungency and scent trail . It's an eccentric, dark beauty that's bold, daring, mysterious, and sexual, yet it is also cozy and comforting.

Stunning. A really intense Suede with warmth and softness coming from the incense and plum. Long lasting, powerful and very sexy. I'm thrilled to have this - what a discovery!

This is a leathery scent with a lot of subtle and gentle aromas. The thyme almost gives it a slightly smoky scent which is relatively mild and inoffensive. Some might smell it and think old-lady, I know I did because my old grandma used to smell like this. This is not a bad thing though, it's a sophisticated leather-scent which manages to stay inoffensive which is a big asset to thave in your cabinet. I will mention that the atomizer is absolutely shit. It's not pleasing to press down, it feels like there's no pressure on it as if the tube in the perfume is only picking up droplets so almost nothing comes out and the press-down feels very janky because the resistance varies on the way down, like a keyboard cap that's stuck because of a crumb laying underneath it. In the dry-down I do get good bit more coffee than fruit, which is nice, but it's very much a skin-scent in that I mainly smell leather and thyme in the air, and then coffee when I stick my nose down to where I've sprayed.

this is the same as the type o in the silver bottle. it smells like tuscan leather on steroids.
