Bellissima Acqua di Primavera

Calling all VIOLET lovers! This fragrance is absolutely lovely. So refreshing! Unlike any thing else I own. Definitely a bit woodsy, a bit sweet, and floral. At first spray the essence of violet and passion flower DANCE, leaping and stealing the spotlight at center stage. These stars of the show are cloaked in the sweetest, vivid, raspberry veil. Within minutes, woodsy notes and a tad bit of sandalwood join in, they are introduced mid stage, to anchor the dance troupes performance. This fragrance in my opinion is a masterpiece of a dance in perfect olfactory accord. I did not expect to like this as much as I did. This gem deserves bright lights and a stage! She shines like a bright star in my perfume collection. Sillage was good and longevity was average. I believe I will enjoy wearing her most in spring and summer as she has a very refreshing, bright composition. Bottle is very heavy and looks expensive. All in all, this was for me, a great fragrance purchase.

The more I explore the fragrance world the less I find it possible to describe a scent with words.. This is a really pretty violet-centered scent. A bit sweet with raspberries, powdery with violets, tangy and crispy with bergamot, warm with woods and musk. It is delicious and has really good projection: people start complimenting me at 2 meters (7 feet?) away :) It is definitely a spring scent, I guess it can be too warm and sweet for a summer heat. Very well-behaved (cant say exquisite), but no way an innocent fragrance - it has some girly naughty vibe to it, like a short skater dress with floral print. My first thought when I smelled it was: 'delicious scent of fresh white crunchy paper'. Somehow I find this powdery fresh paper smell very feminine :)

Love it! At first I could smell something that reminded me of a fragrant black tea (the bergamot?). Then it started to settle to a not very powdery violet - more a fresh and breezy violet. Then a lovely soft dry down. I wouldn't say sillage is great (to be expected from an airy fragrance, I guess) but hours later I can still smell it on my skin. I love the bottle too. The glass cap and the label that is made from ribbon-like fabric.

This is lovely. A sweet, gentle and girly floral with strong violet notes. There is nothing extraordinary or super interesting about this scent, but it is always a safe bet, liked by most people I meet when I wear it. Very good scent daytime for spring and summer.It lasts reasonably long on me, about 4-5 H. Something all violet lovers should try. The bottle is nice as well.

I scored this in Canada at Winners for $30 (100ML). What a FIND. It is fresh and floral and has that violety smell that I so love in my Guerlain cosmetics. Very uplifting, and light. Perfect for a crisp, sunny spring day. Pair with a pastel sundress and a large hat. Beauty!

Simply my favorite because I love violet and this is the most intensive note, also very long lasting and with a delicate sillage that people can notice around you.

Hmmm.... Powdery, airy violet scent with a dry, delicious fruity and sweet raspberry-citrus start. Very unique in my opinion! I smell a hint of pistachio after the top notes, which makes it really interesting and though there is no pistachio listed, it has the same feel. It smells so delicious. I love the Bellissima Parfum Intense as well, which is creamy, powdery and woody. Bellissima Acqua di Primavera is velvety, airy, slightly sweet, natural, heavenly... and long lasting as well. I fell in love immediately, now I only need the original Bellissima for my collection! Try this line, it is really awesome and powdery. :)

Similar to Balenciaga thanks to the violet, its olfactory pyramid is wonderful, Acqua di Primavera is very nice, soft, feminine, it reminds you of Bellissima only a bit, it's much fresher, what more can I say? It's yet another great creation by Blumarine.

This perfume is like a spring day in a bottle! It's so fresh and floral, with a hint of sweetness that makes it perfect for daytime wear. I especially love the violet and passionflower notes - they're really unique and beautiful.

This one is like a mix of "Balenciaga" by Balenciaga and "In love again" by YSL. Very nice and breezy! Love the whole Bellissima range! And lasting power is great! Perfect for spring!

Blind Buy. Happy! Checks these boxes: Fresh cut flowers put into water vibe, natural, airy , Springtime, pretty, feminine, smells WAY more expensive that it actually was, detectable pansy (when does THAT ever happen?). ADP feels like a Jo Malone in many ways ; sheer but very natural and nuanced. This is not a "violet bomb" as some of the reviewers have exclaimed (honestly - they made me almost feel like I was in for an Insolence clone by the way they were describing the violet). Rather , ADP smells like the violet and the pansy (and perhaps the passion flower?) had a "baby" together . Delicate yet distinctive ! (Although I really feel the fresh earthy-but-cute pansy coming through!). This is my second Bellissima after the original one that was supposed to be a "Lipstick On" clone and this one is already much better and more unique . The dry down phase is beautiful ! Wow ! Who needs to spend $250.00 on a bottle of perfume to feel so special when you have gems like this ? EDIT: I don't really get raspberry or sandalwood from this -- so take that for what it is.

this is just lovely! it was actually a blind buy, after i read on this site that it resembles miss dior cherie l'eau. it has nothing to do with it, but you could say that these are suited for the same personality, simple, clean, delicate, spring loving girl. i have received compliments and people ask what is that smell, if it has freesia. i will tell you how it is for my nose: the most delicate powdery violet that is freshened up by the bergamot and sweetened very lightly by the raspberry and passion flower and warmed up by the creamy pansy. the base notes are elegant and what else can i say, i like a clean musk/wood base. but what i think that it gives it a spring fairy-of-the-forest feeling, is the violet leaf (even if it's not mentioned here, i think it is in the perfume) and this gives to this spring powdery violet an earthy feeling, like if you were smelling a violet in the forest and you would go down to the ground to smell it.

There are tonns of fruity florals out there, to my nose Primavera is unique, reason why I bought it again!! The violet dominates the scent, but it is a sweet modern take on violets, nothing dusty or powdery..at first the violet almost smells like licorice...I like the scent, it is very feminine, romanticallly modern, .sweet and breezy..it resembles Paris by Balenciaga, but this is more vibrant, and warmer too. Due I think to the Passion flower, which keeps it uplifting.. It is very springlike also.. Truth is it is impossible to find here, so I feel like I am wearing quite a special fragrance! Longevity is good too..

I just bought this (I am in Italy right now) and it really makes me think of Gucci Eau de parfum II that I used to wear a couple of years ago. It's very lovely on my skin, perfect for daywear in springtime and in the evening on a hot summer night.

Similar to the orginal Bellissima but less citrus and is sweet and fruity. Totally fruity floral. Smells beautiful, the bottle cap is gorgeous. It's glass like the bottle itself. I hate cheap plastic caps.

EDIT: This one needs to SIT for a while . It will get more DISTINCTIVE and stronger. Use it for a month - put it away for 6. Thank me later.

My girlfriend got me this perfume (summer 2011). Nice perfume, fresh, long lasting. I feel like this perfum e great for a day time...

I feel it is similar to She woods "the pink one", it's very nice for spring, lasts about 4 hours
