Blumarine Rosa

Love at first sight.... in my search for the perfect rose perfume that actually captures the rose. I finally ordered Rosa by blumarine. I looked high and low and always came back to this.. So having bought and loved Blumarines Dange Rose..... which on the dry down is delicious deep rose.. Im willing to trust them on Rosa for 100mls EDP for 50 Euro with my discount.. Im happy. Love or Like. Is she indeed my perfect rose perfume? When I unrapped and unboxed this 100ml perfume purchased online... I noticed something I had never noticed before when I got the celofane off and felt the tactile peach textured box. One of the most exquisite boxes Id ever opened. I noticed it was perfumed and I sniffed that box. Had the perfume leaked? Or was this just the most brilliant marketing tactic ever.. I got out the beautiful heavy glass bottle with its rosebloom cap surely one of the best Ive ever seen.. And sprayed..... Straight out the bottle there was a herbal note spice maybe and the rose was there in the background. A nuttines... Oh its sesame. And a little kick of Bergamot... Freezia too.. Very unusual.. This made in Italy Blumarine perfume had a lot to live up to. Not any ol rose will do. Ive smelt a lot of rose perfumes along the way. In the dry down which comes quite quickly the rose starts to unfold.. The soft fragrance as if one is burying ones nose in in rose bloom. Delicious rose not at all one dimensional and a little enegmatic... And almost spicy.. Its a little herbal and not sweet and that pleases me... I think the sillage isnt big, but I love intimite perfumes who creep up on you. I want to wear this all summer without assaulting all arround me with my perfume. Theres that lucent rose, the tuberrose its stronger cousin and elegant white lily.. These are my sacred trio, my holy trinity... Rose tuberrose and lily... And whenever I fall deeply in love with a perfume inevitiably they show up in the list. As it is here. They dont shout and are nicely balanced. Sometimes white flowers can be too heady and sweet. Here they arent. and they dont shout. When the base notes show themselves theres patchouli, soft musk and a touch of vanilla. Warm richness What gets my vote in this perfume is that without being obvious the rose gets to shine... Without schreetching... Its truly gorgeous. This warm soft not sweet botanic fragrance could be unisex I see no reason why not. Who would wear it? Well me, Ive already installed it as a signature now. Im tired of rose fragrances that dont smell of rose. I wont give up my quest for the perfect rose fragrance but this one is on the throne for now.. For those who love a rose scent that is charismatic and enveloping without throwing out masses of sillage give it a try. Just as the sister Blumarine Dange Rose crept up on me... So it is with Rosa. My vote Perfume 9.0 Sillage 7.0 Longevity 7.8 Bottle and packing 10 VALUE FOR MONEY 10

This smells absolutely delish!!!!! I blind bought this from eBay when there was a sale. This was my least exciting purchase out of all the fragrances...and to my surprise, this was probably top 1 or 2 (I bought 6 fragrances). Just like @soofiya said, it smells like a rose cream...and a bit more citrusy freshness to make it not one dimensional and a bit more refreshing. If you have a look at my perfume wardrobe I don't have a signature scent (I am someone who likes a bit of everything)...however, rose note is one of my favs if not my top go-to note and this one is a delicious rose and cream. Although what drove me to buy this was mainly the sesame note (I have a thing for Memo Paris Kedu but won't buy that one because it's too expensive with shitty performance for 75mL). I also bought Paul Smith Rose in this fragrance haul and in comparison to PS Rose, this one is definitely more creamy vanilla more fall-winter appropriate. I love them both. I was really worried buying this at first wasn't sure if I should just go for the small size but it was the best value to buy the biggest size and I am all about that value. I was gonna just sell it if it doesn't suit my taste. Since I never heard of this brand nor there are samples to try in Australia. I had to just go with the reviews here. Somewhat glad it's underrated so no one smells the same like me. Although this is definitely somewhat similar to the mainstreams scents it's also not. :D The bottle is super adorable too <3 Thank god Fragrantica exists!!! EDIT: Got to smell Britney Spears Fantasy Intimate Edition properly and reminds me of this. They have the same vibe but this is slightly stronger in that it's more fresh juicy floral and more long-lasting. But Fantasy Intimate is softer and definitely more of an "intimate" scent as it dries down.

Finally tested it properly today and it is a like for me.not a love,but I'd better revisit this at the end days of winter when spring's arrival makes me to look for florals.this is a year round wearable floral,probably better in mild weather rose is the main actress here as it's name suggests and it's a tad spicy with a mild hint of tuberose and lily following it.gradually white florals become stronger and it's almost sharp opening grows to a creamy oriental floral.it's base notes make it more intresting than a simple floral It's a perfume for adults, is pretty strongand and has a character.longevity is impressive too.it's bottle and name may suggest a delicate and girly rosey scent but it's different.it's more of a delicious rose cream,warm and sensual It may seem too rosey in the opening but drydown is very pleasant.while peppery rose is grounded by floralvanilla cream and musk.I can't detect patchouli but I feel some subtle woody notes in drydown Gonna edit if I have a chance to do further testings on my own bottle.I already have two perfumes from this brand.anna which I like and wear a lot during spring and summer days and bellisimia intense which is a nice fall scent.I'm pleased with this brand ❤❤❤❤

I think blumarine rosa is underrated. I can feel the elegance of this perfume. It feels like a clever, charismatic lady that can influence her surrounding, just like a rose with its spike. This is rose, but a little bit sweeter because of vanilla but there is a hint of soft spicy, maybe from the patchouli. And hint of nut too, from the sesame. It is really good combination and i love this. And when i first opened it, the box is already perfumed and gave me a hint of the perfume. And the bottle is so uniquely beautiful. No regret at all for buying this
