Honestly, no. It’s outrageously expensive, even given the exceptional quality of ingredients and the captivating, almost addictive nature of the scent. That said, if you do splurge on it (like I did), at least you’ll have wasted your money on something truly extraordinary. Blue Sapphire Supercharged is a statement in every sense: daring, luxurious, and unforgettable.

I have Blue Sapphire, and it is nothing short of exquisite. This version takes it a step further, softening the edges just enough. The sharpness of Blue Sapphire is beautifully rounded, blended, and amplified all at once. This is a scent that is balanced to perfection and opens to infinity. The rose, aldehydes, cardamom, and amber stand out to me but blend smoothly with hints of lemon and raspberry. I am typically a super sweet gourmand lover. This scent stepped me out of my comfort zone, I think forever. Is this for everyone? I don’t think so. The price alone makes it something for true collectors and enthusiasts. But one should be warned. This scent is for powerful warrior queens. It's in the name. It's for a woman who does not shrink from being the center of attention and takes command of a room. It's understandable that one would confuse feminine power with masculinity... I mean, men start out as women in the womb, so that is where they get it from. I’ll definitely be adding a bottle to my collection soon to complement the OG. It’s a must-have

When I initially sprayed this I thought what a waste of good money. But akin to Roja Haute Luxe this thing is a shape shifter. It changes upon every wear. Even the somewhat soapy dry down reminds me of something like Diaghilev. Don’t get me wrong this is a different perfume all together, but it has similar skill and mastery. I get why people would think this was a waste of money on first sniff, but if you are deep in to the game (and my comment is by no means some sort of fragrance snobbery) you’ll appreciate its nuances.

Well, I will tell you, you should like rose. It’s certainly well crafted and has depth but if you don’t like rose you won’t get along with this. Update after a few more wears: I don’t like rose, or most oud but this is so well done. The rose is the cleanest rose ever, no additional cat piss added, and the oud isn’t offensive at all (maybe first two minutes max). I like this more the more I wear it.

Picked this up in London last year. Breath taking fragrance! I also have the original and this is definitely a heavy hitter, more projection and smoother (I feel) one to two well placed sprays are all that is needed. Overpowering if more. A true jewel, you won’t be able to stop smelling yourself ! 100/10!

Because of the price, I had to start with travel size of 10ml. From my own good feeling that this perfume gives and validation from those around me who truthfully complimented me, I went for a full bottle on discounters. Almost 40% from RRP. I am sure 100ml will stay a lifetime, potent as it is.

This is masterpiece....One word, excellent. There is no perfume better, more elegant, sexier than this. It really is very pleasant, very soft, and more than the original. All respect to the perfumer who made it. I don't think anyone can produce another scent like this ❤️❤️❤️

First 20 minutes is beautiful effervescent yet a bit off putting at the same time. After that it becomes smoother, more pleasant and smells extremely expensive.

don't get me wrong BS SC is amazing and I have full bottle but after smelling Al Qurashi Blend from Abdul Samad Al Qurashi, I regretted purchasing BS SC.

I will likely not get many thumbs up from this review. I'm pragmatic and don't really like to use descriptive buzz words that tell you nothing about what this actually smells like. REASONING FOR BUYING: There was a full bottle at my favorite discounter and I had a bunch of coupons I used to bring the cost below 600. If I didn't like, then trade, or sell. Got this because people claimed the OG has apissy smell and I'm cautious about that. I currently have one other Boadicea and I would get their highest rated one to decide if this is a company to continue spending money with. REVIEW: The packaging is nice - a lot of paper and cardboard is used. I think the Roja premiums like Haute Luxe have the best packaging. Based on one spray well dispersed on a forearm, this fragrance does not in any way go on harsh. I'm happy the cardamom (or caadamin if you're from the UK or Australia) is noticeable and really nice. A lot better quality than YSL LNDL, which I also love. It does have a dark oud presence with almost no sweetness. No barnyard or feces. The florals are really mixed well. I see rose and oud, but this is not an overtly Rose/Oud fragrance. My other Boadicea is Ardent and that is a synthetic Rose Oud which took me a while to like. This is slightly smokey Oud. Yes there is leather, but not overdosed. Not getting much patchouli, which makes me think they used subtle amounts as a fixative for the weaker ingredients. No hippies here, thank God. After about 30 minutes the labdinum/vanilla amber raspberry come through more balancing this out a little better. I don't believe this is a conventional spicy oriental. I would say leather oriental floral. Spices exist, oud exists, florals exist, leather exists. 4 hour update after 5 sprays; the projection from this is abysmal. It does give this green, aromatic vibe for sure. It's summer and 90F out and I'm really trying hard to find where so many people are getting this beastly take from this. There are also no citruses at any point. This honestly reminds me of Clive Christian X for men. Same weak sillage too. WHO IS THIS FOR IMO? This is a masculine fragrance. I would have a difficult time thinking someone would hate this. Is it baller? I couldn't really say, but there is nothing juvenile about this. This is a 30-35yo+ fragrance. The younger people want their ethyl maltol bombs. I personally hate overly synthetic or sweet fragrances. I think they did spend more money to make this, but I'm glad I got it for what I did, because I would hate myself if I paid over a G for this. Could you get something that does the job of this for much cheaper? Yes, I think Memo Paris has offerings that rival this. I personally think this is a greed release. If someone asked me if they should get this, I would say if you have money burning a hole in your pocket and you found it for about what I did, sure. I would take them to my house and we would smell my stuff, I have about 300 currently. They would likely choose something else. Cost is a factor for people. Companies know this. They don't want to price themselves out of the market, but if they charge little, people might think it is not quality stuff. I honestly think that is what is going on with the other reviews. Not as rich as it costs! Scent 7.5/10 Quality 8/10 Longevity 12 hours Sillage 3-4ft. Intimate to Moderate I will keep this and wear it, definitely. CONCLUSION Simple "like", all things considered. 4.56 overall rating is unjustified. People convince themselves it is the best, so you will be convinced they have the best that you can't afford. Do not let them fool you. If you're really on the fence, message me. I will not be buying more Boadicea

I’ll be honest, I’ve not tried the original Blue Sapphire so it feels strange to be reviewing Supercharged first - obviously I can’t compare between the two but this is a gorgeous scent. It absolutely screams power, strength and masculinity. Initially I get a huge burst of tart and juicy fruits, most notably sharp mandarin and sweet raspberry. A massively warm and intoxicating cardamom swirls around gentle touches of soapy rose and light jasmine, to reveal a dank and punchy oud note. The fruits seem to persist as earthy patchouli and punchy leather resonate, however the oud and cardamom dominate the senses. There’s no doubt this is a good perfume, great even. But does it smell like something that costs just under a thousand British pounds? No it does not. Who knows if they use real oud or not, I couldn’t seem to find any information on their website regarding their source for oud so I’m unsure - but what I do know is that despite how lovely this scent is it doesn’t smell like it costs more than £300 unfortunately.

Review needed! Who has this pls ?😩😭 Update: Finally got it..... Oh my goodness! This is a beast mood and very hash. I get more lemon, tiny bit of orange, aldehyde and Oud... Supercharged last longer than the original as i get 14hrs plus on clothes & 6hrs -7hrs on my skin.. The Supercharged uniqueness is not that much compare to the original at first sniff other than the strong oud. But guys! don't blind buy this one bcos I don't wanna see grown man/woman crying like f***k sake 😄 Although I did, but does it worth the price tag? NO👎 as my price would be £750 for supercharged based on what I am getting regardless. I'm not really excited either and maybe it's because my expectation was very high compare to what i sniffed, I think people should stop hyping it and sometimes I do like the coziness & the softness of the original more though. Please test both side by side and wait till the dry down to see before buying. Doesn't worth the price tag!

This is a “cleaner” version of the OG, thats all. Patchouli and aldehydes are amped up. Its smoother and brighter. NOT WORTH 1000+ usd

Oud: Strong. Stronger.. Strongest... I heard somebody said that it gives a "fresh" smell.. Not sure in which season of life that smell ever popped... Oud itself is a very expensive material. So I won't say "overpriced" for this perfume. Considering the projection and the density of the smell, it is a lot of oud extracts being poured. Someone, who is into oud will like this. That someone is not me unfortunately.

If you've tried Frederic Malle's Rose & Cuir, you've smelled the thumbnail pencil sketch beside which which Blue Sapphire Supercharged is the sixteen-foot square Renaissance oil painting. Both are leather roses. Malle makes a virtue of the dissonance between the two materials, has a vegetal undertow and its own spare beauty. BSS is grand and sweeping and multi-layered, with every tiny empty space filled with colour, light and shadow. Like opera cloaks or tiaras, big florals are classic, extra and always make a statement, even if the statement is simply "grandeur". Sometimes you appreciate the artistry, but can't find much individuality or personality. Joy is a great and beautiful perfume, yet it lacks strangeness or surprise, and on the few occasions I've worn it, I feel as though I'm wearing a lovely ballgown it would be the height of rudeness to criticise, but in which I feel overdressed and awkward. Blue Sapphire Supercharged has real intensity unrelated to the undoubted staying power of this juice (twelve hours in as of writing this, and still going strong). It has a lot to say, and by God it's going to say it. Symphonic is perhaps the best description: on the first spray you might well feel as though you're listening to the orchestra tuning up, because there are a scary few moments, given how expensive this is, wondering what the hell this is going to settle into. Have I made a huge mistake? Then the spicy warmth comes through, and you're away. At times the dry down takes you close to incense, but not quite; a dark, burning heart glimpsed through the rose petals. The leather persists throughout, preventing BSS from dissolving into mere prettiness. You might need to be in the right mood to wear this divine hybrid of monster rose, leather and spice, but on the right day its unapologetic distinctiveness will take some beating.

Oh man I've had it for about a month and haven't reviewed. I apologize to the gentleman below that's been waiting for a review. Fyi I own both. I am selling the initial bottle or trading if anyone wants it. Now for supercharged. I don't really think that does it justice. Yes it has all the same components of the first, yes you get the fruit on top and wood in the base and heart. But to me this is everything you wish the first one was, which I loved by the way, and none of what you don't like. I don't know how Christian keeps on creating my favorite scents, but he does. I'll smell something, look for the nose behind it, then bam,it's provenzano. One could have a collection of only his creations and be cool. Really he creates most of what bodecia has, maybe all of it, at least the ones I like the most, so you could only wear boedecia and be cool. I've regressed, the scent has that awesome opening that made the first Sapphire stick a success. Yet it's deeper and more luxurious. Plus it lasts almost the whole way through. I guess what I'm saying is it's blue Sapphire on steroids.

I don’t know why I expected “super charged” to be anything less than the original on steroids but that’s literally what it is. The smell is impressive but the longevity and projection are too much for me, which resulted in it being a “scrubber”. The original is better because while it’s still a projection beast it’s tamed compared to this. Presentation is beautiful and you can find it well below retail but just too overpowering for me to wear comfortably Edit: After revisiting and trying a few times this stuff is incredible. Actually getting the raspberry made a big difference and the performance doesn’t seem as overwhelming as it did on the first try. Anticipate on getting a full bottle

I think most things have been covered about this fragrance by everyone before me. I will add that I sprayed it on my wrist, wore a jumper over it and at the end of the day put it away. A week later I wore King Blue and put the jumper on. The smell from the wrist of the jumper overlayed and overpowered the King Blue. I couldn't believe it, its that nuclear. Yes, its an older more mature smell, yes, its completely overpriced but damn... it's so good. Just find a decant it will last a lifetime anyway..

Cashholiday 6 sprays??? 😮 For me, 2 is the maximum, it is very thick and rich. Of course, everything is individual, but you are a brave person if you spray so much. For me, it has a more oily consistency compared to the original, I think this is one of the reasons why it sounds smoother than the original. Also, for me, it's not that versatile, as it sounds very bright and noticeable, but that's just a matter of preference and taste. Perfume is one of the most individual hobbies.

Here’s how this works for me. This is a fresher take on the OG. The OG is way more dark and resinous. Supercharged is more versatile and signature scent worthy that can be worn anytime of the year. They did the opposite of what Amouage does with their extraits. Blue sapphire OG is like reflection 45 and supercharged is like reflection if that makes sense. The smell is not the same just the deeper qualities . I love super charged and in no way feel choked out spraying 6 sprays

I bought a sample of this and don’t think I’ll even attempt to wear it. It’s so pungent and thick just smelling it on paper. Im imagining a dish of potpourri being lit on fire in Queen Elizabeth’s dressing room. This is what a beyond wealthy old woman would smell like. Like a bridgerton orgy parody with the elderly. Nauseating stench
