Rouge Temptation

My current signature. Perfect for a lover of vanillas and musks. It’s unfortunate that this one is so hard to find now, because this is one of the fragrances that speaks to me the most. Very ethereal, for lack of a better term.

For me the most prominent note is vanilla, benzoin and I do faintly feel the peach. The peach here is not the main note, it is not as supportive as lets say peach in Tom Ford's Bitter Peach or the peach in Tiziana Terenzi's Draco. This peach is very sweet, slightly sour but mostly airy and sweet. It is however, like I said only in the background. The rose is pretty weak for me too, surprisingly. The vanilla is definitely the most intense note and it's a cozy vanilla like the one in Le Labo's Vanille. I think this perfume is good, but not really worth such a high price tag. I prefer other vanilla or other peachy fruity fragrances. For example, Diptyque's Duelle comes to mind as a soft vanilla.

Had 2 sprays on my wrist in a store. Can detect it even now in clear air from the clean arm after 30+ hours, 2 showers and countless times of washing hands. But projection for me was quite moderate. The scent is of a vanilla-fruity(peachy) nectar, haven't noticed it changing throughout the duration.

I don't know how and why - but this smells to me like someones breath mixed with some candy.

Im a fan! Definitely a vanilla dominant frag but the resins keep it from being sweet. I got quite a bit of fruity peach up top but it wasn’t candy sweetness. I don’t think my nose is good enough to pick out the florals. My guess is that they are the bridge between the vanilla peach opening and the vanilla resin dry down. I got decent projection and it stuck to the skin for ages. Quality ingredients and classy bottle.
