So good, just get it! I don’t see cinnamon listed but I def get that signature BTV cinnamon done so incredibly well...

This one really smells good. I get cumin, saffron, mandarin orange and tobacco. The problem with this one for me is it is basically a skin scent on me, and doesn't last but around 3 hours. Due to this I could never recommend it for the extremely expensive price.

THE GOOD This starts out beautifully!! The coriander and saffron open up and about five minutes later your hit with a hint of orange, just lovely. In the mid I get tobacco with an undertone of rose, heliotrope and a slight hint of magnolia. In the dry down I get a small amount of sandalwood and vanilla which keeps it a little sweet as the patchouli and tobacco take a masculine charge. This fragrance is blended with perfection! I see that a lot in reviews for this house and I didn’t want to write it but it’s what they do best. The scent will stay in your clothes for weeks. THE BAD For such a masculine fragrance the silage and protection should be better... THE UGLY This is a dupe of Byredo’s Tobacco Mandarin done exceptionally well. This fragrance lacks originality along with weak silage and poor projection. I would not recommend or repurchase.

Sophisticated but overpriced woody aromatic scent that gives a balanced and soft interpretation of the tobacco note. The scent opens with notes of cumin, coriander, saffron and incense before going on to a very brief floral heart highlighted by heliotrope. The scent settles fast into the powdery base dominated by tobacco and sandalwood, but also containing labdanum, guaiac, synthetic musk and calone, vanilla, patchouli and benzoin. The slight masculine leaning scent has moderate to strong projection and very good longevity. Tobacco lovers need to try, others can safely miss. Enjoy!

To me this is more of a cumin perfume than a tobacco perfume since it too the center stage while the tobacco was only on the sideline. Sandalwood was quite beautiful towards the end.

A copy of Byredo which in turn is a copy of a vintage whose name I don't remember.. This to my nose has substantially less mandarin, more coriander, more tobacco in a consistent base. I also get a fat and leathery note that for the first hour smells like engine oil and makes it unwearable to me. I appreciate the sillage and the indelible drydown and I prefer it sprayed in a first drawer to get distant memories. The price tag is more ridiculous than Tobacco Mandarin which is already quite ridiculous... Bypass

If you collect Scents and have some money to spend, this is one for the books. This scent is not for everyone. It's a bit sweet, the cumin hits you in the opening and in the dry down is when the tobacco hits. Haven't smelled a tobacco like this one yet, a bit gourmandish. It's a great scent but it is an expensive one. It does last as a skin scent but it's summer here in Los Angeles. I bet it will perform better in the winter. One of my female coworkers described it as a cozy scent and she liked it, she is really picky about her scents. As I'm writing this review the patchouli just smacked me in the face and it's been 10mins since I put it on. The flowers are also playing a big part right now the cumin is still lingering around but its keeping everything in balance. They use some of the best oils on this one and you can see it stick to your skin. Took a shower when I first bought it and I still smelled like it when I came out. It's not like Naxos and it's not like Carlisle. It's in it's own category. 7+ hrs on my skin.

On them 4°C, 39°F wet outdoors, pretty much get the 'dupe' thing, and finally got one in my collection that they're dupes haha? Moresque Byron. But on indoors room temp, especially when back 30 mins in? Must be the most perfect calibrated animalic. No hype up, get the Cuoium type accord situation and quality, but with the clear tobacco and clear incense ot it, that doesn't over-occupy or dense it up. Just a clear assembly and demonstration of sheer know-how and understanding of a built scent. Otherwise get a seriously more coriander cumin dominance, it's got freshness and none of the more leathery but more wet tobacco. Will try out that option some more, overspray, lose some coriander cumin, gain some warmth trough the quick outdoors and go straight to the leathery as mid still progresses? Kinda drydown pulled into the mid as mid's activating on it's own I guess, will be what I'll be chasing in this.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This is what I expect Andrew Tate to smell like. This is by far the richest and most extravagant smelling fragrance I've smelled. This isn't like Herod at all, this has dethroned it for me as the best tobacco fragrance I have. It's a strong tobacco woody fragrance which is also somehow sweet too? The opening is where the spices are at and it is very harsh and quite unpleasant but the dry down is phenomenal. This isn't for a loser to wear, this is for someone who is settled, established and is a real MAN. This isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea but if you want to smell masculine and like royalty this is absolutely the fragrance for that. 10/10 masterpiece.

2 things struck me after spraying this scent. 1) after the first couple of minutes it opens up and develops into tobacco bliss; it's not dry or harsh with any rough edges, but smooth and sweet. The fruity orange notes at the top end blend perfectly with the floral heart and resinous, smoky notes, to make this a thoroughly enjoyable fragrance. 2) the price. At £699 for 100ml, the price is really punchy. There doesn't seem to be any samples or 10ml travel sprays on the BTV site, so it appears what you're paying for is exclusivity.

I'm writing my first review on this site because I honestly can't believe nobody else has said this but I got a sample of it from their site and smelled it and immediately thought that it smelled like pickle juice. I let the Mrs smell it about a week later and the first thing she said was "this smells like pickle juice" and I said YES!!!

It's good but not worth the price. The tobacco is most prominent im the opening but it quickly dials down. The cumin that's also there dials down as well. I find the tobacco used here is similar to ATH tabac. I sense a bit of fruitiness, maybe peach but for sure guiac wood.

Off of first impression, it’s smells like Tom Ford tobacco Vanille, without the Vanilla. It’s a beautiful dry tobacco leaf scent. I prefer TF though.
