Strawberry Cheesecake

A delicious gourmand strawberry. It smells like it sounds, albeit synthetic. BBW Strawberry Poundcake: A more even blend of tart strawberry and cake notes. You can smell the vanilla cake in there. Bodycology Strawberry Cheesecake: The strawberry is VERY strong, tart, and intense. Much heavier strawberry. Smells very lightly of cheesecake in the background. Review: I wish it was heavier on the custard/ cheesy note, as it feels like a “low calorie” version of a strawberry cheesecake! But nonetheless, it still is a wonderful fragrance. Very sharp and tangy strawberry with a hint of custard and cream. Someone on TikTok said strawberry yogurt or icecream, and I can definitely see how it pulls in that direction. I imagine if someone passed me with this on I would be smitten. It was a blind-buy, and rather successful. It’s also pretty potent. One spray on my clothes filled the room I was in. So, a warning to not spray too much right off the bat as it may be a bit cloying. I’m happy to report that there is little to no alcohol blast either. Something I can’t say for BBW or VS sprays. Sticks on your clothes for damn near forever.

i personally love this, and use it everyday! custardy creamy vanillay notes mixed with the scent of sweet, sugary strawberries. It’s slightly laconic, adding to the pure creaminess of this body mist. sadly it’s quite weak, but during the time it lasts, i get compliments. i like pairing this with other fruity, or vanillay scents depending on the season. layering with perfumes to make it stand out is a must! I defo recommend for people who love that nice, creamy vanilla scent, but also enjoy that creamy fruitiness too. If layered with scented lotions and body oils, it should last a lot longer. 9/10, would be a 10 if it lasted longer!!

Smells like BBW strawberry poundcake but replace the cake note with custard. This is definitely cheesecake not pound cake. I personally prefer this one. It’s not as synthetic and heavy/cloying as BBW. They both smell good, but this is only $5 at Walmart and it’s more versatile with layering options. Bodycology is underrated, they got some cheap bangers! Try this one, if you don’t like it, I promise you can give it to someone who will love it! For the price, it’s a steal.

got this beauty a couple weeks before i found s'mores (also bodycology), which i thought would be my fav, but this is. i'm addicted to this. even my sister who is picky on what fragrance she wears tried this and was surprised. so i bought her a bottle. it was hard to give it to her xD as i will definitely be buying a backup. 10/10. strawberry pound cake by b&bw does not smell like this. i was hoping to like that one but did not. this one is cheaper and superior, imo

Smells like strawberry cheesecake to me, although it needed to age for a bit after the first sprays were out of the bottle. After aging, it's lost the alcohol smell that was present at first. This wasn't the same for the lotion, which smelled amazing from the start. I don't get a fresh or photorealistic strawberry, but something more like strawberry milkshake that leans more to cheesecake. Reminds me of Strawberry Ice Cream by Demeter. Love it.

SPC but with replace the cake accord with milk. Just as sweet but very creamy like the creamy base of the pink sweet tooth body spray by Sabrina Carpenter. Lasts a long time on skin and even longer on clothes. Stays in your nose after you smell it. Laying beautifully with Yum Boujee Marshmallow and it's dupes, Sweet Tooth, and Burberry Her Elixir.

I got this for Christmas and it's been my go to fragrance scent. It opens with this almost sweet artificial strawberry then blends with vanilla and marshmallows to create something warm and lovely. I adore it to bits which is a suprise considering I hate Strawberry poundcake and I thought the quality of both of them would be similar.

I reviewed this some time ago and I absolutely despised it, but now? I can't get enough of it! Its such a sweet, creamy scent that I just can't get enough of. The strawberry note in it balances out the creamy vanilla nicely and enhances it as well. It is a little strong though, and I recommend wearing a light vanilla base under it.

one of the only strawberry scents i can tolerate!! 75% sweet, creamy, decadent cheesecake and 25% light and sweet strawberry! sm better than b&bw strawberry pound cake imo and i will be wearing this all spring and summer 💓🍓🍰

This one isn't for those people that don't like sweet scents, it is very VERY sweet. Personally, I can smell the strawberry and the vanilla and honestly it's a delicious fragrance.

superr sweet, creamy, lactonic strawberry & vanilla that i cant get enough of. great to layer w/ yum bougee marshmallow or other marshmallow fragrances. 10/10

This smells like SPC, but 20% less cloying. It's definitely the soft version of the same smell. Much more tolerable than SPC and more affordable.

Can’t tell the difference between this and SPC from bbw. It’s almost exactly the same. Also this is cheaper than spc. I lovee ittt!🍓🍰

Strawberries and cream smell is perfect for layering which is my main reason I bought it. That, plus my husband is obsessed.

I first tried this scent in 2022 or 2023, and I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it smells. Although I’m not usually a fan of strawberry, this fragrance has a delightful, sweet strawberries-and-cream aroma. It lasts a decent amount of time (I use 15+ sprays), and the scent lingers even longer when paired with the matching shower gel and body cream. It also layers beautifully with the EOS body lotion. I do think the fragrance would be better named "Strawberries and Cream" rather than "Cheesecake," as it lacks the slightly sour note or cake-like quality associated with cheesecake. Many people compare it to Bath & Body Works' Strawberry Pound Cake, but I disagree. It’s much closer to their Strawberry Snowflakes scent. Unlike Strawberry Pound Cake, which I find synthetic and overly sweet, Strawberry Snowflakes smells more refined and balanced. The Strawberry Cheesecake is missing the Bergamot note but still similar. The scent of this one is stronger and longer lasting than Strawberry Snowflakes. If you’re a fan of strawberry scents, especially Strawberry Snowflakes, you’ll probably love this one too! 6.5/10

I don't like BBW's Strawberry Pound Cake, and I don't think this is a successful dupe of it, if it's intended as that. I like Bodycology Strawberry Cheesecake a lot more. It's missing that icky "cake like" note that makes me dislike strawberry pound cake. Instead, this to me smells like strawberries and cream, not even cheesecake that's in the name itself. I think this smells a lot more like BBW's Strawberry Snowflakes, but honestly, it's better than that too. This is what I wanted Burberry Her and Melanie Martinez's Cry Baby to smell like. Bodycology scents are hit or miss for me, this one is a winner. I also like Pink Vanilla Wish by them. They have a couple tropical scents that are good too, and their bottle designs are eye catching. If you haven't, give them a try.

bought it for myself as an early christmas gift, and it remains one of the more puzzling numbers i own. it's very very alcoholic at first, to the extent that lighting a cigarette before it dries down feels like a fire hazard. once it dries though, it becomes this very bright and femme thing, toxic artificial strawberry and very fresh shampoo-ish notes. i love shampoo-ish perfumes. it's not that noticeable to the wearer, but be cautious if you're wearing this out, because the silage is kind of crazy. don't let those "moderate" ratings fool you, i've been smelled up the street wearing this one.

glad they finally added this to the database! it's pretty spot-on the strawberry pound cake from bath and body works, but just a little softer and creamier to me--like strawberry candies and whipped cream. it's definitely an artificial, cheap-smelling scent but something about it (probably the lactonic note) is so addictive to me. definitely a guilty pleasure fragrance, and the value can't be beat. it's a bit weaker than strawberry pound cake, so expect pretty typical body mist longevity from this but it's definitely not weak for a spray either. especially on clothes, this lasts all day.

I hate how well this preform. for $5 its stronger and last longer than almost any other fragrance I own. Though not my favorite scent I do find that ive put this on nearly every day due to just how well it preforms, not to mention the compliments ive gotten. I've noticed other bodycology fragrences dont do as well which is disappointing, but this is a good pick.

Ok...let me tell it to you straight, I'm not gonna f*ck around with this review. "Strawberries & Creme" Cream Savers. Millennials+ will understand. Gen-Z-, sadly, probably won't. This isn't exactly SPC from B&BW, it's less cakey, but it's safe to say that you'll probably like this if you like SPC.

whoever hyped this up INSANELY on tiktok, I hate you. joking, but this is just a dupe for strawberry pound cake from bbw. yes, it is lighter, yes, it is sweeter, but just spc after a couple of hours. lasts longer than spc and isn't as sickeningly strong and sweet but... so over hyped.

A cute dupe for Bath & Body Works's Strawberry Pound Cake, but I'd honestly just wait for a sale to buy the real thing. It's a lot less cloying and in-your-face than SPC, so I'd recommend this instead if you're aiming for a more subtle strawberry gourmand.

This is a really nice strawberry fragrance. I’ve found that a lot of strawberry fragrances tend to be very synthetic but isn’t synthetic at all. It’s a beautiful combination of strawberry, custard and cream 😍

i have the lotion and it literally smells just like b&bw straberry poundcake to me, so i love both lol. very sweet and bright scent!

The alcohol smell suffocated me before I even got to smell the fragrance notes. Then it smelled rancid and like those cheap play makeup sets you would receive as a child. When it died down a bit though it smelled better but still eh. Def not for the girlies who dislike sweet fragrances. I'd probably only wear it as a last resort. I suppose you can't really complain though, the price is unreal. Overall, not bad but not good.

Both I and a friend have this scent, but both bottles have gained a rancid, almost sour smell. At first, it was a great spray and the strawberry was very pleasant, with the cheesecake being more of a barely-there part of the fragrance. I would recommend it, just be careful of a bottle souring over time.

this one smells so good for about 10 seconds before it smells like rubbing alcohol on me. For some reason, when I spray it on clothes or bedding, it smells like the most delicious strawberry cheesecake ever, and it lasts for 3-6 days.

I had a somewhat shameful phase, before getting into fragrances, where this was all that I wore. The plastic bottle eventually ate itself away and began leaking syrupy liquid onto my dresser. "Strawberry Cheesecake" is sickly sweet, and a good gourmand for those seeking something sticky and sugared to excess, but ultimately this seems more than a bit artificial. The opening spray is violent and sharp, the mid-range is an unfortunately short-lived and admittedly very nice sugar smell, and the end notes dissolve into rubbing alcohol and rubbing alcohol alone. Smells like a Strawberry Shortcake doll, or like mall trips in my late teen years.

i love gourmand strawberry scents so when i got this i was super excited but it just disappoints me every time i smell it! to me it literally smells like nothing with only the tiniest whisper of strawberry. it just feels misleading! i know it's only $5 but i've bought body mists that are even cheaper and smell stronger, this genuinely has no smell to me. im a lover of strawberry pound cake so this gets recommended to me a lot and it frustrates me because it just is not good and the name is so misleading. i really like the body oil though!

If I were a fan of strawberry gourmand fragrances I would love this but it's just not for me personally. It's got a syrupy strawberry smell, and that combined with a thick cheesecake just doesn't work for me. It kinda makes me nauseous and I don't see myself wearing it. Please take this with a grain of salt though because i'm just not the biggest fan of strawberry gourmands!!

Gourmand berry scents are a hit and miss for me. I adore Burberry Her Elixir and Le Monde Gourmand's strawberry scent is also quite nice. But this one is just too much for me. It's so overpoweringly cheese-cakey and sweet, I actually can't use it. Also, there's an obvious black liquorice smell in the dry-down. I wouldn't say it's unpleasant, it's just not for me.

you can barely smell the strawberries because they become overpowered by the scent of the 'cheese cake' which is actually just straight cheese. like, bad cheese. sour and milky in the worst way possible. i don't even want to spray it on my skin.

this is genuinely the worst, most nauseating strawberry scent i have ever smelled from a body spray. its really cloying. it also has sort of a medicine scent to it. It doesn't smell like strawberry *cheesecake*, it smells like a poundcake. I know a lot of people like this (which is why i blind bought it), and i've tried many times to like it, but i just cant. I have the lotion version, which smells absolutely amazing when you sniff it from the bottle (it actually smells exactly like a strawberry cheesecake) but when you actually rub it onto the skin, the cheesecake scent is completely nonexistent, instead it smells very powdery. The only good thing is that, if you do like this scent, it has incredible longevity when sprayed onto clothing, it lasted on my sweater for a week.

I saw this for like 5 bucks in a Walmart once and because Strawberry Poundcake is my favorite scent from Bath & Body Works, I had assumed this would smell like it. It does not. It was completely free to spray this on my hand to test it out and yet I still want my money back. It smells like off-brand cream cheese gone rancid and sour, as if discolored and watery, and then you directly injected that tub with grossest most plasticy sugar-scented body spray from a dollar store. There isn't even hint of strawberry, aside from plasticy sugar and expired cream cheese, there's a hint of whipped cream that smells like it's been sitting on a car hood under direct desert sunlight for hours. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks for something better.

This smells like strawberry pound cake from b&bw but 100x worse. Literally radioactive smelling.

it's a bit too sickly-sweet for me. i think it takes away a tiny bit of the earthiness (?) of b&bw strawberry pound cake &replaces it with a sort of plastic-y fake sort of smell. it's easier on the nose (aka: a bit more juvenile), but loses some of the true-to-life strawberry smell i liked in strawberry pound cake.

Smelled this in store and it was way more tolerable than SPC from bbw. I absolute HATE SPC or heavy strawberry forward fragrances/scents. But this is something I’d wear, not an everyday fragrance to me but it smells good/okay. I’d rate it a 5 or 6.5

smells EXACTLY like strawberry poundcake from B&BW, but lasts so much longer in hair than skin. i will drench my body in this and it will last less than an hour, but I can smell it in my hair the next day! i recommend this more for a hair perfume.

People like to call this a dupe of strawberry poundcake but strawberry poundcake has a cake note in it. The note reminds me of a sugarless cake. Strawberry cheesecake does NOT have that note.

This is easily a dupe for strawberry poundcake from Bath & body Works. I actually prefer this one a little bit more and I also enjoy the body oil version of this.
