Yellow Rose Incense

A beautiful incense smell accentuated by rose as the floral support, flanked by a peculiar spiciness. It adds to its likeability, especially if you enjoy the smells inside Indian temples. It's also got a great artistic nature to it and if you like Middle Eastern fragrances, this will be right up your alley. A beautiful, warm and playful fragrance. <3

A bit screechier and more caustic variation on Frederic Malle's legendary Portrait of a Lady. I smell a lot more clove than any oud. Great projection and longevity. Maybe when I run out of Portrait, I might buy a bottle of this one, since the price tag is fairly similar.

Spicy, dewy rose with a very naturalistic patchouli. The oud is the strongest note here but brings out the rose rather than overshadowing it. Absolutely gorgeous.

It's incredibly good. I hope to try it myself, I only got to smell it when my mom wore it

This is NOT a linear fragrance like some people suggest. It's a typical spicy rose&oud combo, yes! but has really amazing transitions from top to base. Very niche style perfumery and outstanding smooth quality. You can tell that they're using quality ingredients with this one. Anyone says otherwise might either have their bottle gone bad or they are in need of Endoscopic sinus surgery asap!

Bright PINK rose (a la Delina), creamy and jammy in the drydown, with a solid dollop of patchouli and sweet musk. Definitely not smoky or incense-y. Well-blended with fantastic longevity and projection. Not unique though, and the name gets an absolute zero for accuracy. EDIT: This actually reminds me of TF Rose Prick with its "balls" cut off.

Does what it says on the tin. Rose = spicy Incense = yes. Lots of it. Slight sourness from the oud and other notes, but not unpleasantly so. Linear - maybe going a bit dustier as it dries down on my skin. I like Yellow Rose-Incense, but I have to be in the mood to wear it.

A lot like Potrait of a Lady + some 'beginners' oud. I didn't get much incense. I picture a pink rose and not a yellow rose though. I like it, but prefer PAOL, which comes across deeper and more beautiful.

A somehow different take on rose patchouli scent does it smell like POAL - no Is it similar to other scents rose patchouli fragrances - yes and no At the opening there is something strange about it for some reason I get immortale and it stayed till a very long time Performance is good projection is below average I already have a lot of scents in this category I don’t need it nor do I plan to buy it

This is okay. The opening is delightful; a bright yellow rose... Is it really different from red or pink roses? But that fades fast. Then the scent gets very earthy and heavy with patchouli and oud. Finally, the scent lightens to a skin skin of cloves. All in all, an interesting scent. Don't blind buy though.

Rose scents are often too rosy for me sometimes, but this opens in a way that the rose is a secondary note to the patchouli and oud. As it's drying down, the patchouli is a bit earthy, which isn't always what I'm looking for. One positive for me is that, in contrast to its name, I detect almost no incense. After a while this becomes an almost menthol-patchouli combo, that I can't hack. I know from experience that this is probably caused by my weird reaction to floral/oud combos, which somehow equates to a menthol scent (which I hate passionately). Bummer, I did like the beginning, but I had to scrub the later scent off.

Smells like an elderly southern woman’s bathroom in the best way possible. Classic, elegant, dusty rose with earthy and smoky undertones. My grandmother used to have these pink bath beads beside her tub that smelled of that same rose. There’s something very nostalgic and vintage about this that I love. It is an extrait de parfum so it does last all day and projects very well. Leans feminine because of the rose, but I don’t mind. P.s. this brand BOHOBOCO is very underrated. Master perfumery at its finest. Way too good to gatekeep, the world needs to know about this fragrance house.

This is the third fragrance I have tried from this house. I like the other two ones but not this one. The rose does not mix well or in harmony with the clove and cinnamon in this fragrance. The clove and cinnamon in here have a rough texture the way you find it in a kitchen for cooking. The rose is sweet jammy in a bad way. The overall notes are in woody, patchouli, and musky base notes. The overall scent profile was more in line with traditional Middle Eastern fragrances 4/10

The wronged perfume in Bohoboco In my opinion, it is their best perfume
