A very nuanced and complex take on cannabis. The patchouli is almost as strong as cannabis is in Cannabis Dolce. And the gourmand facets, coming from cocoa pod, vanilla, pimento, bitter orange plus the black pepper are at the forefront as well. I find Cannabis Dolce a very enjoyable cannabis scent. I happen to be a patchouli fan and I love my gourmand scent, so this juice is right up there for me. If I were in the market for a cannabis fragrance, I’d probably buy Cannabis Dolce. It’s strong and projects well and it’s very wearable. Might get away with wearing it even at work without getting into trouble, it doesn’t smell so photorealistic to cause issues because of how elaborate the composition is! I ordered a sample of Cannabis Dolce mostly to try something different and fun and I am not disappointed. Bois 1920 do beautiful fragrances no matter what’s the star note, you can rely on them to deliver amazing results time after time.

It starts with the same cannabis as in the original Bois 1920 Cannabis, which fades to the background rather quickly, thank goodness. Then, you get a big dose of cacao, but a chocolate tootsie roll, lighter, sweeter, waxier, but still dry. Followed by an even bigger dose of cedar, and that is where it stays: a chocolate cedar with those other notes way in the back, giving a slight spicy kick. I see the Coze connection, Coze is one of my favorites, but Cannabis Dolce is Coze's clumsy cousin, still hot, but not as smooth or smart or well dressed.

However, within its bold notes lies an addictive quality, a certain je ne sais quoi that beckons for repeated encounters. With each use, one may find themselves more enchanted, as the scent's damp and subtly sweaty nuances—in the most positive interpretation—become familiar and even comforting. Awarding Cannabis Dolce a 3 out of 5 stars is a nod to its divisive nature. It's a fragrance that demands patience and an open mind. Before taking the plunge, it's advisable to test it thoroughly, for it's a scent that requires acclimatization to fully appreciate its unique character.

Very polarizing scent... It hasn't got that typical sweet cannabis accord yo can find in designers such as Bad boy parfum from CH, instead even though it says it's "sweet cannabis" i do not find this sweet to be honest... Very green herbacious fragrance. It reminds me of grass rather then cannabis... The cocoa note is not choccolate like instead it just brings some spicy nuances to it. Even though i don't hate it i woldn't say i like it... it's not something i wold wear to be frank. Not very appealing for most people but intrestingly a very refined take on cannabis. I wouldn't buy the full bottle but still a sample just to try something new might be worth it. there isn't very much that smells close to this one. Try it see if you like it for yourself. Good performances, i get 8hrs longevity with more than avg sillage. Not bad at all ! 6.5 it's just not my thing tbh
