If you're a refined cannabis smoker in your late 20's, or older, grab this. This specifically smells EXACTLY like the LIT END of a rich, resinous, cannabis joint. (Try it out, sniff a lit joint and you will completely understand). Veryyy interesting and captivating aroma. It is so distinct, it makes sense why they called it Cannabis. It's an eternal scent that you cannot forget once you smell it (which is fitting). I literally smell it on my skin after a shower, with hard scrubs. It does not smell burnt, it smells almost like sap with a woody-green aspect to it. This scent is almost "alive". It's designed for your skin. On fabric it gets extremely shy. Theres a classical, old-school aspect to it as well. This Eu de Parfum is mainly a personal experience (like a joint). It is meant to be discovered, it DOES NOT dominate or fill up a room. For context, JPG le male elixir is obnoxiously loud compared to this. The sprayer is world-class, giving you the cleanest mist EVER. Wore it to work and wafted my scent towards a co-worker for her opinion. She could not smell it. After a goodbye hug, she emphasized that she smells it and complimented me! *You have to be wild to a certain extent to truly appreciate this scent, which is why I wore it to work* I work in a charter high school. Throughout the day I noticed this scent boosted my authority and confidence. If you are not assertive, confident, or bold you will not like this. It is made for the gentleman that dominates his own lane. It is also made for the cannasseur who appreciates terpenes, maturity & complexity. World class fragrance man.... time to finish my joint.

Not gonna lie, hate the opening... medicinal and synthetic. After about 15 minutes dries down and retains some of that, but mellows out and smells grassy and soapy clean. Has a brightness underlying everything. Makes me happy. Still testing it. I’d say not for everyone, but good and different. A like not a love. But you gotta get past that opening. Edit: been giving this more wear and it has become a love. It’s bright and clean and lasts a long time. It has the smell and feel of that air right before the storms come that transition summer into fall. Perfect for late summer early fall. Additional edit 9/22/23: Previous review still stands. Been wearing this a lot lately. Dry down is strong, but clean and manly. However, this is different than other scents. Very wearable and nice if you want to stand out a little. Also, not for nothing, but the satin emerald green bottle with a wooden cap is a nice touch. The pressurized sprayer throws out a large plume of fine mist and is very satisfying. This fragrance takes a little getting used to, but once it grows on you it’s lovable.

Nose Note #861 Cannabis Fruttata is one of my most beloved scents because it reminds me of Roman baths and fir soap plus it's really strong and lasting. I wondered what Cannabis is like and I must say, Fruttata is richer and more interesting, but without comparing them side by side they are quite similar, Cannabis is kind of weaker, but only slightly. It does distantly smell like Cannabis, but just expect something purely aromatic in the most special and refined. As the two dry down they smell more and more alike. Cannabis Fruttata is not fruitier than this or any fruity at all. 9/10, I just love this DNA so much

Will you get pulled over by a cop wearing this... maybe... but they won't be asking you if you are smoking something instead they'll ask if you are growing some fresh weed right out of your car. 😆 But in all seriousness this scent is more about fresh damp grass right after the rain with earthy and woody undertone. This stuff is strong and whoever mentioned that this is Polo Green mixed with Terre d'Hermes is onto something. Love.

I love this scent. My 12 year old daughter hates it and calls it Farts and Oil by Old Smelly Homeless People! LOL! Makes me love it even more.

delightful green and citrus fragrance that, despite the youtube hype and the notes listed above, does not smell of cannabis (apart from a faint hashish note - like that in black afghano but much weaker - that disappears really quickly). I bought a sample of this out of curiosity (but I didn't inhale - haha), but was pleased to discover a new scent I might buy a bottle of. Citrus notes appear to be lemon and bergamot. Green notes are very herbal - possibly mint, basil and/or coriander. Very faint woody note and hashish note as stated above. Really green and fresh, lovely smell for summer/spring daytime. After couple of hours settles down and becomes a bit soapy. Strangely reminds me of nina ricci's signoricci, an old school freshie discontinued in the early 90's.

So far I've drank cannabis tea but now I've tried it as a perfume too (well, not as a drink though). It's quite interesting but a little bitterish and off-putting just like the tea so I can't say I'd love it really but I like it in general because it is a certain type of green and I love everything green in scents. It is different on my hand and shirt. Lasts many hours even on shirt. Surprisingly, it reminds me something: Terre D'Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver.

In addition to my review below, on a second application I can smell lime rather than bergamot and the woody note is quite dry and strong, possibly cedar or pine. Heavy sillage and longevity.

Green grassy smell with a sharp barbershop-y chypre edge. Sharp, old school, green, bitter, woody-base. Never smelled cannabis so can't comment on the accuracy there. However, this smell is common. Very reminiscent of Polo Green and such scents. There is a hint of citrus that just adds to the sharpness of the smell. It kind of smells like Polo Green mixed with Terre d'Hermes. It is not a bad smell but if you are not into old-school chypre scents from the 70s, you are likely not going to enjoy this. I haven't smelled the other from the Bois Cannabis collection, but the other 3 seem far more interesting on paper. Mature, cooler weather wear. "OK" & pass.

This does't smell like weed at all, it has some green not pungent notes, I think the drydown of Cannabis Fruttata is way closer to weed than this. It s just a green leafy scent. Longetivity is above average, but if you think you will smell like weed pass this one. I will come later with edit since I ve been wearing this for a month. EDIT: On my skin doesn't smell like weed but on the clothes is 100% the smell of weed. So you must try it on your skin before blind buying. Longetivity is great projection average.

I'm personally convinced that not a single person here has ever smelt marijuana or a joint or fresh grown weed. While not a bad fragrance, it bears virtually No resemblance to marijuana, the perfume opens up with grassy/ patchouli notes and dries down to be slightly Woody. I don't mind the fragrance however I'm a little bit disappointed having been misled by the name

The name says it all, this is green cannabis in your face. The opening is heavy synthetic and green. The dry down is a little soapy but still has that heavy green leafy cannabis smell. Interesting smell but I dont like it.

This stuff hits with cannabis from top to bottom like it’s trying to file taxes under “cannabinoid assault.” Patchouli joins the party, followed by woody notes that practically drag you into a smoky green vortex. It’s strong enough to cancel out 8 hours of your Skype meeting fatigue. Layer it with another cannabis scent, such as Kolmaz Marijuana, Byredo Open Sky, FdB Cannabis Blue, Kilian Smoke for the Soul, MM Music Festival or Fresh Cannabis Santal, if you want to smell like you started a lockdown revolution in your living room.

Stuck inside due to pandemic so I treated myself to a number of Bois 1920 samples. Threw this one in also out of curiosity. First impression took me back many years to the inexpensive Jovan Grass Oil. Second try reminded me of a French fragrance I had a few years back something something l'absynthe. Third try and I'm afraid I may have to buy a bottle. It is a contrast to the Oriental spice and incense based fragrances I'm usually drawn to, but I can see wearing this once a week.

Obviously this is a newer one, I thought I wasn't going to appreciate it, I was wrong. This is SUPER realistic. Tried a bunch of different ones from this whole line in a row, this one and Oltremare are the two who truly stands out. I've been a huge fan of Vento and that's what incentivised me to try other ones. A lot of the older ones I tried are absolutely mild compared to Vento, other than this one. So if you're a pothead, get this without any hesitation please.

Fine. I’ll give it to them. It does smell like weed. But not loud dank weed. But a fresh natural likable weed. But weed is not very likable - it is very polarizing. Some people have said it smells like skunk, to me I like the stink. This is weed minus the stink. It needs something more to make it actually smell dirty. This is GREEN and yes marijuana green but not how your grinder will actually smell like
