There is sooo much patchouli in this. I didn't expect that! It's a very nice fragrance that is quite fluffy and airy despite the obvious roughness of spice and wood. I love how the perfumes from Bon Parfumeur are very easy to wear, they do not have that sickly denseness that bothers me in a lot of conventional perfumery - maybe it's due to their concious use of ingredients. I would say that this leans slightly masculine. Probably a great scent for layering! My first impression was that it reminded me of something, probably many scents to be honest. Not very unique, but I very much like the way it's constructed. I can't pick up much oud, more of an undecided woodiness. The Cashmeran is probably what makes this fluffy and a bit elusive, it creates a nice effect, a little similar to Présence d'une. When you smell your skin up close though, you really get that heavy hit of patchouli.

I ended up buying this. There is just something very gorgeous about it. I love that it's dry and fluffy, it feels like an amber more than anything. It's not heavy at all, not sweet at all. This is Scandinavian simplicity, it's classy and woody with a dose of earthy hippie. 903 is what I wished Sueded oud by clean was after reading the reviews. What made me hunt down a bottle was the fact that it is so pleasant and easy to wear, not an inch of anything annoying in the composition.

What a pleasant oud in a world full of floral/rose ouds. To my nose it is a perfect concoction of fruity sweet berries (odd considering Nepal berries are categorised as peppers) which open up to smooth velvety oud, cashmere wood and opulent saffron. It is light on the sandal which is a shame but for the price, I would take this over all the animalic and rose ouds. Definitely a must if you are looking for a winter evening fragrance that's mature and sophisticated.

The top note gives off the smell of a liquid store (not in a bad way), then the heart note blends into a smell of bourbon with a hint of sweetness, and the base note is the classic oud smell. I won't say I am absolutely in love with it, but it is a safe pick since it gives out chill relaxing evening in a tavern vibes and I do like it. I think it is a great daily use fragrant for daily use in winter time.

cashmeran, mild spices, and musk... I don't know if i can detect any oud! but this is quite soft cashmeran and spices, then comes the musk and smooth mild sweetness with some hints of sandalwood, and patchouli. This one is quite beautiful indeed.
