I love the smell of grass and the smell of blueberries and I have trouble finding a perfume that has a fresh blueberry note. I've had this perfume for a few years. It was gifted to me by a wonderful friend. I love the scent but need to be in the mood for a shampoo/ clean/sweet/young scent. I get sweet fresh cut grass and fresh picked blueberries in the opening...it reminds me of B. Balenciaga Intense in the opening but this is sweeter and doesn't have the pepper. Within a few minutes the sweet freshness... Realistic grass and blueberries fade and it transforms into a fruity shampoo smell. It is very pretty, great for spring or when you want to smell clean and fruity. It will not offend anyone. Longevity is great. It lasts on my skin about 5 hours and that's good for me. On clothes even longer. Sillage is a foot radius for the first hour. After that it's close to the skin but still leaves a trail. I love layering this with BBW wild blueberry lotion and spray.

After the reviews I decided to splurge & purchase Madison Square Park. MJ Daisy is one of my favorite perfumes & many said it reminded them of that fragrance so I had to have it. I must say the initial burst does have that Daisy scent but after a few minutes the scent changes on my skin. It reminds me of Daisy & SJP NYC mixed together & I love it!! It's crisp but not sharp. It's fresh but not soap or cleaner fresh. It's playful & bright. This is definitely a feminine scent. Some say the is a Spring scent but I'll be wearing this all year around. I'm so happy with my purchase & will definitely be getting a backup!! Edit: As far as lasting power, it lasted all day on me. I know some people stated it didn't last but even when I couldn't smell it, at the end of my work day, when I walked past the security guard he stated I smelled wonderful.

I love the idea of that cute lady-bird among green grass. Its perfectly captures the image of this fragrance Madison Park is for days when you want to smell very clean, very young, inoffensive and feel like having long walk early morning in the park Nice to smell tulips once in a while, but its more leaves and those crispy tulip stalks rather than flowers. Rose and hyacinths add charm to the teak wood base, innocent but still romantic, you expect a positive day Have to admit the colours of the bottle are freaking me out as you can imagine that juice inside artificial crazy mix but fortunately – its the very opposite case. Good to have for days when you want to stay in harmony with Nature, with people, with yourself, nothing loud, nothing sweet, - green green grass of home

MSP is a gem. It opens with the crisp, juicy green of hyacinth, and then the blueberries show up. Not the fresh, tart fruit berries, or the sweet tart of dried blueberries, this is the Bubble Yum blue berry, a synthetic, artificial, dyed blue, has never been round, definitely has corners kind of blue berry. In the heart, a really nice, deep rose note takes precedence, with the green and blue relegated to the background. Although it is a nice rose note, the end result, for me, was muddy. In the dry down, rose has retreated, and now is the base note, with blueberry and hyacinth in the lead. Kinda sweet, spunky, definitely playful, ladies and gents, you've got to try this! It's downright Smurfy.

This is the first perfume I stopped a lady shopping asked her what perfume are you wearing. Working at a perfume store and I have smelled everything on the market, well at least I though I had...nothing WOWed me. This is a wow love it for spring and summer so fresh. But this scent is also attractive, classy, unique with notes of blueberry, teak wood, and vetiver? Very sensual and alluring. When I wear this perfume get ask by men what scent I am wearing all the time. It makes me feel sexy every time I wear it. Truly my all time favorite scent. Worth every penny! Truly my favorite.

This is all the elements of spring that I love the most, in liquid form. The hyacinth is one of my favorite floral scents, as is tulip, but I've never been satisfied with them in perfumes. Until now. And in "satisfied," I mean blown away. This is a floral, green fragrance, but the blueberry note keeps it from being the kind of green I really can't stand. I never knew grass could be anything but sneezy green. this is fun and playful.

Happy and optimistic is how I feel when I wear this. It is simple and straight-forward...green, floral, slightly citrus and a slight warmth upon dry down with my body chemistry. It's definitely a daytime scent. It's somewhat unique for a fruity-floral....not too sweet or cloying. Not worth buying at full price though. Long lasting and moderate sillage.

I adore this fragrance. I’ve recently started my Bond No. 9 journey and I think this one is my favourite. It’s such a beautiful, fresh, sweet, floral. I think this one is an easy wear and absolutely intoxicating! This one will be getting a lot of wear through spring and summer!

Something about Madison sq park reminds me of spring peas. So lovely and feminine. This juice is beautiful for the spring and is really the only time I enjoy this bottle so it’s lasted me quite awhile. There is just something special about this fragrance. It is joyful.

got a tiny sampler and Love! from the moment I put it on and now almost 6 hours later still love! The combo of grass and rose is totally my jam. I tried to create something similar myself with Jo Malone Rose and Demeter - didn't work as well as Bond No. 9 has done it!

Beautiful and bright. The epitome of an ultra feminine floral fragrance. Non offensive. Great for daytime and the office. IMO, doesn't smell like Bond No. 9 High Line. High Line is far more grassy and green. To me, it reads less feminine than this.

This is a very feminine, fresh and clean fragrance. It is more green and earthy than overly floral although you do smell some flowers in here.This fragrance is best for spring & summer it does not last all day onnskim but it does on clothes.

My second fav from the Bond line. Somehow my younger sister keeps taking this one from whenever she visits from Florida. One of these days I am going to say "Girl get your own perfume" LOL.

A harmonious chord of sweet and sour. Green, fresh, berries. A spring bouquet. Beautiful fragrance. Nice silage and unconquerably romantic. My favorite Bond.

I think this is very attractive and easy to enjoy. If you spray it point-blank into clothing, the performance is much better. I initially misted it onto my neck (not so good), and have now tried in directly on my shirt and it's much improved. Obviously all fragrances are stronger this way, but MSP really needs to adhere to fabric it seems. A freshness of hyacinth is what I get most, which I wouldn't have know unless I read the notes (I'm ok with identifying florals, but I can't discern everything). Sometimes florals are SO fresh and clean that it's difficult to tell what they are. There's also a greenness to this that I couldn't figure out either...but yeah...it's grass. It clicked in my mind once I read it here. Upon first sniff it's a very garden-esque floral, green, clean with a sweetness and musk. Reading that it is indeed blueberry is an interesting twist, I never would've guessed! It almost seems more like watermelon or honeydew. There's no rose here, I downvoted the note because it's MIA. Maybe tulip or some other garden notes, but not rose specifically. I get uplifting into a mood of promise; promise of air and sun...and days that await. I'm glad that it delivered on it's namesake, and really does smell like a park! 🌿☀️ This is enjoyable, but not anything I would purchase with how costly it is. The samples I have are nice, but I'm going to save them until later spring-summer when this is more fitting.

MADISON SQUARE PARK by Bond No.9 Absolutely gorgeous breath of unique, fruity-green-clean Spring freshness on my skin. This opens with a rush of morning dew laden cut grass all swathed in lushly blossoming hyacinth and wildly rambling ripe blueberry bushes. A few elegant climbing roses are interspersed judiciously throughout, and add a just touch of refined floral grace to the composition, while a subdued teakwood/vetiver base adds a clean and well healed chic to the grounding elements without weighing down the entire spirited affair! This is a distinctive mix of joyous and celebratory Spring radiance that smells like nothing else out there on my skin! It is outrageously clean without being soapy or detergent-like. It is fruity without being overly sweet or cloying. It is a uniquely uplifting potion of down-to-earth delight that I completely enjoy reveling in! Altogether rapturously beautiful and somewhat addictive! I cannot stop sniffing my wrists when this is applied! Totally full bottle worthy for me! And a big 100ml bottle at that! (And there is no reason in the world to pay full price for this or anything else really.) Cheers and thank you to the House of Bond No.9 for this sparkling stunner!

I received this as a gift, otherwise I would never have paid the money for it. It's not very strong, however, it's good for a spring "day" scent. It's getting a lot of comparisons to Daisy, but for whatever reason Daisy smells sour on my skin, where this smells sharp on top, but not sour. It does have a strong grass scent to it. In fact, all I can smell are the grass notes on top, nothing else. It does settle in about 15 mins and the middle notes start coming out, which is a nice floral. Some rose, a lot of tulip and some soapiness right here. It's not a complex rose, more of a little rose soap in grandma's bathroom rose. Thankfully the other notes keep it from being awful. After that it starts getting peachy, and stays there for awhile. It's so soft that after about 45 mins I can't smell it at all, even when I put my wrist directly under my nose, and my thought is that if you're going to pay a huge wad of money for a perfume, you better get to enjoy it all day long. Not so with this. I'll definitely wear it, and I'm thankful for the gift as I needed a nice spring perfume.

Amazing! Never smelled anything like this before. Unique, feminine and sophisticated scent. Blueberries and grass dominate, though florals are there too. I wish it lasted longer, unfortunately, the longevity is quite poor for such an expensive perfume. However, I am going to buy a full bottle anyway. There is just no substitute for this perfume. Edit: Unattractive bottle and horrible cheap bracelet that I will never wear. But scent is superb! Edit: Lately I have been wearing more season appropriate scents and caught myself thinking I crave Madison Square Park. Thinking about buying a backup. It is addictive!

(the fruit note is technically a Huckleberry mock, not Blueberry) Dainty, bubbley-fruity, soft floral Marc Jacobs eat your heart out. And this fragrance definitely does not smell like Jo's Nect. Blossom.. if anything it smells like the color Pink.. if that makes sense. It's everything young and feminine, and has a very happy mood about it. It's a quirky fragrance, so if you want to wear something fresh but fun, give this one a go. It's pricey but once you try it on just imagine how well it'd wear in the spring and summer.

I’m torn on how I feel about this one. One one hand, it’s a good fragrance. Vibrant, uplifting, and a frankly well done blueberry note. One the other hand, this smells like all the shampoos and body lotions I was using 20 years ago. I’m enjoying it for the nostalgia factor, but if I had sampled this in 2011 when it came out, I would have labeled it “generic.” Might be better suited for younger audiences who haven’t already lived through an entire era of this scent profile.

This summery, lighthearted fragrance starts with a winey burst of what seems to be peach, although Bond does not list it as a note. I do detect the berry and the grass, the latter of which holds on for a bit and then disappears. As it dries down, the fruity accord stays full-blast, along with the rose-tulip. The base (teak and vetiver) is invisible. Although Madison Square Park is pleasant, it's linear on me. I wish it developed more--perhaps it needs a better base.

i just bought a vial of Madison Square Park and i love it. on my nose its a fresh floral kind of fragrance, very suitable for daily since the scent is inoffensive. i can detect green note too in this fragrance but only in the beginning, in the end the green note completely disappears leaving only the floral note with a bit of soapy scent. however i'm not really sure which flower that i detect, perhaps the hyacinth or pink tulip, but i dont get any rose at all.

This reminds me of having a picnic on a spring lunchtime. It’s green, lively and feminine. I absolutely love the grass accord combined with a very realistic blueberry note and some powdery florals for added freshness. This would pair beautifully with a white linen dress, a cropped denim jacket and a pair of heeled sandals. She is wearing soft blushed pink lipstick and her hair is tousled with sun kissed highlights. Performance is moderate.

Slightly more floral than green, pleasant spring type scent since its more fresh and cool. Not too unique, reminds me a little of other fragrances. You could gets something similar for less $$. The fragrance is really nice but I preffer other bond scents better. Longevity is better than the sillage.

This is a pleasant grassy floral. It has an almost candy scent to it, which I normally wouldn't like but here it is fresh, light and kind of tangy. I like this, but if I'm going to spend over $200 I want to smell expensive. This doesn't. I think you could find something similar for a lot less money.

I received a sample of this from a generous fragrantician. Maybe because I sprayed with a light hand,it is a light whispery scent on me. Very green and reminds me of a well manicured park. On my skin, I get nothing but grass. I think it is a nice spring scent. Just not my type of scent.

Gorgeous, feminine, classy & fun. Compliment getter. Smells similar to Chanel chance eu tendre. Overpriced, in my opinion, but if you love chance you’ll like this one as well.

Smells like Herbal essences shampoo or fruity BBW body spray. Should hv known better than to blind buy a bottle but it was heavily discounted.

This is a bond that I like. It's a nice spring fruity floral. Unmistakable as a Bond scent.

Smells like a hug from a beautiful woman on a spring day

The first 45 mins of this fragrance is a piercing & ultra sharp grass note. It dries down to a beautiful floral, gentle soapy flowers in the breeze. Really does give sweet, luxurious NYC femme energy. Smells high class, youthful and sophisticated. I really enjoy the dry down, but the grass note is just way too pungent. I dont know who wants to smell like grass, but if that note appeals to you, you might enjoy this one. Very feminine, wish the top notes werent so sharp & more mellowed. Just dipping my toes into Bond No9 as NoMad stole my heart, but I havent found one that truly captivates me like NoMad has.

I really wanted to love this, but I’m not seeing the appeal. It smells good sure but it smells extremely generic to me like any other perfume I could get from Ulta or Sephora, although I appreciate they are cruelty free and that is what led me to them I was definitely expecting more of a blueberry sent. All I smell is flowers with a little bit of green. Overall just meh.. I have a sample that I am giving away to my mother.

Nice and decent femme bomb. Smells like blueberries and some chemical floral arrangement. Smells like hair spray. Has your typical middle of the mall perfume vibe. It's OK. A sexy host will make all the difference.

I think my nose is broken because all I smell is something akin to tuberose and not in a good way. I don't hate it but I won't wear it. It smells "sharp" or "pungent' to me.

I don't know what I was expecting from Madison Square Park, but I must admit that I'd thought it'd be a lot softer and more floral. First things first, this fragrance hates my skin chemistry, it turns this fragrance into a sour berries and off-juice nightmare that gives me a crazy headache. Thankfully on paper it smells a hell of a lot better. The opening is rich blueberries, not unlike John Galliano's new fragrance Parlez-Moi d'Amour. It kind of smells a little bit like an Escada release as well, especially with all those berry top notes and fizzy peach. As the fragrance settles, a sweet and freshly mowed lawn scent comes to the fore, with a hint of rose and tulip, like you'd expect to smell in a bouquet from your lover. Unfortunately I don't get this beautiful blend on my skin. I noted that it was quite a strong fragrance with a heck of a lot of fruits and flowers. It's a little too much for my poor little nose, although I do seem to enjoy the fresh rose note drizzled with berry syrup. I do believe that if this was applied with a light hand, it could be so much more appealing. While I don't dislike it, I'm not a fan either. It just doesn't suit my tastes, and has presented itself as not agreeing with my chemistry, which usually suits most fragrances. I think I prefer Bond No.9's darker, more masculine offerings, like West Side for example. Please do test this fragrance before you buy.

First of all, let me say I would NEVER spend $250 on this fragrance. It smells very fresh at first, almost a little fruity, citrusy, and then the dry down is very green, like grass with some woody hints. It's quite a fresh scent and I think it will be good for summer. I would kind of like to see it stay a little fruitier instead of getting super grassy but I think I can probably layer it with something slightly fruity and get a really nice fresh summer thing going. Once it dries down, it stays green and fresh, which is something I have not really seen in any fragrances. All my other scents dry down to something warmer, more powdery, vanilla-y, woodsy, or something with patchouli, spice, etc but not this one. This one could really refresh you on a HOT summer day when other fragrances develop too heavily. I smell NO blueberry, and the Bond No. 9 website lists the note as huckleberry, not blueberry, fyi. I don't know if they are considered the same or not. EDIT- Sorry, I hate it now. I just do. I tried to like it but the grass note is just overwhelming and I couldn't stand it. I swapped it!

i just dislike it for the price and the scent you get for this. wow. im actually quite amazed.... i was really really looking foreward to trying this. fresh grass? blueberries? it sounded amazing to me... but wow, this is sooo ordinary and unspectacular! i mean, yes, it really does smell just like a normal fresh perfume, like a really simple and easy one would smell like. i mean, yes, i do smell fresh grass, and its really intense, but it still smells so ordinary... just fresh, light, easygoing... everything you could get for about 200$ less.... seriously... please, people! before you buy this one! try others.. there are alot of better, much more interesting (also fresh, and easy and simple!) just.... really muuuch cheaper! actually it disgusts me how simple and boring this scent is and the price tag attached to it...

The more I sample the Bond No 9 line, the less I understand the pricing. This bottle is beautiful and I would love to have it on my shelf, particularly if the pink was purple instead. But other than that, it contains a very blase scent. I had this one sprayed on my arm at the mall, and was given a tester to take home (it was like pulling teeth to get the one sample). I liked it fine at first spray on the paper, but on skin it just is boring. There's not really much "wrong" with this, but there's also not really anything that's "right" about it. It's a simple and safe blend of florals, greens and ...? Yeah. That's pretty much all I get until it dies alltogether. $300 bucks a bottle? Don't think so.

This to me is very uninteresting. But it's not a bad fragrance. Just common. Leans fully female. The longevity and sillage are decent. The floral and green notes come together nicely. The dry down has a soapiness to it, almost like expensive shampoo from a very nice hotel. If you like fresh/soapy scents this could be a good spring/summer fragrance. It's definitely not an evening fragrance. It has serious daytime-brunch vibes to it. The floral combination also smells very immature, like something I could see my teenage self wearing in high school. Not something I would wear but I can see how it would be appreciated by others.

Got a sample and tried it today. Something in it made me not like it. It is a nice scent but sweet and nostalgic... didn't make me all fuzzy and happy inside. Kinda like old snobbish lady smell for my nose. It did last aaaallll day, however, so I give it points for longevity. Nice smell nonetheless, just didn't fit me or my personality. By the way, some people mentioned it smells a little like Marc Jacobs Daisy and I can smell the resemblance at the end of the day but still think MJ Daisy is much better. Much fresher and happier.

All I smell is some kind of Calone or Cascalone or Transluzone or Azurone, I don't even know. To me this is an odd approximation of 'fresh' notes - it has a strange green apple / watermelon slightly metallic nuance to it and reminds me of light blue without all the citric freshness to liven it. Smells nothing like fresh grass. Lasting power is great, of course. A no-go for me.

One of the few bonds I don't really like. It's not bad by any means but there is a certain note that I don't like , grass? Well I like the smell of fresh cut grass, but maybe not in a fragrance. I like more vanilla woodsy warm scents , this is more floral grassy. Better on someone else than me. And no thanks to the bottle !

It’s a kind of scent I call “pointless”...It leaves me without any emotion and I do not like this sensation. Or maybe I don’t get it – the freshness of grass and flowers in the Madison Park... Yes, it’s green, it’s herbal, but it’s so general... I envy the sensibility of persons who perceive it differently ...

I LOVED the fresh, grassy and hyacinth opening. Then as it warmed up I got a generic sharp floral thing going on and a bit of tulip. It was pretty linear. I didn't care for it at all. I wish the opening lasted longer, that would have been worth buying. The sharp floral that takes over is almost a scrubber.

Unfortunately smells like a cheap drugstore perfume. There is also a nauseating note at the beginning which makes me stay off this frag. A pass for me.

Smells like pure GRASS!!!! The grass note is extremely overwhelming on the skin, I smell dirty with it on. I smell like i've rolled around in the grass with my puppy while the sprinklers were on. The perfumes smelled nice on the tester strip but not on my skin.

I got this in a swap . My first impression ? Gorgeous , spring like, green floral scent. five minutes later ? NOTHING . conclusion ? It must be fake ! Of course the lack of a sticker with serial number didn't help either.. ..Well, since my daughter loved the pink bottle , I thought I'd just give it to her to perfume her Babie collection ..... I still grabbed it from time to time, because the scent reminded me of spring, even though I didn't feel the hyacinth or the blueberry . I only sprayed it on clothes , since on skin it wouldn't last past the 5 minute mark , Fast forward to today, when I found a bottle in Winners, clearance price. I bought it thinking I could finally own the real deal. I opened it excitedly , sprayed it ..., the spring scent came like a whisper ..... And pufffffff, it was gone from my skin in 5 minutes ! Unbelievable .....so my swap was not a fake after all..... I felt bad for telling my swapper I believed it was a fake.... But for the amount of money this line costs , seriously, getting 5 minutes of perfumed skin is not acceptable. So so I recommend it ? Only if you have tons of money and you can afford spraying yourself with this like it was a body mist and not a perfume. It's beautiful but the silage and lasting power, at least on my skin, are a shame. I returned the brand new bottle....
