I understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so here's mine... I LOVE THIS. But when people compare perfumes to others, it's no longer a real review, just a simple comparison. Some come here to bash or come to say, "it reminds me of _____" (blank) then say something like I'LL PASS... (Okayyyyy then, BYE)... Or say, it's a flanker, wtf even is a flanker? Or call it a scrubber, seriously? (not a question) Either you LOVE IT OR NOT. Some people actually come here for a REAL REVIEW before buying. As soon as you mention other perfumes they start wondering, so what does that one smell like? I love a good review, ones who say why they don't like it and still appreciate others loving it etc. And actually going in detail with their experience wether they end up loving a perfume or not.. SOME come write their weak TWO sentences review, based off a sample paper. Then compare it to the BASIC perfume that's apparently on everyone's mouth instead of them actually wearing it. I hate to brake it to you, but it's not even all that. It's nice, sure, but not all that (my opinion) TRUST ME. I don't even care that BELINDA, whom I LOVE wears it. I'm here to tell YOU, who is seeking an actual review that this perfume does NOT smell like it, it's not even a baby sister to it. This is very unique, a classy gourmand. It's fresh and creamy, blended to perfection. Luxurious, perfect for COLD weather, a Sugar, Spice, and Everything NICE perfume. This is what AMANDA WOODS (Cameron Diaz) probably smelled like while in Surrey. So good that it made her cry. Haha! No but seriously, it gives HOLIDAY vibes. Drinking wine straight out of the bottle while shopping for groceries in the wintertime. It's Christmas in a bottle, a very sophisticated creamy yet fresh concoction. Real Christmas trees, warm caramel lattes, slightly floral but nothing too in your face. Love love love. I'm here to tell you it's worthy. Beautiful bottle, amazing scent. The opening is delicious BLACK hazelnut coffee, chocolate croissants, followed by warm SPICE and a breathtaking luxurious caramel dry down. The ambroxan really is the cherry on top. 10/10 CHEFS KISS. I say go for it. BISOUS

The more I wear this...the more I love it. This fills a gap for my recently-gifted half-bottle of "BR-540". I don't have anything else to compare it to because thus far in my fragrance journey, only this fragrance and BR-540 smell like this. "Instant Crush" kinda comes close...but not really. That one truly does it's own thing. * *shrug* * I get the same feel as BR540 from this fragrance...but with a stronger sense of the airy component...the Jasmine and Ambroxan. Not getting much of the other notes, but I'm guessing that will come in the drydown much MUCH later. The same parts that make BR540 a standout fragrance exist in this fragrance. I like how this fragrance projects much more than BR540 ever did for me. I'm guessing that the performance longevity will be super long like BR540 as well. I'm never going to get a compliment or comment on the fragrance because of where I work. I no longer have interaction with the public as I once did formerly. EDIT: Ooooh yes, this is a permanent member of the collection. Not as loud as "Instant Crush" but it CRUSHES instant crush on the drydown! I've been wearing this for the past few days layered with "Bianco Latte" and a little "Red Tobacco" and I think I'll stay this way for the next few weeks. I'm going to have to save up and invest in a large bottle of this frag...it's just the perfect combo of everything I like in a fragrance. It's smooth, powerful, aromatic, alluring, lasts FOR-EVER, and it layers PERFECTLY!!! With the way this fragrance is working, I'm guessing this will be a hit year-round (with me). I really REALLY like how this fragrance develops and PERSISTS on me. I can smell it hours after the day is done and I don't have to reapply unless I specifically want to experience the opening salvo of scents. This is going in my "Top-10" fragrances and it's even more special cause it's named after one of my favorite areas back home. Brooklyn Banks, Canal Street, The West Side Highway, Chambers Street, The Twin Towers, The South Street Seaport...home home home. <3 <3 <3

This is one of the best fragrances i have possibly every smelled. I am a male, and I don't know if it's my skin chemistry or what but this fragrance is not "more female" at all. This is perfectly unisex. I first smelled this from my holiday sample pack when I got New york nights from their website. Out of all the samples in the holiday luxe pack, this one stood out as one of the most different from them in my honest opinion. You just get this sublty sweet, nutty fragrance that just blends so well. I barely pick up on the moss and cedarwood smells but they add just a hint of woodiness to it that just completes the whole fragrance. Its beautiful. It's not too strong, yet bery noticeable, its just right. Keep in mind I got this straight off the bondno9 website. Not a "light" or weak fragrance at all and does last for a while to me. Smelled it on my skin for like 11 hours. Had to shower and honestly still smell it just a little bit. I do find the reviews comical though, you see so many comparisons to BR540, (I don't have) yet most of the reviews for tribecca are positive. Then you go to BR540's reviews and they're mostly negative. It makes me wonder if people have even smelled either lol. From what I personally smell, this doesnt have any pineapple smell, or some "weird lotion smell" Again, mostly get a nutty smell with just a hint of sweetness, and right behind that you get just a touch of that woody smell. This is the best way i could describe it. Do not be fooled into it being bad based on a few reviews by people that probably don't even own it and just smell it for yourself.

Tribeca has firmly secured its place in my top 5 fragrances of all time. The opening is a decadent blend of hazelnut and cacao, creating a creamy, nutty gourmand feel that’s instantly captivating. As it develops, the caramel adds a subtle sweetness that feels indulgent but never overpowering, perfectly balanced by an earthy mossy base that gives the scent incredible depth and sophistication. I am honestly surprised there isn't coconut in this! Nevertheless, this isn't just another sweet fragrance; it's layered, textured, and effortlessly chic. While many compare Tribeca to Baccarat Rouge 540, I find them similar only in their smoothness and addictive quality. Tribeca is warmer, more grounded, and, dare I say, more compelling. It’s also often compared to Greenwich Village, which I adore even more than both Tribeca and Baccarat Rouge. Greenwich Village is fresher and more aquatic — imagine Baccarat Rouge and Tribeca had a baby and then added a refreshing water note, transporting you to a sunlit beach in Tahiti. Both scents are brilliant in their own ways, but Tribeca offers a cozy yet sophisticated allure that’s unmatched in my collection. For anyone looking for a fragrance that is both gourmand and refined, Tribeca is worth every penny. Its longevity, complexity, and sheer beauty make it a standout and a must-have for anyone who loves rich, layered scents.

This has been compared to BR540. While they are similar, I am right now smelling them right next to each other on my skin. It's amazing how they don't have the same components but they do smell similar. I would say how you would determine which one you want? Well it's based on what you like. If you are a gourmand lover, go with the Tribeca. The notes are hazelnut and cocoa. You do get the scent that steers toward that. It is creamier and more gourmand smelling. However, if you are maybe let's say a rose / flower lover in your fragrances. Then you should go with the BR540. That is the difference. You do smell the BR leaning more flowery because of the saffron or whatever that basenote is. Again the Tribeca leans more gourmand. I like both of them so I will keep them both. I'm off and on with BR540. I don't know if I go nose blind to it but prior to trying Tribeca I started to get rid of it. For the price I want that baby to do everything I want it too. I have tried heavy spraying of the BR, spraying on skin, on clothes, on top of oil (I only put on fragrances after I bathe), and this puppy just does what it wants to do. I am eager to try the Tribeca tonight for sillage and such. All in all if you like what you like and are a creator of habit you won't mind having fragrances that smell similar. I don't.

I’ve had this fragrance for a little over a year now and recently it’s shot to my top 5 personal favorite fragrances. Initially I found this fragrance to be lacking in performance and I loathed the indolent white floral note which smelled like halitosis. Now I find this fragrance to be supremely smooth, DEEP but airy composition. It’s amazing how deep and robust the DNA is but still manages to be so transparent and airy. It smells inspired by BR540 but I can’t say that it’s a dupe. This is much more warm, richer and robust with more of a gourmand, musky bend than the cold thin almost sterile smelling BR540. I love the musky ambroxan Bond uses in their fragrances. IMO it’s the best in the business. It’s present in all its glory in Tribeca and other Bond compositions like Governors Island and Lafayette St. Im almost certain that my bottle has blossomed over this past year due to maceration but whatever the case, this fragrance is beautiful. Better than BR540 IMO. That indolence is still present but it smooths and blends with the other notes and becomes undetectable after about 5-10 minutes. Don’t let that discourage you from trying this out! This is a great fragrance! 10/10

Blind bought Tribeca along with Greenwich Village fully expecting to be lukewarm on it and prefer GV. Nope! Surprisingly Tribeca has won me over and is now a layering staple. I love Greenwich Village but I’ve got to be in a specific mood to wear it. Tribeca is so effortlessly light and well blended it can be paired with just about anything to change up the scent profile or enhance another fragrance. Absolute favorite scent combo right now is Fleur Narcotique and Tribeca — WOW! Instant angel energy, refreshing but subtle and soft. Each scent lends a unique quality to one another, it doesn’t compete and melds seamlessly. I don’t distinctly pick up on the cacao or hazelnut but do pick up on the caramel, ambroxan, cedar and jasmine. They’re all so balanced though, a true blend. The jasmine and ambroxan make it possible to wear year round — so delicate and airy, I can’t see this being too much for anyone. I recommend misting this one, especially if you’re sensitive to molecules, rather than spraying super close to the skin. Something about letting the mist hit the air before landing on the skin/clothes softens everything. Backup bottle is en route 🩷

This wasn't an instant love, but has now became one of my favorites. The initial spray was the most realistic Jasmine Sambac I had ever smelled. But after a few minutes, I began to notice a nutty and woody scent, it wasn’t overwhelming—it was actually nice. Close to an hour later, the fragrance became familiar, so I looked it up on here and found out it’s often compared to Baccarat. I have to agree, but I think Tribeca is so much better. The ambroxan is a little strong, but not bad. The oakmoss is subtle, but present. Very well blended. It's has a warm comforting vibe and not as sweet. Love it! 3 hours later I couldn't really smell it on me but my husband could. And this was one of the few fragrances he always compliments on whenever I wear it. When my son's friend knocked on our door for some water from playing outside, he told me "your house smells really good". I thought it was most likely me he was smelling because I don't use room fragrance as it gives me headaches. I'll take that as a compliment though. Lol I’m so glad I got me a bottle.

This is QUITE the compliment magnet. I was in the bathroom at work. A woman was 50 ft away from me. She mumbles something kinda under her breath. I decided to act like a fluffy soft cat who intentionally rubs themselves against someone's legs. I sd to the co-worker....WHAT DID YOU SAY? She sd, "It smells so good in here. Its probably you because you always smell good!" She has never told me I smelled nice before. I did my super soaker routine and had on over 50 squirts of this TriBeCa from Bond No 9. I sd, "It better be me!" Then later on a guy at work who never speaks to me walks past me then stops. He started to speak as if he was about to tell me something super important, and then he pauses. He takes a few steps past me again and looks at me with a quizzical look. He sd, "Your perfume smells so good. I mean, you ALWAYS smell so good. How do you get your perfume to smell THAT good?" I thanked him. This fragrance trumps my love for Baccarat Rouge 540. Yep! It's in my top 10....BR 540 was kicked out it's so good!

I like this a lot more than baccarat. There is something really nice about the freshness of the jasmine and the hazelnut that makes this a lot less heavy and brighter than Baccarat extrait. I think the caramel and praline are the biggest similarities between the scents, but deceptively- because baccarat gives the impression of those notes while TriBeCa has them. I smell coconut too. I love every note in this, and I was torn between this and Greenwich village too... ) really glad I got this (for a good price). I’ll get a bigger bottle next time because it is a love for me. I don’t care what people say about the brand or the notes- I love wearing and layering this fragrance (more than baccarat extrait and greentoo). Compliment magnet, but maybe it just comes down to chemistry for me. Worth trying if you get a chance and it looks good to you!

There is nothing more psychologically fascinating in a fragrance review than someone declaring that *their* subjective interpretation of a scent is the correct one, and everyone else “needs to get their noses checked”. It’s fascinating because of the complete lack of comprehension of how absolutely subjective fragrances are. Moving on... This, to my nose, is a delightful half sister to BR-540. I tend to overspray BR because I become anosmic to it within minutes. TriBeCa, on the other hand, I can smell her for hours! The best parts of BR-540, but rounder, softer, cozier. I love both, but I am able to actually smell TriBeCa. Lovely. If you enjoy BR, but become anosmic to it - try this one. If you want to like BR, but just can’t get there - try this one.

I feel sad that some don't get the greatness of this. But hey, they cannot all work with our body DNA. I would love to smell like Hermes Elixir Des Melville's, it is glorious on the sales rep, ( chocolate and orange), but awful on me. Same with Delina, and Angels' Share, they just hate my DNA. So wah, while many don't play well with me, this one does. The thing is, my husband hates this and BR540 on me. I'm so down about it. I can't wear either around him, unless I want to hear "what is that you are wearing, I don't like it". Bummer.......some days I don't give a ra, and wear it anyways, because we are all here ~ because of fragrance, and we are at the right place, because if you get it, then you get it. lol...... However, Tribeca is a 10/10 for me.

Everyone compares it to BR540, but it most similar to Cloud 2.0. I compared all three, they're all in the same category, but the one that comes closest to TriBeca is Cloud 2.0. TriBeca is not linear at all. It has three stages. It opens with notes of ambroxan and jasmine. White flowers are predominant at the opening. They are delicate and dewy, it complement the fragrance well. Then, it changes to be similar to BR540/Cloud 2.0, airy perfume with more ambroxan, and the white flower notes soften. Finally, it finishes creamy, lactonic, sweet, and airy. In the third phase, you definitely smell the cocoa and hazelnut, gorgeous. I much prefer it to BR540, wich I'm not the biggest fan. I find it more complex and better balanced.

Lately, I’ve been trying Tribeca, and it’s been a really pleasant surprise. Like almost all of my perfumes, it was another blind buy. The opening is quite strong, with jasmine and ambroxan taking center stage, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. However, as it dries down, a slightly sweet and earthy note begins to appear, giving the fragrance a very sexy, cosmopolitan vibe. It’s a very versatile perfume, with good longevity and a sillage that attracts compliments without being too much. I personally find it unisex, though it leans more feminine to my nose. I didn’t love it on the first spray, but it develops beautifully as it dries down, which completely won me over. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing it.

Yes, this does pull like Baccarat Rouge 540 in the opening, but it goes off in a different direction and dries down into quite a soapy little number. I've been told I smell really good and 'clean' when I wear this and I think that's why. It's really well blended and you would struggle to pick out any specific notes, although I can pick out a hint of hazelnut, cacao and caramel but only if I REALLY try hard. It's really beautiful and I love how it makes me feel. It's very refined and elegant. Longevity is bordering on eternal. Silage is strong. I don't feel it is overpriced considering that only a couple of sprays will last you all day from dawn to midnight. One bottle of this will last you a long time.

This wasn’t love at first smell. It was curiosity. Bought a decant to test it out. I sprayed it for the first time the other night and had an almost visceral reaction to it. I wanted it off my body as quickly as possible. I decided I wanted to give it another chance and sit with it so when I got out of the shower this morning, I tried it again. I spent the day trying to understand it, and somewhere along the way I realized the fragrance hadn’t changed nearly as much as I had. Whether or not I ever own it, it taught me that understanding a perfume can be just as enjoyable as falling in love with one.

In love. I typically like all of these notes and I can pick them out individually. Upon very first spray I had a thought of R.E.M.--the praline/cream was similar to the hazelnut in Tribecca I guess. On my skin, it dries down to reveal more jasmine / white floral. Yes to ambroxan (I adore Superdose) Yes to the nutty blend + cedar. I will have a hard time NOT wearing this every day. As for season/occasion, I believe you could get away with wearing this all year given the stronger floral notes than I expected. I have BR540 Extrait. Tribecca is much more floral and caramel. It smells nothing like BR540.

Out of this and greenwhich village, this is the most baccarat 540 leaning one. Like cousins, tribecas just a bit more sweeter and consistently available. Br540 tends to disappear and reappear randomly, while this one kinda hits, stays, then leaves lol it does have a bit more depth as in this leans a bit to the caramel side as 450 leans cotton candy ish so they are different enough that it does feel like a different vibe, but you may not need both (layering both however... 👀👀👀). Longevity wasn’t nothing crazy but good enough. I’d buy for sure at a good price (around $200 for the 3.3).

I love this sweet nutty caramel scent I pair it with bionco latte I pair it with other sweet caramel perfumes and I wear it alone it is a compliment getter and it last . One of my favorite scents. I will repurchase, there is a possibility that the people that are experiencing issues it just don’t do well with your skin but everyone smells something different with perfume. Perfume is very personal and everyone is not going to like a scent but this one does not smell like baccarat to me it’s similar but not a dupe. This perfume has it’s own smell.
