Moment After

I have always been a fan of Bottega Veneta products which are always well thought out, high quality, classy and elegant. This Eau de Parfum did not disappoint at all. It actually surprised me in such a positive way. I went in expecting a very expensive Parfum that would be similar to many others but the complex combination of ingredients left me with an urge to keep smelling and keep going back to this spectacular fragrance. I am a big fan of cardamon, vanilla and leather - which if combined in the right formula and amount is a life changing formulation and it hits all the right notes and leaves a trail of pure joy and pleasure. I own many fragrances which are more expensive than this one, like Crystal Saffron or Havana Gold - which are also spectacular fragrances with some similarities but many differences. Moment After by Bottega Veneta is like a top of the end Ferrari at the price point of a Mercedes - the quality and experience is next level but the price point is very reasonable for a 100 ml Eau de Parfum in comparison to other brands at the same level which command far greater amounts. Louise Trotter, Bottega Veneta's new Creative Director deserves a huge congratulations for the impressive new collection but it would be great to know who the perfumer at Kering Beaute in France is that worked with Louise Trotter to create this insane fragrance. Moment After is a masterpiece and work of art.

OMG this is my favorite of the collection with Ricordami. RIcordami being sunny sweet feminine vanilla scent. This is a leathery, beautiful great deep scent. Unisex but a masculine masterpiece. Beautiful 9/10 across the board. Impressed. I would love to smell this on someone, this is going to be a great success i'm sure of it.

This strikes my [admittedly unrefined] nose as somewhat of a blend of babycat + dior homme intense. Yeah, I'm one of those simpleton reviewers that uses comparisons to other well-known fragrances as my crutch for describing something haha. Take the suede accord of babycat and replace it with the specific leather accord from DHI and IMO you get this one. Smooth leather + vanilla. It's really nice, but nothing that's making me feel like it should replace babycat in my collection.

Sexy leather vanilla perfume. Leaning masculine. Very well-blended & smooth. Agreed that with Babycat DNA, but Moment After is leaning more masculine, more leathery, less vanilla to my nose. Some may find Babycat a little bit feminine for their taste, then you may try this.

This is one of the best ones to my nose. This is a smooth creamy vanilla fragrance on my skin. I’m confused about the notes listed on Fragrantica. I get the pink pepper but it’s not over powering they barely used it and definitely get the vanilla. The leather is like a buttery suede...smooth. This smells Armure Mara from Paco Rabanne with out the strawberry notes. However, I am getting something fruity. It may be the bergamot mixed with the vanilla or Tonka. This is a sophisticated beautiful fragrance. It is by far office appropriate for sure. It’s non offensive. This was the only bottle I purchased from the line and it is an absolute LOVE!

I have to say, this entire line is fantastic and elegant—somewhere between modern and classic. Like Guerlain's younger sister. This one, in particular, got my attention. Reminds me a bit of Enflamme by Givenchy but this is a bit smoother, more refined. The note pyramid is very accurate. It's all wrapped in a nice powder cloak. I like a few of the others in this line as well.
