Bosc

A true to nature Love. In leisure mode I use Bosc, in work mode I layer with a neroli scent, to still have the wonderful background of Bosc, but it becomes more of a perfume with a flower added. It basically turns the documentary into a movie.

A natural forest scent that walks the line well between woodsy and cleaning product and manages to fall on the woodsy side thankfully. My only qualm is I wish they skipped the orange, it is what makes me think of pledge. Luckily, the orange fades out after a brief opening and you are left with a realistic scent of walking through the trees on a winters day, or adding fresh logs to a fire pit. Impressed.

This fragrance smells different every time I put it on, owing to the high use of naturals. Fresh Juniper and Pine notes lead the scent, supported by a juicy orange note. Underneath that is leather with a slight vinegar sourness. Get this if you want to smell like mountain forests.

Crude but kind of charming juniper, pine and orange hybrid. Very raw-smelling, like the all-natural bath products at that insanely expensive independent shop in your town, you know the one. I wouldn't wear this.

A truly unique fragrance that completely breaks with the norms by creating something that one can only describe as a proto composition. Forget masterfully constructed fragrances by highly trained perfumers. This smells like the chaos of nature, a blend of almost randomly thrown in raw materials that doesn't shy away from the harshness of its essences. The strength of Bosc (and the whole Bravanariz line) is also its weakness. It smells like the real deal, like nature, it's delightful if you want to close your eyes and feel like you're walking through woods, but it does not quite feel like a perfume. The green sharpness of all the fragrances are quite reminiscent of eucalyptus like essential oils, which limits the feeling of wearability and luxury. Nonetheless, no fragrance has dared or been able to capture the beautiful and smelly side of a forest quite like this one.

Right out the gate, this is a cantankerous version of Olympic Orchid Artisan's Rainforest. The scent profile suggest that you already know what you're getting into. This is a fragrant traffic light in the bedroom, kitsch if you will. Purposely singular in style and somewhat experimental. You'll notice immediately that the coniferous administration will be a constant and will take some getting use to EVEN if you've purposely purchased a ticket to the conifer show. Not to be outdone, the mastic note comes into play as a herbaceous element teeming with contention. Playing rogue elephant is the sweet orange adding it's shimmering properties to an otherwise crude creation. This is primitive, danky and dare I say socially dangerous. No one should attend this program without a parental guardian.

This one impressed me. I ordered few samples, looking for a perfect pine frag. This one pleased me more than other 3. I can smell woods! Thank goodness! I can actually smell the dark green leaves, sharp and juicy, not those spring pale green grassy stems blown about with the lightest wind, but the ripe, dark, summer forest, with thick oaks, fresh and bitter. Absolutely astonishing! Also I can smell pines tar, as close as possible to the pine I was looking for. Bosc is what it promises, it is wood. Deep and mysterious. The longevity is medium, it's not a monster, but it is a very decent fragrance and I would easily forgive it. And for those who are not afraid of truly mossy dry smells this can be a real treat!

Opens with a vivid strong pine similar to Slumberhouse Norne but few seconds later suddenly turns into.... sparkling lemonade.

A wonderful orange-Christmassy-woody wonderland.
