Franca Feretti Gelato

Refreshingly sweet mint that reminds me of trebor mints or Kendal mint cakes, a powdery, soft, sugary mint treat on a whipped cream base. If you like the idea of a mint icecream fragrance - heavy on the mint, this is ideal.

I got mine off ebay too. But with shipping the cost is more around $22, not $12. This is a great dupe for Madonna's Truth or Dare Naked. It smells the same it just lacks the woodiness that is in Naked. I've had fun with this Russian perfume brand! Their mimosa and tulip is also wonderful.

Starts as an amaretto-like cough syrup. After a while, it turns into alcoholic candies and milk chocolate with coconut. It's very comforting and cozy, especially in winter. Also, it's better not to wear it with light-coloured clothes because the liquid can leave stains.

Sweet, minty, and creamy. Reminds me of mint ice cream. There is a coldness to the fragrance on initial spray and a blast of refreshing mint. I also smell a kind of nuttiness in the opening, which is nice. The mint settles down after a while, and then it’s left with a kind of cotton candy sweetness. I wish it could hold its opening throughout as it’s more unique and interesting than the dry down. The fragrance loses its creaminess in the dry down and then you’re left with a kind of generic sweet scent that’s not that exciting. Projection is soft to moderate.

Fun cheapie! got mine from ebay, it was sent from Russia like for $12. Very cute, milky, creamy, soft, slightly minty, gourmand and refreshing, the sandalwood and lactonic notes provide a more warm drydown. Office friendly, the scent is very soft and last a few hours. Comforting. However, I won't repurchase when it's finished, because I have other scents that provide a similar experience and are stronger.
