This perfume is such a nice scent. BUT it is very very similar to Kayali The Wedding Silk Santal. so similar that I don’t there’s any point in owning both. but I’m a huge fan of TWS, to I love this one too. It’s such a a nice, classy, fresh, comforting scent.

A mesmerizing, powdery, non-juvenile fruity, clean floral vanilla scent that smells inviting and comforting. I have nothing like it in my collection! So far I have 3 from the Brown Girl Jane collection and have been pleasantly surprised with all.

UTTERLY OBSESSED! This is the best vanilla I've ever smelled and lasts forever. Chic without feeling old. This is my favorite from the collection, and it's tough because I love their scents. Perfection with tons of projection.

Am I the only one that smells only ammonia? I've never smelled a perfume that smells like straight up ammonia. Maybe it's my nose but this is a first for me.

A perfect day/office perfume. Stays close to the skin. Soft and rich with vanilla. Great scent. You will love it.

A musky and powdery vanilla raspberry perfume. I often have trouble with scents that are overly musky or powdery, but this was a strong like for me. It is a lovely easy reach everyday type of scent. This has an intimate scent bubble and very little silage. This lasts 4-6 hours on skin. The performance is much better than BGJ's Luma but it’s not as magical. Dawn is a grown woman's perfume, its feminine, mildly sweet, and demure. This is perfect for a professional environment or for a conservative daytime setting like church or a baby shower. I also have to mention the quality of the travel spray bottle. It is heavy bottle with a well-made atomizer and I love the muted pink branding. The more I wore this the more I liked it, but I am unsure if I will purchase a full bottle. For now I will rate this a 7/10 and I will revisit this in the future as well as other offerings from this brand.

I was gifted this perfume and I can't believe it was discontinued! It is a very inoffensive, fresh yet slightly sweet musky fragrance. It is perfect for every day wear, and makes me feel like I am on a tropical island somewhere. Not in a sunscreen way, but surrounded by water lilies and flowers and the rain. I'm sad I can't get another bottle :(

So far I’m not impressed with Brown Girl Jane. I’d rather have something from By Rosie Jane or Dedcool if I’m looking for something in this price range with a similar minimalistic feel. Dawn is boring. It’s a flowery shampoo scent upon first spray and it dries to an ambery finish but the florals stick around and don’t allow it to really come close to anything in legit vanilla territory. There’s not enough sweetness or depth here for me. It’s a little powdery, a little soapy. I can see wearing this to high school, but as a 30-something, I’ll pass.

This is a super soft pretty scent. It has a soapy smell like unique bar soap. It lasts on my skin for about 30 minutes. It has no sillage or projection. Its an extremely intimate skin scent. Maybe its best to be worn to bed.

Soapy fruity floral, nothing revolutionary. It's a nice gym fragrance with a burst of raspberry and an ambery-vanilla drydown, but other than that it's just another sweet shampooey scent.

Absolutely zero vanilla or sweetness. This smells like pencil shavings and tart raspberry juice on me. Not a huge fan. Love their Casablanca perfume.

I was hoping for a beautiful soft and rich smelling fragrance. But I got hardly no scent from it. Never have had a perfume that I couldn't smell before. Almost like the fragrant oils are missing from it. Wondering if I got a bad bottle of it? And unfortunately, the company has a no-return or refund policy. So now just stuck with a bottle of basically unscented perfume. The notes sounded so beautiful just wish I could smell them in this fragrance.

Maybe my nose is broken or I just can't properly smell the aromachemicals they use in this perfume, but I smell none of the notes listed. All I get is a strong, screechy synthetic mess that doesn't smell like any sort of perfume. I will give it an A+ for longevity, though--I could still smell it after two showers, scrubbing the spot with both soap and rubbing alcohol AND spraying another perfume on that spot!

Ok what is up with the "Remind me of" section. This fragrance has nothing to do with Amorous Intense. I see there's at least 3 BGJ fragrances that list it in this section. They're all wrong... this does remind me of a Middle Eastern fragrance I have though, I can't quite put my finger on it though. .. I also get similarities to FRANK BOCLET Sugar (and the M.E. dupe from PARIS CORNER called "Forbidden Sugar" as well)... this smells good. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to smell it at all from some of the reviews, but I sprayed this on my hoodie and I can definitely smell it. I love a STRONG fragrance and this isn't STRONG but I can smell it. It's not too weak. Moderate projection I would say. Not sure I need this, even though I like it a lot - I swear I have smelled this before and I may even own it already lol (almost 200 perfumes in my collection)... so I'll come back after I figure this out. This reminds me of a citrusy-vanilla though too, surprised I don't see any Bergamot or anything like that, it must be the tang from the raspberry coming off that way to me.

This is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. I don't know if the other reviewers got a different batch but the longevity on mine is amazing. I sprayed it on after a shower around 3 pm and I was still smelling it around 11 pm when I went to bed. It's a delicious fruity vanilla that had me wanting to take a bite out of myself lol

This is so much similar to CH Good Girl original and Bath and body works Dahlia mist. Pretty similar. Since I own CH Good Girl I didnt choose this. Nice but prefer Carnival.

I just came here to know if anyone knows of a dupe of this fragrance or a more similar like fragrance to Dawn. @mysticghosttrail... so do you know of a good dupe hun? 😁🤪

I do like this, but was hoping to love it by the notes. It’s a little too sweet, syrupy for me. Very warm fragrance.

I love this perfume and the fact they kept Casablanca and decided to discontinue this one is infuriating.
