Peach Aura

Ive been sampling perfumes for spring/summer and this was part of my haul. TLDR: This might be the diamond peach of the season! I am still testing others but Hear me out ...This is the first time my boyfriend complimented my perfume without asking his opinion...He practically wanted to eat me!!!! #cuddles Okay okay so First spray was an instant yum but then I thought the peach was too juvenile like peach rings so I decided to use it as a car scent or for my office. I was also sampling heavy hitters so i might have been the juxtaposition. I didnt give up on it tho... People said it smelled nice. I also smelled the drydown on the items i was spraying and i was impressed but didnt realize it was peach aura. So I tried again on my skin. I used olay super serum body wash and lotion. I sprayed not a perfume on my hot spots and then oversprayed peach aura. It was indeed a pleasant aura. The peach is just right. Its literally like an aura like a pleasant peach cloud around you. Light airy but still sweet and cozy. The dry down is everything and it last and lingers nicely. If I had to compare this ... I would compare it to Gossip Night, which is much heavier and thick. This is airy like a cloud. I look forward to seeing what it is like during the spring summer time. I really like it for my lifestyle... metropolitan/suburban vibes where you can dress causal cute, girly, or a white tee without smelling super floral, citrusy, or like a luxury beach vacation. A win for BlackGirl Jane! Ive been curious This is my first and I look forward to supporting this company Update: I always get compliments when I wear this. Had it for several months now as I write this in July. This one will be around for a while.

I’m glad they reset the the “reminds me of” section. I too witnessed everything that Caitrun mentioned in her comment a couple of weeks ago, which made me want to buy and support this brand. I wasn’t planning on buying this particular peach perfume, but I’m glad that I did. I really ended up loving it. I was afraid that the blood orange and Bellini note together would create that mixture that tends to bother me in other fragrances, but it doesn’t at all. It’s a beautiful fragrance that takes you on a journey. It’s like a peach butterscotch pudding, but you have to go through a fruity-floral journey first. After it dries down is when you get that peachy parfait pudding. I’m a gourmand girl, so I’ve been looking for yummy peach scents. There’s also something nostalgic about this fragrance. It reminds me of something from my childhood, but I can’t put my finger on it. I also want to add it’s one of those fragrances that has that “peekaboo lasting power,” in other words, you might think you can no longer smell it, but then you will randomly get a whiff. I wasn’t sure about how long it would last in the beginning, but even 8 hours later I got random whiffs. All in all, I love it and it was a great choice.

Ok, first off. I hate that there are so many trolls on Fragrantica bc I think the majority of us genuinely use it for analysis purposes 😖 Secondly...This is just my first impression so take my review with a grain of salt, but I love this perfume from BGJ! It’s the first one I’ve tried and it definitely makes me curious to try more from the house. It’s very sweet, but not overly saccharine & cloying (Think Pink Sugar) I think because of how much the butterscotch pulls through on my skin, it makes it a bit difficult to detect that this is a peach fragrance. Maybe more akin to a canned peach in some light syrup? Definitely not a freshly picked peach. The bellini & musk notes within Peach Aura are quite faint, but they offer a bit of an effervescent and bright quality to the scent to prevent it from becoming overly sticky and syrupy. This reminds me a LOT of Eclair Banoffi from Lattafa, but this is superior due to it being a bit better “blended” However, if you’re on a tighter budget, I would definitely test out Lattafa’s

I have been looking for a more realistic peach perfume for a while and I absolutely LOVE this. Idk why people keep brining up peach rings. I know I make things smell more spiced so maybe thats why. But on me this smells almost like when you bake fresh peaches in brown sugar and orange juice and zest. I make a dessert thats similar. Despite that it isn't too gourmand. Its very balanced. The orange keeps it fresh and the vanilla and musk keep it grounded. I was worried about the butterscotch before but it really gives brown sugar instead of butterscotch candies. It projects well I would say you can smell me within 3-5 feet. It last for hours. I actually paid attention last time and I woke up smelling like it (at least 14 hours of wear). I got the travel size and I wish I just bought the full size cause I genuinely feel like I could finish a full size bottle by the end of the summer.

Can you imagine the level of loser one would have to be to take out the time to rig the votes on the different categories for this fragrance? Someone is obsessed. Wow, can’t relate. Anyway....I just purchased this and can’t wait to try it! Edit: So mine just arrived and I absolutely love it! The opening has a strong white floral note that smells like jasmine sambac to my nose, but this doesn’t have any jasmine so I wonder if this was just due to temperature flux in transit. The sambac-esque note quickly dissipates into the background and blends into the peach . The base is a creamy sandalwood and the peach is more warm than fresh and juicy, and yet this works as a summer scent. This honestly could work all seasons, but I can see myself mostly wearing this summer nights, and autumn and spring days. The more I smell it, the more I love it!
