Dangerous Woman

I was searching for perfume that smells like a suntan lotion, and I always was disappointed. But when I was get to try this I was so happy and satisfied. :)) Best coconut perfume! And of course delicate vanilla and dark black currants! I am in love. This will be my "all year around" love! :))

I love the coconut here , I feel some bananas too , I like it a lot , for the price why not .. Moderate in every way though of course .

I got this today because of comparisons to Hypnotic Poison, I don't think it's as similar as people would like it to be. It's OK as it's own scent. But something felt familiar, I kept getting nostalgic little feelings then I realized what it was. When it wafted up to me, for a half second it reminded me of Obsession. It doesn't smell like it, but as you get a whiff, it makes you expect to smell Obsession, but it never develops. I had to go look at the notes for that to see what it was. Must be the vanilla? I'm not in love with Dangerous woman but it is OK for layering and bedtime. I think it's more cosy than beachy, and it tempers the screechy notes of other perfumes that I want to dial down.

I was craving for a coconut scent that's feminine and I deciced to give this a chance. I love the scent, good in autumn, gives warmth on chilly days. But it's good in every season, not only during colder months. On my skin this works well, soft, sweet and lactonic coconut. I don't yet know, how longlasting this is, but I'll spray it also on my clothes, let's see. This may be simple, but scents don't have to be complicated always. Longevity is moderate, so is sillage, but my bottle is an edt version. I layer this with Midnight fantasy by Britney Spears, very nice, better than each one of these on their own.

when I tried it at the drug store I didn't expect anything from this frag but I got to say that now I'm completely hooked. Probably because I really enjoy coconut-vanilla perfumes. The composition is very simple cocount plus vanilla and together they create very warm and sweet (almost sticky) pretty scent. It's more girly than womenly so the name Dangerous Woman is a little bit silly, but I don't care about the name as long as the juice in the bottle smells fine to me.

I like it! Fresh bity blackcurrant at first,short blast ,and then steps back a Little to make Place for coconut and tropical flowers. or ̈fruits id say,pineapple papaya mango,tropical drink and thanks to the blackcurrant not overly sweet. very nice. melts down to more vanillatones. nothing over the ordinary but a good fresh everyday scent who doesnt smell of bubblegum and teenage Girls! Thank god! The sillage though is horrible. 2 hours and i didnt feel a trace of it.

This perfume reminds me of a body lotion I used to have or one off my sunscreens. In a good way don't get me wrong. Two pumps on my wrist and the smell can be a bit too strong and sickly sweet in the beginning but after awhile the smell starts to remind me of vacations in the sun lounging by the pool. It really has a sweet smell of vanilla albeit it does come across as a bit cheap I still find it to be girly and fun. + it is a very cheap perfume!

My friend bought this a few years ago and wore it and I have always liked it, but I only got it for myself a few days ago. It's sweet, but not awfully sweet like Britney Spears perfumes. It has a more serious scent to it rather than being a teenage perfume. And it is an eau de toilette, so it's not so longlasting, that is why I prefer to wear it during the day.

Joy in a bottle. Yes, it is uncomplicated. Yes, it does have a chemical-type of smell. Yes ,it's not complex nor groundbreaking at all. But sometimes I crave such gourmand cheapies that make my day so much sweeter. I get strawberry, pineapple (not listed), and, of course, a heavy dose of coconut + vanilla. A tropical cocktail in a pretty bottle.

Its a nice little sweet fragrance, im not crazy about it but id casually wear it. Definitely doesn’t smell like a dangerous woman, more like a cheerful nice lady, my 14yo self would’ve probably went crazy for this. I mean for the price its not as bad.

Starts with a blast of coconut. A very beachy scent, nice for summer nights. Basically it's a combination of sweet and powdery notes. It really reminds me of Hypnotic poison, but without the root beer note. This is playful, while HP makes me nauseous.

First spray it is mainly fruit with some vanilla... in the drydown it smells just like anna sui dreams. The same vanilla! I would like it if it would be a little heavier and longer lasting. pretty scent tho :) might get the bodylotion

Lightly floral piña colada scent, coconut and vanilla reign supreme. Easy to wear, lasts around 5-6 hours, wonderful for spring and summer. The name is a touch heavy-handed lol, this woman is as sweet and endearing as they come.

Easy to wear piña colada scent. When I need to cheer up and have no idea what to wear I pick this one up and I’m good to go. Great for every day errands and stuff like ice skating or dance classes xd

Much too strong. Headache-fragrance. Too spicy, too sweet, too much! For all sunlotion / sunscreen lovers, could be an option for you, but maybe not for others around you. ;-)

very very nice smell. it's warm and sweet. and vanilla blends perfectrly with blackcurrant. though for me there is a bit too much coconut. but still I like the smell.

If you like coconut, you would like this one. Mmmmmdeliiiciouuus.

I own the perfume pen of this perfume and I mostly use it to layer with other perfume so they last longer on my skin. It smells kinda nice but it is kinda generic. It is also not very strong so you almost can't smell it on your skin when you wear it. I won't rebuy this perfume once it is empty which will take a long time because the perfume pen takes forever to be empty.

Dangerous? It's sensual, warm and kind. Vanilla and coconut are absolutely the strongest notes in this perfume. The floral and black currant notes create more dept but it's there's nothing super deep or luxurious about it. I would say it's casual and I enjoy it!

I had this perfume in my early teens. it smelled like Baileys on me! :D

This is one of those non-blind buys I have done, where afterward I beat myself up thinking "Why the heck did I buy this?!" I think I was blinded by the fact that some people claim it's reminiscent of Dior's Hypnotic Poison, which I own, but struggle to wear because it gets a bit heavy on me. This smells like nothing but a mess on me.. Imagine what a scent would smell like if you had a 7-year-old making perfume with coconut milk as a base, and constantly adding in strange spices to the mix. It just smells very cloying, and makes me quite nauseaous. Smells sort of like a waxy coconut and a dead-beat heliotrope. A 13-year-olds first perfume. Nothing like Hypnotic Poison on me at all. Cursed be you Fragrantica, for blinding me like this!

No idea how they came up with the name. To me, this is NOT the scent for a dangerous woman. This smells like a hula party. The black currant barely makes this bearable, as it keeps it from being as sickeningly sweet as some other "tropical" scents. After the initial blast of coconut, this calms into more of a berry or forest fruit scent. This is for the woman who has always wanted to be re-incarnated as a fruity coconut.

Nice and pleasant vanilla fragrance. Today I tested it and I like it very much. On the beginning is strong and fresh black currant and coconut vanilla, dry down is delicious vanilla ice-cream, looooooove this. EDIT: Tasted second time - This is beautiful. I want it. Delicious and yummy, sweet but also fresh, nice, nice, nice. I don't like Hypnotic Poison - smells like old lady, but like this one :) Will buy.

When I first tried it in the store, there was something attractive about it that kept me smelling repeatedly at it. It was an interesting scent, and I wore it for a while, until I realized that I couldn't stand its dry sharpness and slightly sweet, a little sickening vanilla-blaccurant-coconut combination. It is definitely a night scent, and perhaps I was wrong to wear it in the day.

This is one awfully sweet perfume. I got it for my birthday, just smelled the sprayer and I was like "wtf? why would anyone buy this for me??"...of course, I smiled, said thanks, its a nice perfume. And for somme reason, I decided to put it on my wrist. Could hardly wait to grab a shower to get rid of coconut vanilla combo.

This smells nothing like Hypnotic Poison. It`s a copy of "Aguilera By Night" though, same sharp and nauseating pineapple/citrus/melting plastic/flowery mess. Actually, it kind of smells like vomit! Acidic and sour. I don`t get any vanilla, coconut or heliotrope. Definately NOT a velvety smooth scent. HIGHLY synthetic.

Very bad blind buy. It smells like a cheap soap. I can’t smell any vanilla nor coconut. Just flowers. Also washing powder. I need to layer this with something. It’s awful. Edit: there’s a fruity sweet nice hardly visible note in the beginning and then it all goes to sh*t. And it hardly is giving any scent at all.

I had a small sample of this parfume and it turned out my husband is allergic to it. He started to sneeze and got klogged up. So this gets a dislike from me. Before I washed it off I think it was mostly coconut and vanilla. Not a bad scent but definitively not anything special or dangerous about it!

It has a very warm, vanilla scent. If you like that in a perfume, you might like this. To me it smelled too strong of vanilla, and is too heavy. I can hardly smell the fruit. If I had to wear this, it would be at night time.

I have to agree with angeldoll: very sweet, very much sunlotion. I couldn't really say, it smells like coconut or vanilla. It's just one of those very sweet generic scents. Not desirable.

If you ever wanted to pour a full glas of Piña colada on yourself, this one will be for you.

I've been searching for the perfect affordable summer coconut scent for years, but just couldn't find the right one. I've never cared much for Bruno Banani perfumes, but last September I somehow picked this one to test at the drugstore. It was a complete surprise for me that it had coconut and I liked it very much so I tested in on my skin. It was that delicious hot weather coconut scented suncreen smell that I envisioned! I showed it to my husband, he agreed that it was very nice and smelled like a nice beach day with a cocktail. However, since it was the beginning of autumn, I didn't buy it, just put it on my wishlist for next summer. Every once in a while I sprayed a bit on my wrist when I had the chance and completely gave up the search for that coconut scent as I've already found it. A few weeks ago I noticed that it was discontinued in both bigger drugstore chains in my country. I tried to get one of the last bottles for dirt cheap but it was already sold out and I was heartbroken :( Today I was testing out perfumes at the local drugstore when I noticed a few bottles of Dangerous woman hidden among the other BB fragrances, no tester, even its price was missing. I thought maybe they found a few bottles left and I dropped one to my cart immediately while praising my luck. At the checkout, it turned out to be full price, but I was so glad I just went with it - it isn't expensive at full price after all. When I got home and opened the box, I noticed that the bottle was different than before. It's nothing like on the picture, it's striped like the bottle of the Radiant one, only with pink juice inside. I have to admit, it looks very pretty, waaay prettier than before. Sadly, I think they've also reformulated the contains, since it's nothing like I remembered :( On my skin it's very faint coconut with some fruit, nothing sweet suncreeny coconut goodness. I have to spray it very generously to smell anything at all, and it disappears within an hour. On clothes it's much fruitier, I detect almost no coconut, just some berry (blackcurrant, based on the notes). It is though incredibly nice, but still no lasting power, after an hour I only smell it if I press my nose against my shirt. I'm completely devastated that my dream summer scent is ruined before I could even enjoy it :( I will test it more in different weather and circumstances as I want it to work sooo badly... I couldn't find any info on the package reformulation anywhere online, not even pictures of the new bottle which I find a bit odd. I'm very curious if anyone else experiences the same about this scent though. Update: I finished a full bottle (50 ml) in only 3 weeks... yepp, it's THAT weak. Even after spraying heavily, the scent was gone within an hour, even from clothes. Considering this, Dangerous woman is absolutely not worth the price. You can buy some Avon body mist with the same longevity for a fracture of the price or a drugstore (or Avon) perfume with decent longevity for the same price. Huge disappointment.

Bruno Banani scents have been known to surprise me in a pleasant way, so when I saw a tester of his latest release I sprayed it on my wrists not really knowing what to expect from a scent called "Dangerous Woman". The name conjures olfactory impressions of some hard to ignore sexiness in a bottle. So what could it be like? Some sly silage monster a la "Obsession"? Or perhaps a seductive sex-nymph a la "Agent Provocateur"? No, none of the above, if this woman is truly dangerous she must be having other skills that make her so; for this scent is very "pretty tropical island in a bottle" like. Coconut is the first thing that fills my nose, followed by a smooth vanilla and after a while I can smell something sweet but not candy sweet, black currant I guess? I can't really smell any florals. It's all gourmand to my nose, but a very pretty and well behaved gourmand. It's yummy and I don't get a 'sun-lotion' feel from this. It's well done but it demands that you really like coconut in your perfumes because the coconut note is peeping its head out from the rest of the notes....all the time! Lots of people like coconut notes, the Body Shop is just one example that caters to this demand with their coconut oils etc. So, if you like coconut notes and would like a more refined and elegant version, than this is definitely a must try! It's fun for summer or indeed for anytime you want to feel like you're relaxing on a beach! I am still on the fence about it...but The Boyfriend likes it! Which means it will *miraculously* show up on my vanity! ; ) Silage is: "Baby! Did I spill coconut-milk on you or is your chemistry that delicious!" ;) - Longevity: is impressive for a nut...5+ hours. It's a fun scent! Go, test and smile! : )

Received a sample of this perfume some days ago. I absolutely loved it! I don't know about everyone else, but this smells wonderful on my skin. I think its vanilla, coconut and some fruit i can't recognize? Actually not extremely sweet, but yes, it is sweet. Lasted for a couple of hours, maybe four? Either way, this is a lovely perfume. I could recommend it for anyone aged 15 - 40.

Definitely heavier scent. It is very sweet, very vanilla. Yes, I feel it mostly coconut and vanilla,but no fruits or flower. This Perfume reminds me of sun lotion. Very coconut ! Lasting power is very good (5-6 hours on my skin) :)

It has a very warm sweet candy scent. Smells like sweet synthetic vanilla on me. I'm sure this would be a popular scent for the age group 11-16 because it's so so sweet. Lasts about 3 hours. Will definitely not repurchase.

VERY similar to Hypnotic Poison. I wanted this but after trying it another time I realized it's just too similar and I don't need both. Very nice substitute for someone with a budget though.

If you like the idea of black-currant lemonade and coconut milk, you will like/love this one. I got this one from my mother on my birthday and it's a very fun scent!
