Pure Woman

u was attracted by the bottle and took a spray on my wrist in the perfumestore. it smells immediately really unconventionl fruity and somehow intoxicating. mango-cyclamen-berries ! after 10 minutes nice whafts coming up to my nose while shopping and i had to go back and buy the bottle. unfortunately the scent doesn t last long! after 1h it was hardly detectable and after 2 hours max it's completaly gone. well, finally after some weeks tHE bottle fall down in my bathroom and split :( all the juice was all over in my bathroms floor... eeeew, i was soooo sad, because this perfume is indeed an isntant moodlifter and it smells somehow exotic and transfers you immediately to carefree holiday feelings. it smellt so good some days after in my bathroom and then it was gone forever :( such a pitty! but wouldn t rebuy a bottle because of its weak staying power.

Pure Woman has a great aquatic feel to it; mango and cyclamen are well pronounced but they are far from being sweet; they are refreshing and watery, complimenting peony and freesia on a lovely amber base. (I am glad Banani fragrances possess ambery base in the right proportions) Pure Woman is a great aquatic fragrance, it is delicate and certainly most suited for summer time, when any other fragrance may seem too much in thirty odd degrees weather, Pure Woman will be the right choice. Projection is pleasant, lasting power for such a sheer fragrance is acceptable, approx 3-4 hours in EDT concentration. Great buy for aquatic lovers.

love it but poor staying power, such a pitty for this lovely fruity mouthwatering scent. not to sweet, just perfect balanced watery/juicy and just delightful for summer. i would compare it with a fresh cutted watermelon with it's watery juicy red pulp to wanna be eated immediately :)

I have been buying this fragrance for years. It always reminds me of my teenage years when it was one of my first fragrances and I still love it. Fresh, simple, sweet.

i found it similar 2 Christina Aguilera by Christina Aguilera... it lasts long enough 4 me, and even it's not mine -it's my mother parfume- i really loved it...!!

It is very soft, a little bit sweet perfume,but it is not long lasting at all. Suitable for hot summer days. I like this perfume but i wont repurchase it again.

So sweet, yummy and feminine! This was mine favorite fragrance when I was teenager! And I still love it!

At first it smells moderately strong, but really attractive - sweet/floral/fruity/flirty with noticable powdery-vanilla note. Then forest fruit become more intensive and so does the vanilla, while all the light freshness goes away, but still the scent does not get cloying. It becomes sweeter and sweeter with every hour, but never overwhelming, probably because it's really delicate as for this category of scents. If I ever had it, I'd probably use a lot of it to feel it all day long or I'd layer it with something greener and fruitier to keep the initial impression alive. OK, I got it in a swap and I'm really happy to have it!:) It's much more interesting for me now than it was when I first tested it, it develops nice and smooth, warm and natural - I'm sure it will be a great experience to be using it this autumn!

Pure Woman is the most pleasant fragrance among all Bananies and the most natural of them all. I used to wear it last summer in my country house, that time it was very suitable. First there was black currant, sweet and sour at the same time, that the big mango appeared, it was sweet but not cloying. I didn’t recognize any flowers, only black currant-mango duet! Lasting power is so-so, but you don’t need to care about it in the sunny summer day. Pure Woman is really good fruity fragrance for hot weather.

I had a bottle of Pure Woman about a year ago and I wish I had left myself a sample because my tastes in perfume have changed since then and nowadays I see cyclamen among the ingredients ( I like it) and I can recall it was detectable there. It was a bit sour fragrance (sweet and sour) and I could detect sandalwood also (I guess so), I don't see it listed but I remember Pure Woman had a beautiful wood. The fragrance can be liked and its quality is a good medium shelf. Good sillage and lasting power.

It’s just ok. It’s like someone added soap to made for women. And took out the beautiful sweetness. Edit: came back and it’s very similar to made for women. Just stronger, but also sweet and very nice to wear. I can’t smell soap anymore. I wish it lasted longer. Has no staying power, 5 minutes and it’s puff gone.

smells sweet and strong on the first few minutes of spray , Not long lasting but not poor at all, It stays for a couple of hours. I get some compliment in the office when i wear it. i like it but i will not re-buy as i prefer some fresh fruity floral scent , I just didn't feel freshness on this scent.

Smell is great, but doesn't last for too long :(. Anyways I loved this perfume, it's perfect for summer parties. It makes me feel like the woman in this perfume's commercial.

This one is very light and not overpowering at all... and the second thing I know for sure is that men absolutely dig this scent!

I did not buy it. It was passed on to me. It was originally bought as a gift by a man, so apparently it IS appreciated by male audience. It's a slightly peppery fruity floral. To me it's somewhat cheap smelling. I'm just trying to use it up running unimportant errands. As for the vibe, it's leaning Gucci Rush 2. Not a dupe at all but the same kind of vibe. It's giving summer time puberty :D As a big lover of fresh aquatic and ozonic fragrances - this perfume is not one of those. I've seen earlier reviews suggesting that.

It used to be my mum's favourite fragrance when I was younger, so I find it quite nostalgic. :) It's fine - very simple, fruity and summery, a joyful scent, slightly infantile. I'm not a huge fan of fruity, sweet fragrances, so I wouldn't buy it for myself, but if you do, this perfume will probably be enjoyable, as it's affordable and versatile, just nothing special - simply ok.

This perfume is pretty strong in the first ten minutes. After a while it becomes a lot softer. I like it, although I know many women who wear this perfume. I'm not likely to wear it for this reason.

Extremely shampooish and a little screechy. Vey generic, but fresh and strong

Seems very weak. Light fresh cucumber/watermelon scent, then gone. Definitely needs to be applied liberally. With my usual application I need to press my nose to the skin to smell it. This is very unusual for me! Perhaps it is my nose which does not detect the notes properly, I need to retry and ask boyfriend:) Perfect for people who enjoy very light, sweet and fresh scents or when you want to use something really inoffensive and a commonly accepted scent. Personally I find it too generic, synthetic-smelling and weak, even if I do find the whiff of cucumber delicious in summer. Update: I tried it again in hot weather and I did get quite a bit more smell out of it but didn't really like it, was just more sweet synthetic summer scent. Update 2: I think it is best suited for spring weather so the sweetness does not get cloying and it stays on the fresh side. I will never be a fan but it is inoffensive enough to use as a work scent. Only lasts a few hours.

In the beginning I also thought that I could smell strawberries and cream. The scent was so wonderful and fruity so I sniffed my wrist properly and it ́s no doubt that the wonderful smell is black currant. Mostly the green, fresh leaves but also with a touch of lemon. I guess I was a little bit of a coward as I sprayed it on on my way to work ́cause this is a fragrance I would love to feel all around me for hours. Wear Pure woman and you will fall in love with both Bruno Banani and yourself. :D

Oh my goodness what can I say about it! This perfume is so cheap, so artificial. It is sweet but it is a headache sweet. it is a gift from a friend, i never use it after i tested once. Sorry, i just really dont like it, it is annoying to me.

Synthetic sharp vanilla, freesia and sour pineapple. I guess it`s the "green mandarin" that smells like pineapple? No mango, and definately no strawberries that some people seems to smell... Very artificial perfume.

I wanted a sweet a fruity scent, but this is way too mature and floral for my taste.

Bought it when I studied in Germany. My male friend helped me to make the decision and he loved it. I liked and used it quite a lot at first but from one moment I couldn't stand it anymore and when I came back home I gave it away. But the scent is pure strawberries from top to base. And very sweet strawberries indeed. It was the sweetness that made me to give it away. But if the user doesn't spray it too much, the sweetness can be nice. But I prefer it on someone else. It's more for younger women and teens, the sweetness would be inappropriate on elderly ladies. Reminds me of Nina Ricci Nina A BIT. Love the design! Update: A lot of memories are associated with scents. That's why I've decided to buy this scent again. It will remind me the times in Germany. Just like I always think of those times when I spray on Estee Lauder's Emerald Dream. The only problem is that they don't sell it here and I have to ask my friend in germany to get it.

This is my friend ́s signature scent and it works great with her chemistry. It is sweet vanilla scent with the hint of black currant. It reminds me a bit of Christina Aguilera by Christina Aguilera but this one seems to be more natural and better balanced. The previous reviewer said that ́s the "honey pot" for men and it is so true. It is very sexi and sensual scent. On my friend it lasts and lasts and lasts and the sillage is also amazing on her - you can tell she is in the room but it is not cloying or overpowering. EDIT: Though this isn ́t one of those holy grail fragrances, and its attitude is very simple - to please and to attract (mainly men) I have to say that this friend of mine who wears it is the best smelling woman I know - isn ́t it amazing what a body chemistry can do?

It's not that bad :)! I find it similar to I'm Going by Puma. It's more sweet, strong and rich. The notes that they have in common are blackcurrant and freesia. I don't get the specific notes but it's very floral and fruity. A nice little perfume for everyday - for not very hot days. I got a sample and I'm wearing it for a second day now, and I'm getting so many compliments on it, I never get so many with 'my' fragrances :) My man simply adores it, but I won't buy the whole bottle ;) It seems it's a 'honey pot' for men! Unfortunately, it has a poor staying power.

On my skin it’s pretty much mango and vanilla. Something for clubbing, maybe. It smells generic and a bit cheap. I think there are better tropical fragrances out there in this price range. It doesn’t project much, but may still be too sweet for some. Not a safe blind buy.

strange, why there is no strawberies in it..? are teh fragarance notes not complete here>? Ihadn't a chance to smell this but my sister says the strawberies are very persisitant here..and its very sweet. I would like to know if strawberies are among the ingredients

I was using this at 2010 and I loved it. Now when I bought it again I was expecting the same sweet love , but ...Nah It smells too artificial for my taste now. I guess I`m getting old. I was 22 at 2010 now I`m 27....

It was my favourite perfume when I was 16. Now i'm 20 and I don't like it that much. I think it's great for teen girls to wear every day, but is not for women.

For my liking the mango fruit is a bit overpowering, but the base notes are fantastic and the scent has many similarities with D&G The One.

I can't stand this one - it's an annoying fragrance that boasts with its strong, one-sided scent...like Bruno Banani woman does, as well.

Very sweet and girly. I remember a classmate sprayed it on my notebook and the scent lingered for months.
