#1668 in my “Tour de Fragrance” Some scents go too far with the booziness. This doesn’t. Very similar to Lubin “Idole Eau de Parfum”, Xerjoff “Cruz del Sur I” which is one of their best scents, even Clive Christian “Blonde Amber”, also one of my favorites. But though this is not as pricy as some similar scents, it’s pricey enough at $170 and up. It's kind of a buttery version of Bentley “For Men Intense”, which you can find for under $50, so you might want to consider that instead. You might also be just as happy with a $48 bottle of Khadlaj “Onyx Gold” if you can do without the tobacco, or Boucheron “Ambre d’Alexandrie” at around $90 if you can do without the cinnamon. This is masculine in an old school way. More powdery and bright than Serge Lutens “Ambre Sultan”, of which I’m a fan and I’ve had on the shelf for several years, but don’t wear except in very cold weather as it’s a heavy scent. This scent fits with the crisp Springtime we're currently enjoying. Long-lasting thanks to the myrrh note. Projects well thanks to the clove. Nice opening and dry down. Not office wear for me, but nice enough for casual evening wear. Nice scent, very good quality. Maybe not a bottle buy for me as a I already have a few scents very much like it, but not ruling it out. Good Luck and Good Hunting!

Lovely fragrance that has grown on me. Initially I did enjoy it but was so overwhelmed by my love for Cursed that I forgot this scent for a while until I went through my Cursed sample. Then the light shone on this one and Alias. Difficult to dislike, difficult to describe as all the individual components are blended together so well. There is nothing that comes off as synthetic, it will not induce a headache. Rum and cake in a warm upper class room with a fireplace, not close enough to smell the fire, but close enough to feel the layer of warmth over your body. The rum is one of the finest, smooth and flavourful and the cake is delicious but not overly sweet, making it easy to go back for more.

It's beyond me how this is under the radar. Perfection, I say it truly. This is the smell of winter and a cozy night, accompanied by the warmth of your fireplace, smoking a cigar, and treating yourself to a pecan pie. The fragrance only gets deeper and deeper with its scent letting its amber side shine. Don't let the extrait fool you that it's heavy, the scent is quite airy actually and smoooooth. Performance-wise this boy won't leave you it'll stay with you till you wash. 10/10

A must if you enjoy boozy fragrances. One of the best perfumes from Bruno Perucci, reminds me a little of Angels Share although they have their significant differences. This is niche perfumery at its finest.
