Rose Original Parfum

I love Damask rose and am always looking for the right one in expensive perfumes, but this darling cheapie gets it just right. I got it after using the eye cream by the same company and realizing it smells amazing. The spray parfum is even better. It is dusky, dusty, incensy, deep magenta rose. Fresh but not green or lemony, and not typical of the roses you will find in the US. Not huge longevity but a great price. Comes as a spray like in the picture, a rollerball of oil, a vial of pure parfum, or a large stoppered bottle of pure parfum (this one is actually expensive and would last forever).

Just arrived in the mail. Lovely, so lovely. Light and almost ethereal. Sweet as the Damascena roses themselves. Seems to stay fairly close to the skin and I haven't any idea of the staying power yet. Very happy with this.

Beautiful, green-ish, deep/complex, and soapy. Absolutely gorgeous.

I don’t like rose notes in perfumes but it might be that those notes are chemically created ones. I do love to smell sweet scented fresh roses and this perfume oil gives me just that: The scent of a fresh rose (or one of the rose scents, as the natural scents change depending by the rose type). The perfume oil is sweet and somehow soapy, it reminds me of those English rose round soaps that people use to scent drawers, more than using it as a soap. I am surprised by the freshness of this oil too, not at all a “granny scent” but a romantic note that can be worn by a young person as well, in my opinion, or to be mixed with a vanilla perfume, for example. You cannot go wrong with a rose perfume that comes from Bulgaria, I am happy about the quality.

BULGARIAN ROSES with leaves It's the right rose what I've always wanted. But on my skin, base turns to a bit dirty smell(kurikuri) like withered roses in old vase. Just a little bit. Naturally.

I’ve always wanted a perfume that smells exactly like that delicious, lemon-y, candy scent of certain roses in spring. This definitely isn’t it. It was a blind buy, and although it isn’t the worst smelling perfume, it smells quite sweet and soapy as rose perfumes tend to. Oh well. The search continues...
