Eau Triple Yuzu De Kizo

This perfume offers a truly unique citrus experience, I bet, unlike anything you've encountered before. While most citrus fragrances are often associated with summer, this one captures the essence of late spring. Its refreshing and elegant scent is wonderfully subtle, without the sharpness you might expect from typical citrus or orangey notes. It's a fragrance that feels both invigorating and refined, but unfortunately, it doesn't linger long on my skin.

Eau Triple Yuzu De Kizo feels like a fresh sigh of relief captured in a bottle. Its clean, uplifting scent is wonderfully inoffensive, evoking the serene experience of stepping out of a yuzu bath in Japan. It has become my go-to daily fragrance for its light and refreshing profile. My only gripe is the soft longevity and sillage. Layering it with the matching body oil has helped it last longer, making it even more enjoyable.

Faint praise for a faint scent... Yuzu de Kizo has a lot to recommend it: lovely natural zest, beautifully soft & organic texture on skin, no sense of harsh cleaning products at all. Feels honest and real, rather than scratchy and pushy as so many more robust lemon/yuzu formulas (looking at you, Heeley Note de Yuzu or Parfum d'Empire Yuzu Fou) can do. A great thing to wear on a sunny or sweltering day when anything more aggressive might feel smothering. Even the most generous all-over misting doesn't get exciting, or have that piercing, over-acid aura, but instead just feels like an extra layer of spa calm to freshen up your day. Doesn't stain clothing or hang around obnoxiously for too long. Totally in keeping with the general Buly water-perfume Eau Triple stable. Flip side of the coin is that these virtues also mean it's vanishingly soft in projection and its longevity, as others say here, doesn't go much past 45 minutes at a maximum - which is a bit of a tough pill (or lemon lozenge?) to swallow given the price. Usually anything this fragile would just annoy me, but the simple charm and sincerity mean I can't give it a kicking. It is just what it is: a brief (VERY brief) breath of cool freshness, when you need one.

this smells like popping a lemon candy into your mouth and chasing it down with ice cold sparkling minty water. its sugariness lingers in ways that remind me of lush avocado co-wash. despite how pleasant this is, it’s not a longlasting perfume. i can smell it for maybe 20 minutes tops, then it’s gone completely from clothes and skin.

I love the mint top note in this. It is a great hot weather scent but there is not a huge projection and it sits close to the skin. There is something that smells creamy in the drydown to me. I really like this. It is so addictive, I keep smelling my wrist.

it really is a beautiful naturalistic yuzu scent, smells like entering the expensive marble cladded bathroom of an expensive paris apartment where you’re constantly scared you’ll break something.. too bad the longevity is unacceptable for something sold at this price..

the first moments are wonderful, with the mint and laurel adding a wonderful herbal grounding. after a few minutes all that remains is unfortunately a very faint cleaning spray scent.

a straightforward and beautiful lemon-yuzu fragrance. so lovely for summer i had to pick up the huile antique body oil in this scent!
