Burberry Her Elixir de Parfum

LOVE this fragrance. Her Elixir has been my signature scent for a few years now and I’ve only recently found something that feels more “me” and a bit more unique. I will always have this in my collection as long as they make it. I would describe it as the following: girly, fun, youthful, bright but at the same time creamy, lactonic, sweet, tart, ultrafem. Like the color pink as a scent. The opening has much more strawberry and red berry tartness but once it settles in to the mid and base, it is creamy and smooth and goes lactonic on the skin specifically. If you mostly spray clothing it doesn’t really develop into that creamy smoothness. This lasts on me projecting moderately for 7 hours and fades into a skin scent once you hit about 8 hours. It’s slightly powdery but in a youthful way. That is still light and airy. It feels like a pink cloud to wear. Today I layered it with the new VS Pink Bubblegum Splash body mist and it is so lovely. A strawberry bubblegum milkshake. Gorgeous. I will say, if you get the largest bottle size, be sure it will be something you’ll use very frequently because eventually it will turn even in a dark room with no humidity. It starts smelling shampooy/more of a fresh clean scent/kind of soapy. Not unpleasant but not true to what the fragrance should be. I can smell a very obvious difference from what’s left in my older large size bottle vs. my new mid size bottle. 10/10 fragrance for me. Adore this.

Very sweet, candy-like, powdery marshmallow-strawberry-vanilla fragrance for 4 hours; then the full drydown is a clean, sweet-ish ambery jasmine for at least another 4+ hours. The longevity is INSANE, and the *sprayer is elite*, the way it finely mists over your skin- covering every inch where you wish to apply it. The scent and presentation makes it worth every dollar. You're getting a beautiful, easily likeable fragrance in a luxurious, well designed bottle. You must really enjoy vanilla (very much on the synthetic side) and jasmine *both* to fully appreciate this fragrance. Burberry Her Elixir is too floral to be classified a full "gourmand" fragrance. It's more of a ~sophisticated~ type gourmand, if you will; because it doesn't smell like straight up food. It's obviously perfume, not trying to be cookies or dessert, like some other fragrances out there. Happy to have it in my collection, and I love wearing it in combination with BTSO Angels' Powder; maximizing a dreamy, feminine, blissful, doll-like full sensory immersion in all the powdery synthetic notes of girlhood. Lifts my mood like taking something illicit. For these reasons I highly recommend... 🫧🦄🌸🩰🍓🌈🧚🏻🏩🍭🩷💅🏻🪽🍧🎀😌

I really like the OG and the intense but they both turn into a floral musky scent after a few hours for me but this is if the OG was mixed with milk in a really yummy way that doesn’t do that. I still get the strawberry, and the clean pretty scent just a little more creamy. On me it’s one of those scents that stays almost identical to the opening scent just delicious strawberry creaminess all throughout the wear. I love the Burberry Her line but what they all have in common is how little it lasts on skin. I will say I think this one is the longest lasting on skin out of the 3. On me after 2 hours on skin the strength is down by a lot but it’ll stay on for max 4 hours. On clothes by hour 5 stills smells literally the same. So my advice would be really go heavy on clothes rather than skin. I do think based on the price this should last way WAY more.

My signature scent sososo beautiful! I’ve wanted her elixir since like 8th grade, I would drench myself every time i went in sephora, and just recently i was able to buy it for myself and i’m in love. Such a beautiful whipped creamy powdered strawberry scent, it isn’t suffocating when you spray, in fact i find this perfume smells best during the first couple hours of wear time, that’s when it’s the most strawberry and sweet. As time goes on it turns into a creamy soft vanilla, though i find myself not able to smell it around 7 hours after spray (might just becoming scent blind tho). Overall it’s so gorgeous and feminine and good for any ages. However it is NOT gourmand, it smells super yummy but keeps that mature perfume aspect. I layer with EOS strawberry dreams lotion and either cherosa 40/68 OR strawberry poundcake/snowflakes from B&BW🩷

This is a great perfume. I love everything about it! It smells fruity, powdery and sweet. It is a very lovely perfume and it would be my signature fragrances if it weren't for one very big issue I personally have with it. IT DOES NOT LAST MORE THAN 2 HRS. Honestly I smelled it and bought it a couple of days later but I should have tested it on my skin. If I wear this it out it won't last more than 2hrs on me and it was so sad. Because of this I had to resell it unfortunately. If you're someone that every perfume you spray on (even body sprays) last a good amount, I recommend it highly. If you're someone that not everything really lasts for a long time, I would probably go instead with Very good girl glam from CH. It smells different but the vibe you will get it similar to young, fruity, sweet and powdery perfume.

This is creamy and sweet with a prominent aritifical strawberry note. I dont say aritifical in a negative way, I like it. It reminds me of how strawberry-flavored candy laces smell. As it settles into the skin I get some lactonic vibes and smooth vanilla. This is the ultimate girly-girl fragrance. I wear this when I want to smell approachable. It's my go-to for daytime dates with my boyfriend (who absolutely loves it) and coffee with friends, general errands. I wouldn't wear it for more serious occasions when I want to smell "grown up" but it's a really great and useful scent to have in my arsenal. I used the sephora tester twice before purchasing and what won me over is how long this lasts on the skin! For a sweet, fruity scent, I couldnt believe I could still smell it 8+ hours later on my wrist.

if you love smelling like a strawberry milkshake, wrapped in warm cashmere, burberry her elixir is that girl!!! it’s soft, creamy, and addictive, it smells like strawberries whipped into vanilla cream with a touch of ambered warmth underneath. i prefer the creamy, lactonic notes of the elixir to the original burberry her; think of it like a cute quiet older sister who needs everything in pink. it starts off bright and fruity, but quickly melts into a smooth, milky vanilla base that feels like second skin. it’s cozy, romantic, and effortlessly feminine. i can imagine a girl wearing this on a rainy afternoon, curled up at a café window in an oversized sweater, pink nails around a latte cup, laughing softly with someone who can’t take their eyes off her. it’s playful but mature, sweet but confident.

This is a beautiful, sweet, strawberry, creamy, “girly” perfume. In my early 40’s, I don’t gravitate for it as much because it is very teen/young smelling, but I can’t deny how delicious it is! My 18yo daughter wears it almost daily and LOVES it, is constantly complimented (by boys, girls, friends, AND strangers). I don’t receive quite as many compliments, but that’s the nature of my life, and I feel my age in my community doesn’t compliment as often. If the notes sound like something you’d like, you will, I promise. Also, surprisingly, every type, and age, of man I’ve heard comment on this, loves it as well. Which I feel is not common for such a super sweet fruity fragrance.

Ima keep it short and sweet: I wasn't impressed the first time I tested this, but now it's easily in my top 5. This is the only burberry her I like tbh. It's a very warm strawberry, it feels like it teeters between mature and playful. Like, playful for an older woman, mature for a younger. It's somewhat like the filling of a strawberry tart, but without the syrupy sticky sweetness. You can a subtle whisper of woods in the back. The vanilla in this isn't like a frosting vanilla either. Is the scent overall sweet? Yes. But it's FAR from the level of sweet of Yum Boujee Marshmallow for example (don't get me wrong, YBM is my fav perfume, this one is like 2nd or 3rd place for me)

a brilliantly girly, lovely and fun scent. i always tend to wear this when i wear pink, it just smells like a pink perfume—though, maybe that’s the color of the bottle itself biasing me. lol. fruity, soft, powdery. a bit flirtatious, even. big fan. <3 the projection does wane over time, but still lingers very well even after a long day. the sillage is great on this scent, especially in hair. the longevity is also good, it lasts even into the next morning. i really enjoy how this works with my skin chemistry! pricy... yes... a bit... worth? if you’re into traditionally ‘girly/feminine’ scents and fruity florals, yes! :>

I prefer this flanker over the OG her but this is not for everyone, this version is more sweeter and the OG her is more suitable for everyone. This is a creamy strawberry scent rather than strawberry milkshake and if you want that I'd suggest Kayali and that one is a lot more sweeter than her elixir. I sprayed this on myself in a department store and although I liked it, I haven't purchased a full bottle. Later I tried a dupe of this which smelled different than the original obviously (%80 resemblance) and I prefer that over her elixir and am considering to get that.

From the very beginning this reeks of a disney princess that just came out from a forest full of berries, which is this fragrance’s most prominent character. I would not say it’s as lactonic forward as many people claim, but in the dry down it’s certain that you’ll encounter a strawberry milkshake in, then again, a forest full of berries. I’m seriously considering getting this. It’s such an uplifting and feminine fragrance, I would just not wear this when i’m too hungry or dizzy because it can increase feelings of nausea in those kind of situations.

Smells just like a strawberry milkshake. A lot more Lactonic and powder than the original. Projection & sillage is incredible, people will be able to smell you across the room, and that goes to the elixir and the original Burberry her. It’s a soft, girly, unforgettable perfume, hence the name “her”. Not too gourmand but sweet enough for those who like a little sweetness in their perfumes. For me the amber can be a little overpowering, so if you want something lighter, less sweet, and more fruity - floral focused then I’d suggest the EDP version.

LOVE IT! I tested this on skin again (summer 2026 - day time - warm weather) and I loved it all over again!! Even though I hate sandalwood (smells like BO to me) I can't detect it here and I'm over the moon about it! I only smell a yummy creamy smooth romantic feminine girlie strawberry-vanilla-blackberry (in that order) milkshake. Perfect for a romantic date imo! I don't think the different versions smell that much alike. I am CRAZY about the sandy scent in the base of this. This is my favourite version. 🍓😍 The regular version is more basic than this, but it's my other favourite. The Intense version is too mentholated, balsamic and resinous for myself though I think it's great nonetheless. Just not for me. I've not tried others as they sound so different, keen on having a sniff of the version that contains petals though even if just a daft gimmick. THIS version is heavenly for me.

Love, love, love this perfume. The opening is sweet and fruity and the dry-down smells like a strawberry milkshake to me. I am not a huge gourmand person, I usually don't want to smell edible (lol), but there is something addictive about this scent. It's not offensive or overly sweet and it's quite different from the original which to me smells like gummy bears mixed with cotton candy, I don't like it at all. It projects nicely and has an amazing longevity. It's great for everyday, it wasn't cloying for me at all.

I love this scent. It's got great longevity, and projects beautifully. This is a great scent to wear at a crowded party, to stand out and set yourself apart. I didn't realize that strawberry was one of it's main notes, but that makes perfect sense. It's a well-blended sweet and feminine treat. I sometimes feel like it's a little bit cloying and might bother someone whose more sensitive than I am, but I really like it. The elixir is definitely my favorite from the Her line.

My dad's review of this when I tried it in store was: "that's definitely a feminine smell. Stereotypically and strongly. It's the kind of smell that men get accused of cheating for smelling like." That being said, I love it. I love the OG too. It's super sweet, dainty, feminine, sensual, without being cloying. It's fluffy strawberry sugar melting in a way that is also summer appropriate. I think I still like the OG better though because I'm a big musk fan.

One thing that I personally love about this perfume is the lactonic and powdery smell it gives. I believe it brings a vibe of strawberry milkshake that I haven't smelled in any other perfume. While I haven't been able to smell it on myself for longer lasting time, I have been told multiple times that it still holds even after hours, and got many compliments on it. Overall it is by far my favourite perfumes and I would rebuy it forever!

I’ve had this absolute gem for a year now and all I can say is that if you dislike it, you’re wrong. The most beautiful creamy strawberry milkshake. NO COTTON CANDY BULLSHIT. The epitome of a girly/soft hyper-feminine scent, genuinely I can’t think of a more perfect perfume. Literally if baby pink was a fragrance. I got this as a birthday present. I was testing perfumes and am not sure what compelled me to put this on my skin and see how it melded with my pheromones, but it blended so wonderfully. A bright and fruity opening that rolls into an upbeat laconic sweet. More girly and basic than I normally like and I usually hate strawberry, but this is just such an easy scent for a casual night (or day) out!

This is the only Burberry Her I have tried so I can’t compare it to other varieties, but this one is very easy to like. In the opening it’s like strawberry milkshake but later it has a bit of an artificial flavor, however the dry down gets something tangy that I really like. It is a bit infantile I must say, but I wouldn’t mind wearing it in the office in the summer.

This is somehow even more intoxicating than the original. It’s strong on the strawberry, but this one has less of a medicinal, synthetic plastic doll vibe to it. It has more of a creamy, lactonic vibe (probably from the sandalwood). This one is *beast mode*. I’m definitely picking this up when my OG bottle runs out. To say that I love it would be an understatement.

Love Love LOVE! This is probably one of my favorite scents ever. It gets so many compliments, lasts just about the whole day, and is the perfect amount of sweet! This was one of my first fragrances that really made me want to get into perfumes and learning about them. I always need to have this in my collection! It feels so feminine and lively yet sophisticated.

I do not get any blackberry in this scent. I do get ripe red berry and creamy white floral with lactonic vibes. It's very sultry and warm. I would classify this as a winter scent. It is very feminine. It's a scent that will get you noticed. Very lovely. Definitely shares the same DNA as Burberry Her but has a deeper quality.

Marshmallowy, whipped cream on top of a strawberry milkshake. Powdery. Super cute and shy, and longevity is wonderful. Makes me feel super pretty, girly, feminine, like sparkles could radiate around me once sprayed. Like others have said, this smells like the color pink. If you want to feel like a doll... this is for you!

this smells like HEAVEN im serious, this perfume is so delicious i could eat it up, i get compliments + its so long lasting (it keeps up on my skin for like 9+ hours) its such a milky strawberry scent, almost like a strawberry milkshake i bought it during the winter season but for me its definitely a spring/summer scent

Elixir is a hit for me. At first I was getting strawberry pound cake, but as it developed it was the most beautiful candied, powdered strawberry. Where the OG Her is light and airy, this is denser and sweeter. The projection and longevity are better than the OG as well. If you like gourmands, you will like this.

I bought a small bottle at a good price after reading recs on this site. I like it very much, the opening for me is jasmine and then the fruits and vanilla kick in. Sillage is excellent so this small bottle will last quite a while. The dry down is lovely and lasts for a long time and reminds me of Atomic Rose.

Wow, this fragrance is so addictive! I love the original Burberry Her, but this is my new favourite from the line, maybe even from the brand! It is so creamy and sweet, perfect for fall and winter. The drydown is so addictive. I am almost done with my travel spray, I will definitely buy a full bottle soon.

This is so good. I originally didn't actually like it, but decided to spray it on my skin and try it out. Through the day I just kept thinking "wow I smell good" and so I was sold. It's definitely very fruity and almost a little synthetic, but I really like that playful girly vibe so it's perfect!

A lot of people compare this with kayali's yum boujee, and I wanna set the record straight that they are two completely different smells. THIS is what I want to smell like. This is a sweet, creamy strawberry. There's a little hint of amber, a tiny hint of floral. This is an excellent fragrance.

This might be an unpopular opinion but this is the best out of the Burberry Her lineup to me. It smells like the original but thicker and creamier to me. The oak moss in the original is still there but dialed back a lot. This one does actually smell laconic to me while the OG is far more airy.

It smells like straight up strawberry candy to me, it might be a bit too juvenile for some people? but personally I don't care one bit about that, I'll love smelling like candy even 30 years from now haha has been my signature for a while now, I find that people generally like when I wear it.

Burberry Her Elixir is a very girly and sweet fragrance 🍓 It smells like creamy strawberries with a soft, slightly milky vibe. The longevity is really good – it lasts for hours and stays noticeable on clothes. If you like sweet, feminine perfumes, you’ll probably enjoy this one a lot.

The longevity of this one is what really sold me! I can apply in the morning and still smell whispers of it in the evening. It's soft, pretty, feminine, to me it smells just like those little cartons of strawberry milk we'd get in school. It's lovely. 🥰🍓🥛

This is THE perfume. Sweet and indulgent, smells like strawberries covered in a rich custard cream, but it doesn't feel too juvenile: it's classy and elegant. I can imagine wearing this in any season. I really enjoy wearing this and it's a mood lifter.

OH MY GODDD. I LOVE THIS SMELL. BUT WHY DOES IT NOT LAST. The initial strawberry sweet smell? EDIT: after trying for a few more times, I wish they would make the exact same perfume but much much much stronger. This does not project AT ALL. 😭

extremely versatile for any occasion & pretty much guaranteed to go with mosts’ body chemistry. has been one of my only long term signature scents, it’s very soft which means other people are also almost always guaranteed to like it on you.

This is the perfume that convinced me to give florals a chance. It feels like youre walking through a grocery store florist section, cart already full of berries and baked goods. I really really love this fragrance. 8/10

So lovely! It's fruity initially and when it dries down the vanilla & strawberries are prevalent but not in a sickly way. I feel it's really feminine and pretty! Perfect for daytime wear. 100% recommend.

This fragrance has a very good longevity. I put it on my wrist, took a shower and went to bed and I can still smell it on my wrist in the morning. The scent has a very elegant touch to it.

This smells like a thick, creamy strawberry milkshake. It's super sweet and hyper-feminine. Sillage and longevity is 10/10. It's a memorable scent, worthy of being a sig scent.
