Just tried this one at Bloomingdales and my Sa made me a sample it a beautiful heavy one great for cold weather. The bottle is a piece of art and very heavy like Louboutin bottles.

A beautiful, dominantly/strongly jasmine fragrance - a jasmine that has facets that are green and sweet, as well as spicy (saffron), yet never loses its identity as jasmine.

The bottle isn't as stunning as the pictures (quite plain actually, without much sparkle), and I wished there was more saffron, but it is one of their best 😮

I am interesting picking this one up as this is the last from Le Gemme line, so I blind-buy. It is now truly discontinued, may be she may come back as Limited Edition from time to time. I think Bvlgari & LVMH have quite a high hope for this Le Gemme. They make it color cohesive from the bottle to the cap, even add sparkle. They might aim for Reimagine Le Gemme but unfortunately it release just right before Epidemic. Now, our femme counter part are released under Allegria the candy bottle. I personally think Le Gemme has ups and downs as the DNA is unstable. I blind-brought Amarena from the Original release and I feel a bit underwhelming. They release 2 Trilogies, I have never tested. Then, they change the style to Limited Edition yearly with last 3 releases. Even I personally don't looting for there bottle design that look like Jar of Organ, I think it is iconic enough to get at lest one. I can't truly define the Le Gemme DNA as it seems to have various offerings. It doesn't go full way like Dior or LV, Calvini's mention regards few scent being multi-facet. If that's a point then it might be true. Le Gemme is Amber-Floral, but like AMBER-floral but also Softly Tobacco-Honey(?) This scent might design for you to be liked because scent is build around AMBERMAX. I can't ignore the fact that when I sniff very close, they was slight burnt smell, similar to the characteristic of this one. Ambermax, is MSG of fragrance world. It almost can push almost any note. It is increase the projection and longevity, however the trade of being scent because much less details. When using in higher dos, also Ambermax slight burn (or smoke note) at the very end of the scent. Ambermax mostly contains in Tobacco fragrance and Oud fragrance, the masculine offering as it really gives the feeling Toward smoker end. Use in conjunction with other Modern-Amber. You can definitely create Oud accord. Dior Tobacolor and Guerlain Tobacco Honey are great example of modern usage of utilize Ambermax's scent profile. Astrea even Centric on Large Amount of Ambermax it is never sharp to my nose. It quite round and push the quality of White Flower and Spice very well and it move to Tobacco with soft waxy mel later on. Opening is Sharp and interrogating; Saffron as you know, have tendency to overcome any other note. Mass of Saffron is big, however in this seems to work flawlessly to Ambermax. It around the floral to show, merge and prevent ambermax to become overly take the stage and Jasmine do show beautifully. Green, Mildly indole and mildly sweet as good modern jasmine interpretation. There was a brief moment when it recall me a bit of Green Cardamom (?). The Middle, when white floral round out is kind of move to accord of Tobacco blossom. And slowly, move to lite tobacco note as Jasmine leave the stage. However, Mel do show during this time. And it is very musk & soft Tobacco & Honey scent like it linger at the back of other Ambermax & Cashmeran The Leathery note, I kind of get it. It is mix of Leathery Safforn top, End of Ambermax. However... The smooth musk feel. Pretty much remind of another modern material. "Cashmeran" yes. I recall smooth texture feel in this and it is understandable. It is softly break that unpleasant smoke tone, rounding the scent. Yeah, I quite impress by the interpretation being High does of Ambermax but still soft. This have insane silage and good longevity at 7-8 hours along with beautiful story telling. Cleaver of using note from Jasmine to Tobacco, Mel show at late stage and become soft leathery musk intact on skin. I can't confirm it originality or innovative, I do believe this technique might have been done but, being use all 3 headage ingredient inducing and result with such a pleasant blend. Use Ambermax & Cashmeran as Story teller during the way. Not just stupidly using to stop certain note. (Rogue Malachite as an example) A good Amber-Jasmine-Tobacco-Honey-Leather fragrance. Cozy and easy to wear. I found this pleasant to most of my surrounding (no one complain). And the reimagine use of Chasmeran and Ambermax. This is, This is.. truly aim something. Don't dig your nose into the scent when you are testing this out. Ambermax push everything so tried sniff with a certain range. This one, If you are palette across somewhere between Ashy Tobacco Honey, Sinful White Floral & Florental Lover. I think this one might truly for you... Ps. I found Light of Grace by Thomas Kosmala also workaround Ambermax with beautiful feminine note but I don’t think it round out similar to Astrea. Amber x Cashmeran x Jasmine really point out at Alien Mugler during wear. However, when Jasmine x Mel wax note it soft reminds me of Opus IX by Amouage. ===== Update 1 : September 2024, 28th Spicy Metalic Safforn with soft sweet mel jasmine. Can’t confirm authenticity but the jasmine seems flat on my skin. I think beautifulness lay in contact between Hot Safforn and Cold jasmine with Metalic sharp top with smooth musky base. Spicy spicy, so friece. Ambretteolide, grapeseed

Gives me a blueberry oud vibe. Use with a light hand! Heavy on the trigger makes it offensive.

Smelled this at bloomingdales and it's a very strong scent. The dry down smells like tiziana terenzi's base fragrances. I would definitely choose this one because is much more soft than the tiziana terenzi.

Omg! This is so rich and luxurious. This is definitely a unisex. Any one with high taste would love it maybe not the in the first few times but the you would enjoy it.

This is incredibly intense, with no subtlety. If you want a unique scent that gets noticed, you might like this.
