Baciami

This was a blind purchase after reading so many gorgeous reviews, and I'd say it lives up to the hype! But this is not everyone's cup of tea. You have to love white floral to fully appreciate this beauty, which was very risky in my case, since I have never been a white floral girl - they tend to give me headache. Upon the initial test on the first day of recieving, it immediately reminded me of Love Tuberose by Amouage, which I struggle with (not a fan of tuberose). The white floral was heavy, and it had that typical thick creamy almost oily texture from white floral. There was also a little bit fruity undertone (maybe citrus?) going on to me, but it's not listed in the pyramid. As the time passed, the amber vanilla accord was amplified more and more. The gardenia was no longer dominant. To me, I got an ambery, vanillic, lactonic experience with a delicate touch of gardenia at the background. However, I was overwhelmed because I simply didn't enjoy the white-floral-heavy opening. The next day when I woke up, the scent on my skin was devine! I can't even describ it. It's alluring, creamy and elegant, with just right amount of sweetness. I wore this later on a couple of times. The white floral is not heavy in the opening any more after letting it sit. Like people described below, I got a slight coconutty touch, but never goes to the suntan lotion direction. It does give me a tropical feel, but not a holiday vibe. It still keeps it's elegance and sophistication. The gardenia at the backgroud is so realistic and gives the amber vanilla combo a perfect finishing touch, making this creation unique enough from others. I do not find this perfume particularly sweet like some people mentioned below. It's not dessert-like sweet. If you like me who struggles with tuberose, give Baciami a go!

I absolutely love this. It smells intoxicating and addictive. I don't know if I'm just lucky to have the right chemistry, but when this sits on the skin, it blooms into the most wonderful floral-vanilla. It's a creamy white floral with a hint of something tropical. I could see there being some peach in there, maybe some coconut, ylang ylang, frangipani, and definitely sandalwood. This smells like a beautiful white flower bathing in the warm yellow sunlight. It smells like spring, brimming with optimism. This is the fragrance equivalent of falling in love. It's so addictive, I can't stop smelling it. It's also very familiar. It smells like a perfume I owned (or was exposed to very regularly) many years ago. It definitely has a vintage vibe, in my opinion. I don't know if it's something my mother used to wear, or something I used to own back in the day, but I know I've smelt this exact scent before. For me, that adds to its charm. It's familiar, warm and comforting. It smells like a hug from someone you really love. Many hours into the drydown, it does remind me of a newer fragrance, Kayali Maui Sweet Banana. But there's something in that one that gets a bit scratchy and cloying, whereas this one never does. To me, this scent is signature-worthy. It's a year-round all-occasion scent, and you probably won't find many others smelling like this because after all, how many people are willing to pay over $300 for a small bottle of perfume? I actually hate that I love it, because it's way too expensive, and I don't do dupes. So sadly I think I will be loving this one from afar...

Received a sample with purchase and the second I sprayed this on my wrist I hopped onto a website and added a full size to my cart immediately! First burst is an intoxicatingly sweet scent that my amateur nose is unfamiliar with and can’t identify, but it smells like an adult version of a seductive, semi dense cotton candy type of sweetness. It retains the sweetness as it settles. The dry down is vaguely reminiscent of D&G garden, except I found garden to be thick and sticky, with a smoothie like slightly sour yogurt lactonic note that kind of made me sick. Baciami is all the best parts of garden, except expertly blended and balanced, a creamy trail of classy sweetness with a touch of tropical vibes with some white and yellow florals hidden in the background. There’s no ylang-ylang listed but my nose tells me it’s in here and dominating any white floral that is in this. I saw someone comment that it would be perfect in the winter but my nose is associating it with a spring summer fragrance as it’s not a very cozy scent to me. Maybe this would turn cloying in the heat even though it doesn’t come off as such in the chilly spring air currently. It’s also reminding me of Mizensir Ambre magique but sniffing side by side the Ambre magique is cleaner and lacking the tropical something that’s in baciami.

Baciami smells like your favorite vanilla-floral-woody fragrance disappeared off to Italy for 6 months, then married up. She is basic in the most nice, chic way possible. Not everything needs to be complicated and comprised of 100 notes to make it a masterpiece (Roja I’m looking at you). I believe the 3 note simplicity is what makes Baciami so stunning. The gardenia is zesty, creamy and sweet. The amber is resinous, balsamic, and clean- slightly woody to the point where I swore there was Guac Wood in the blend. The vanilla is smooth and adds another layer of creaminess to the Gardenia. Baciami’s dry down just makes you want to float in your own scent cloud all day. An easy and safe buy for those who appreciate simplicity and do not need a complex floral fragrance. My only complaint is the bottle itself. I think everyone can agree that it is a statement piece, but I do not find it functional at all. It’s slick and round at the widest point which makes you feel like it will drop and shatter to pieces at any moment. I decant Baciami into an atomizer so I am not constantly picking up the bottle. I highly recommend a separate atomizer for this bottle design. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Ooh I think I’m in love with this! I ordered samples of this and the vanilla one, both I love, but of the two this one def has more power to it. They aren’t the same by any means, but they do both carry a main vanilla component, the vanilla one obviously is more linear. This one has a spice to it, wasn’t until I read the notes and description on the website that it had gardenia which is one of my top 3 fav florals. It’s no wonder I love it so much. I get no citrus (thankfully, as I’m not into citrus and vanillas), just that rich but subtle spice, and amber notes. It leans closer to vanilla over gardenia imo, with the floral taking backstage, not overly noticeable but nice to know it’s there. I haven’t smelled anything like it before so I do find it unique, my only issue w both of the two is despite this having a bit more silage, for the price point I would prefer them to project louder, I feel like I need to spray it quite a few times to get what Id want to achieve. I think it’s a gorgeous frag, and could see myself wearing it all year round, though I do feel the cooler months might suit it best. No fruitness, no nonsense, mature and elegant, I really enjoy this one!

I did not expect to fall in love with Baciami based upon the simplicity of the notes and my general ambivalence towards vanilla perfumes, but nope, I'm surprised and obsessed. I hope I can get more some day -- I don't know how I can bear to finish the last of my sample. Baciami opens with that nose-tickling gardenia, which is a bit sparkling and a bit sharp, cutting through the immediately heavy and thick vanilla. This, with the hint of amber, results in a decadent whole. There are little nuances that make Baciami unlike any vanilla fragrance I've tried yet -- the sharp edge to that gardenia, the faintest hint of spice, a coconut-y and milky aspect that pushes the fragrance towards macaroon without ever making it a fully gourmand. Projects pretty far for at least a few hours, then fades a bit after a few hours, along with the gardenia, leaving the vanilla and amber to rise gently from the skin. Although it's quite rich and warming, I think it's wearable up to a medium-warm spring day.

You'll need to love "tropical" scents and even a mild coconut profile as the vanilla in this does come off a tad coconutty to my nose. The vanilla and amber combine to make that creaminess everyone is reading as coconut and don't worry you're not alone on that, haha. The gardenia is present as well but it's so creamy from that vanilla/amber mix you feel transported to a private island. This is a dangerously well-blended fragrance and I'm glad this is not overhyped as of yet because it really deserves to be smelled before buying and most people blind-buy nowadays -- womp, womp. This is a very creamy vanilla (it'll read like coconut) floral and for this being three notes it's insane how great this smells. People will assume various notes that are not within this fragrance but it is really fun to respond with "Nope, this only has three notes!". The lasting power on this is moderate. Go to Bloomingdale's and smell this before buying as this isn't your typical scent profile.

I don’t understand why this scent is so polarizing except that it may be an issue of body chemistry. To me, and on me,this is one of the most intoxicating sexy delicious sophisticated scents I own. I love wearing it and I use the magnifying musk essence as well as the body cream and it is the most luxurious combination. There are plenty of fragrances that I enjoy in my collection that are seemingly unremarkable to men but Baciami absolutely drives men crazy. I’ve seen other women on IG say so as well and I think it must be a body chemistry situation because it is undeniably intoxicating to men. They will keep leaning into smell you even if they don’t say anything to you. It’s very unusual for fragrance to have that kind of an impact on strangers. Sirene can do that also but it’s a much more intense louder fragrance Baciami doesn’t seem loud to me at all but it gets attention.

Baciami is a rich and sweet ambery-floral gourmand that opens with a deep caramel accord. I don’t get much of the gardenia at all, as the composition has distinct confectionery overtones rooted in what feels like bourbon vanilla and warm woody notes. On the dry down, the ambery base becomes more prominent, and the scent turns slightly powdery in its top notes. To me, it belongs in the same family as Tribeca by Bond No 9 or Changing Constance by Penhaligon’s—a stunning, expressive, if a little overly sweet, gourmand. The scent is on the heavier side but without a doubt beautiful and masterfully blended. The longevity and projection are simply outstanding. After several hours of wear, I was still getting multiple complements, with people asking me what smelled so amazing. If you like rich, unapologetically sweet feminine scents, Baciami is certainly worth a try.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorites in a collection that seems to be "never enough".... sigh. I love the creamy, yet sharp, simplicity of the vanilla, amber and gardenia. I find this to be really strong and great for going out. I wouldn't wear it to work by any means. It projects and lasts 8+ hours on me. This opens a little sharp, but it's a sharp that hooks into my nose pleasantly. The drydown, which starts about 5 minutes in becomes a very smooth, sweet ambery vanilla. Completely feminine. Baciami works very well with my skin chemistry. I do see the comparison to 100 Silent Ways, but Baciami is better in every way. Someone compared it to Quattro Pizzi and I don't think they are alike at all. Quattro Pizzi is more Rouge Malachite than 100 Silent Ways if that makes sense.

Sweet, buttery gardenia over warm, rich ambery vanilla. Baciami is straightforward but extremely well blended and actually very unique. You typically see gardenia more in bombastic or fresher white florals, not so much with gourmand touches. I enjoy many JCB fragrances and this is very much in his wheelhouse: simple notes executed flawlessly. I feel extremely feminine, soft and flirty when I wear this. Baciami isn’t a loud scent, but gardenia can be cloying if oversprayed. I usually get around 5-6 hours of wear. I’d typically wear this day or evening in the fall or spring when the weather is mild. It also performs surprisingly well in the summer as long as you don’t overspray near your face. Gardenias are a tropical floral, though, so it makes sense that this would work in heat.

I blind-bought this because I love Bulgari and their fragrances do well on my skin. BUT, I'm so torn with Baciami. I've never been so conflicted about a fragrance in my life! Opens with the most realistic gardenia note. And then I smell the vanilla and THAT'S when I start to scratch my head...because it's the exact same vanilla note in Accident a la Vanille. I'm really being serious here! And I can't shake it off. Like, why is there such a gourmand- forward vanilla paired with one of the most fragrant white florals found in nature? Nevertheless, I later began to appreciate the beautiful sillage of Baciami until the the dry down. I swear it reminded too much of the drydown in Nebras. This one has me perplexed as hell. Will revisit when the temps get a bit higher. SMDH...

Had to make an account to review this perfume. I love this perfume with all of my heart, couldn't stop spraying it on my arm just to sniff it all day. It's a little expensive but I think it's worth the price. This is a gorgeous and unique scent, I was a little surprised to pick up on a whiff of coconut when the clerk gave me a sample. Personally not a big fan of coconut but it quickly calms down to a delicious vanilla, I can definitely smell white floral and a tad bit of musk but everything balances out really well. I would say it smells a bit like salty vanilla sometimes and I love that! The sweetness is not so strong that it makes you sick, Baciami is perfect for spring and summer. This is my top favourite of all time, highly recommend if you don't mind the price

When in January 2024 I said underrated I was thinking about the fact that this wonderful perfume is not as popular as it should be. Rarely mentioned in groups and not many reviews as expected. To me it should be as much famous as Lira or BR540. The problem is that this one and the collection Allegra in general is hard to find. I am italian lady and frequent flyer, so far I encountered this line only in Istanbul airport (last week Baciami was sold out btw!) in Frankfurt airport and since last month finally in Fiumicino Roma Airport. I keep saying that this is the best in line and their gardenia is realistic and narcotic, strong persistent and ultra feminine. If you love to smell sexy, narcotic, sweet, slightly gourmand and unique don't miss out Baciami.

My favorite scent out of the Allegra line ❤️ I was intrigued at the first sniff. It's intense, seemingly fruity (although, fruity notes are not listed), a bit tangy and addictive. A type of scent with a 'punch'. At first, I thought there was a strawberry in it, but it is not listed in notes. Good for going out. Captivating and intoxicating. Doesn't remind me of any other scent. Unique. I saw a gift set of travel sprays with Allegra line on a cruise ship, but sadly, it didn't contain Baciami. I would purchase a travel spray of this scent. Bvlgari should release a discovery set or travel sprays with all scents. My other favorites are Magnifying Vanilla, Magnifying Musk, Fantasia Veneta and Fiori D'Amore.

I got my sample today and this one is a keeper! I am obsessed with tropical creamy scents lately, and Baciami did not disappoint. If you like gardenia, tiare, vanilla, and coconut notes in fragrances, then you will love it. It's in the same family of perfumes such as Montale Intense Tiare, Monyette Monyette Paris. Someone mentioned here The Seven Virtues Vanilla Woods, and I can see it too. Combination of vanilla and amber in Baciami is so intoxicating. It has that bubblegumy note similar to Intense tiare, but I prefer Baciami to Intense Tiare, because it is creamier and doesn't have synthetic drier sheet smell that Montale has. Overall, it is sweet, cozy, and smooth, would be great for summertime.

Baciami has convinced me that Gardenia is the most overlooked of the sensual flowers. Sure, we know Rose and Jasmine. And lately, Tuberose and Orange Blossom have been enjoying their fun in the sun. But Gardenia, sweet, intoxicating Gardenia, does not often get her spotlight. The gardenia accord in here starts off bright with an almost tart but non-descript fruitiness and later evolves into a plush, seductive white floral. Add an overdose of thick (and I mean butter-like THICK), salty amber and you have Baciami. It is unapologetically feminine, tooth-achingly sweet, and not at all my style -but I love it. I mean gardenias dipped in vanilla buttercream, what could be sexier?

Speechless. Ugh, just, "baciami!" Bvlgari describes this as an "intoxicating love potion" and I see where they're going with that. There's something so sensual about it! Blows my mind they only list three notes. A sexy vanilla, unlike anything I've yet to smell! I will say though, call me crazy, but the vanillic dry-down reminds me of Xerjoff's Lira. It's gourmand to the core, and on my skin it low-key smells like cookies. I could see myself grabbing this more around the autumn/winter holiday season than I would for anywhere remotely tropical, personally. It's very cozy, warm, and sweet. Also, I'm obsessed with the candy wrapper shaped bottle.

I deleted my og review. I just wore this after several months of storage and it's settled into a creamy white floral with some type of fruit at the top and a bit of depth with the amber. Not ambergris which ambroxan approximates, but the old school amber. It's very linear, but lovely throughout the wear. I'd make use of the 15% coupon though bc this is very expensive for what it is, although I won't quibble with the quality of the ingredients whatever they are. At first there was some scratchiness, but it's completely gone now. I'm always surprised by how letting a perfume sit for a few weeks to a few months allows a fragrance to "gel".

I'm so in love with Baciami!!! This perfume is just heavenly divine! I fell in love immediately after I tried it. The Gardenia note to me is one of the prettiest notes in perfumery and it seems I like the perfumes where gardenia note is pretty prominent and full body-like. And here the floral note is very opulent, very juicy, full blooming state complimented with such a creamy vanilla note. Very very pretty combination, blended to perfection. You just want to smell this over and over again. I think it could be one of the most attractive perfumes for females. Very seductive but in a magical goddess-like way. Amazing! 10/10 from me!

Special, yet instantly familiar. Tried nailing down on my own what this is similar to, but hit up Fragrantica in the end. And there it was: Coty Vanilla Fields under the Reminds Me Of section. This is Vanilla Fields elevated to the nth degree. Smells like Vanilla Fields reimagined with dollar signs in mind. It is so gloriously ravishing. Sumptuous and cocooning. Prominent, fluffy vanilla. Perfectly animalic. A hint of ash. More floral on fabric than on skin. Even proportions warm, sweet, soft, and spicy. LOVE this. I’d love a bottle, but it’s so pricy. I wonder if layering Burberry Goddess and JPG Scandal might get me close...

I love this perfumer. Baciami Baciami wraps around you like a soft embrace — cozy, warm, and reassuring. It’s the kind of scent that whispers “you’re not alone” with every breath. There’s something intimate and comforting about it, as if the fragrance itself is holding you close. It never feels heavy or intrusive, yet it has a quiet strength — present enough to be noticed, but never overwhelming. Perfect for days when you need a little warmth, a little grounding. Baciami isn’t just a perfume; it’s a feeling. It is in between Bacarat and Greenwich Village but it has its own characteristics from Gardenia. It's vanilla is just 👌

I received a sample. In love at first sniff. Buttery vanilla with a light bubblegummy undertone. Beautiful but the price for a full bottle is pricy to me. I put it aside for a few weeks and tried it again this morning. Wait.....I think I can duplicate this. Bath & Body Works "Bali" Body spray +My Way = Baciami Bvlgari. YAY for me and my mixing. Update 9/2023- Tried it again today. It's a salty vanilla coconut opening but settles like My Way after 30 minutes. It's beautiful but I still cannot justify the price. It still smells like BBW Bali Black Coconut Sands plus Armani My Way.

I was back and forth wanting to buy this perfume, I tried the decant which I thought the vanilla smell was too much, could barely smell anything else. But as time went by this perfume grew on me and became very beautiful with notes that were not too complex but very worthy to be a signature scent. An explosion of vanilla and gardenia on the first spray and when the drydown becomes creamier and softer with the scent of sandalwood in the background. the combination becomes very seductive and playful. I am very relieved to have decided to buy the full size. LOVE IT!

This stuff is great! At first I didn’t care for it but a few minutes later I smelled again and was impressed. It’s not your typical scent. It’s unique and one of the few niche/higher end fragrances I think is worth the money. There is a hint of a Britney Spears fragrance in here but massively elevated. Not the new reformulated spears but the original bottle. There’s a similarity in there. This has great longevity on me and sillage is right there too. All in all first Bulgari fragrance I own and it’s becoming one of my favs in my 200 bottle collection.

This wasn't on my radar to even test out. But I had some expiring credits at Bloomingdales so I just blind bought it. Surprising love! I understand now why reviews on here can't seem to describe what it smells like. That's because it doesn't smell like anything natural. Just some makeshift floral sweet accords is what you will get here. But somehow comes together quite well and does not smell cheap. You're gonna have to test this one out for yourself because it is truly undescribeable.

I received a sample of this from Bvlgari. It is sweet but not bubblegum sweet. There's a lot of vanilla there, too, but it's not "Bakery vanilla." I think the gardenia is balancing the vanilla and amber nicely. It smells luxurious, creamy, and cozy. Curious to wear it out in public and see if it gets noticed. Definitely thinking of buying the full bottle. Maybe because of the similar name, it reminds me a bit of Il Bacio that one of my best friends wore in the 90s.

This scent is sexy in a bottle! To me this is your date night, come hug me fragrance that just gives sophisticated, beautiful, grown woman, vibes. The craziest thing though, sometimes when I spray there's this harshness in the opening. It doesn't happen all the time but enough for me to notice when it does happen. Other than that this scent is lovely and I can't wait to purchase a bigger bottle!

It’s an incredibly classy and feminine fragrance that has quickly become one of my favorite vanilla scents. The creamy vanilla is soft, fluffy, and comforting, beautifully wrapped in rich gardenia that adds an elegant floral sweetness. Despite its simple note composition, it feels refined, luxurious, and exceptionally well blended. Beautifully crafted and absolutely worth the investment.

As a fan of white florals and vanilla, this is one of my favorite purchases of 2025. Smells like an expensive, candied vanilla. The gardenia adds such an interesting rich, sweetness to two of the most basic notes and proves that really well done simplicity can compete with fragrances with a million notes. It is so so good, and worth the money esp if you get it during a Saks 15% off sale.

I really enjoy this fragrance, but I am not getting the experience most people describe. I get a lot of citrus. I thought my first sample was mislabeled. I get the gardenia, vanilla and amber but it's like someone squeezed an orange peel over all of it. I wasn't expecting that from all the reviews I saw and read.

A very sweet gourmand amber floral that captures the whole room. Feels like a hug from a close friend that you haven't seen in years - very familiar but special. The opening is very candy-like, but it beautifully dries down to a more powdery amber vanilla, which I really enjoy. Sophisticated and very classy.

I don’t know why I waited so long, but I’m glad to finally have her in my collection. She is intoxicating. I rubbed an inspired version of her, an oil, on my hands and Mr. couldn’t stop kissing my hands. He was mesmerized! If the dupe works this well, I can only imagine what the fragrance will accomplish.

This fragrance smells so much more complex than the notes described. The gardenia and vanilla combination is silky and delicate, very feminine. Don't be fooled by the lightness when you first spray it, it will build and it will last. I get a few hours of projection, and it will last 8+ hours on my skin.

This is the most wonderful fragrance! Sweet, fruity, spicy, unique. Delicious opening, bubblegum gardenia with a bit of a peppery / spicy kick. The florals mix seamlessly with vanilla and amber, making this my favorite release in recent years. The bottle is very pretty too. I wish it lasted longer.

I just got this and i am absolutely in love with it!i first tested it last year in the duty, and it sticked to my memory, but now after wearing it, i must say that it will be a permanent in my collection from now on!Simply gorgeous floral gourmand vanilla (somehow lactonic in the drydown).

A beautiful intoxicating creamy floral vanilla, my favourite decedent floral to ever exist, I layer her with Gritti Vanilla Tana side by side on skin rather then on top of each other and Brown Sugar Babe kiss me body oil before hand or skin potion creame de vanille melt butter 😘

A very well done scent: all what Intense Tiare tried to be, is here perfectly developed. An all year rounder, nice, fluffy, sweet but not too much, it gives some fizzy vibes, while lingering like a nice bubble at arm length. 8/10, a strong like!

Tested this the other day in Bloomingdales.....I ADORE THIS! I had the SA put together a tester for me and I have been stealing little whiffs of it throughout the day. Juicy, fruity, vanilla....Uber GIRLY! I need a full bottle of this ASAP.

This is not groundbreaking but it’s really nice! À simple white floral sweet perfume. I can’t believe the price! I bought a decant of this and a decant of Gharam to see how close it is. If Gharam checks out, I’ll buy a full bottle.

Oh my god! I am IN LOVE! This is a super creamy vanilla and very elegant with a floraly dry down. I find many vanillas to have a cheap or immature feel but this is warm and elegant. I will definitely be purchasing full price.

Baciami is easily my most worn fragrance, even if it’s not my signature scent. To me, it’s the perfect vanilla. Classy, sexy, and effortlessly beautiful. It’s especially perfect for date nights in the fall and early winter.

Smells sooo good. creamy, vanilla & very familiar on the dry down. The dusty-ish (gardenia?) opening is a bit much but the performance is great. Budgeting babes, try: Mirsaal Passion Falcone. Exact same dry down

This was a blind buy success for me! I feel if you like Emanuele Trussardi II fragrance you will love this one. I think to me this is in the same family as this fragrance! It is really nice!

i love this perfume! definitely my favorite fragrance. HOWEVER, i wore this on a hot day and now it smells like dried poop. i guess i will only be wearing this on cold, sweatless days :(((

Out of bacciami and addict baciami is like the less beautiful of the stunning mysterious duo. I just get those addict vibes from when I 1st tried addict back in 2011. Love this.

This is a sexy-cozy-floral-creamy-vanilla masterpiece! Well done, well mixed! Just get it and wear it! You won’t be regret! ♥️♥️♥️ (my husband says this is an aphrodisiac)

I smelled this in the airport in Rome and I immediately fell in love!! Such a soft and pretty vanilla with the perfect amount of gardenia. I will buy a fb of this one.

Soo good! If someone know how Clarins body milk in light blue bottle smell like this is almost exactly like that. Creamy, sweet, sexy but not cheap, girly and basic.
