Bvlgari Man In Black Eau de Parfum Intense

A dirty version of MiB, if you wish. More masculine. To generalize the impression first thing that should be mentioned is that this flanker has more "body", i.e. is less watery and lightly sweet than the original and every note has more weight in it. I would exactly use the word 'weight' instead of the word 'pronounced', and in that choice the fact that this is another batch, another bottling, concentration is higher plays not the last role - this perfume is close to the original but not the 100% same. Sillage is stronger (by ~20%). Also, it stays noticeable longer on the skin. It stars with almost no rum but a lot of strong spices (black pepper leading) that can literally tickle your nose, if you get it close enough to the skin. What gets noticed along with the spices is tobacco (that also mentioned on the official site but not here). Smoky wood cuts through this thick cloud to get your attention and surprise you - that's where more depth is coming from. You don't feel much booze or sweetness. In fact the closer it gets to the end of the first hour, the stronger are tidal waves and more often they change one another, so from time to time you get the next stage as strong as the first chord and then you're back again to the opening. After first hour is up the heart settles in through sexy and a tad creamy sweetness that finally comes strongly into the chord (sexier than in the original I'd say) and stays there along with smoky rummy wood - this is infamously love-or-hate-known tuberose doing its job and iris hiding in its shadow to remain there for ever. Benzoin resin being one of the sorts of incense adds to this chord that oriental-like vibe that original MiB is so loved for. This is the chord that resounds for circa 5 hours from just one application. By the beginning of the 7-th hour perfume has lost almost all its notes and now what is pronounced are noticeably bitter - because of the concentration - and a tad synthetic - also because of the contentration - tonka beans from the base, still projecting well enough to be recognized from ~15cm.

Given this as a gift from my husband when it came out (I loved all Bvlgari by this point). Very strong, very long lasting, lasting all day. Would wear this lightly for work and heavier going out. This was my going out somewhere nice fragrance. Often received compliments. I would not have bought this myself for the price, but I was incredibly happy someone bought it for me as it may be my favourite fragrance. I'd love to get my hands on some more. It's very dark, very spicy and though strong it's very well balanced, it's rich and complex (one of the reasons I think it's so good is people want to keep smelling it), but also not screechy or over powering, no synthetic notes I could pick up. You can wear less and not be missing anything and wear more simply for a bigger cloud. I used it a lot but it lasted a long time because I didn't beast it. I think it may have spoiled me because I've bought other supposed "beast mode" fragances since and am usually underwhelmed.

Not my absolute favorite but a sure compliment getter. I have been told more than once that I smell like a man should smell by multiple women... maybe they all know each other? I don't really care because I love the way this juice smells. spicy, woody aromatic, resinous, leather. Ah, it does smell bold and assertive like a man ought to be. It is also refined and sophisticated; really the amazing thing to me is how cheap it is!

Spicier and more intense compared to the original, not as sweet even after the drydown. This really differentiate it from Spicebomb (2012-13 batch). In a hot and humid weather, it lasted about 7 hours on my skin and in a controlled climate about 10 hours. Projection is a solid 4 hours. My top favorite is the MIB All Blacks followed by the Essence, Black Orient and original MIB. Fully recommended!

Warm and spicy, a really elegant and classy fragrance.Great projection and longevity.It's similar with V&R Spicebomb,although BMIB All Blacks seems more mature and sophisticated.Great for a night out, ladies seem to really love it one me, a real compliment getter. I really love the smell,just can't get enough of it, highly recommended.

This is a beautiful long lasting spicy leathery juice. I only use it for upscale dinners or events. The sillage is quite intense and I get 14+ longivity with it - which I don't actually appreciate that much. Perfect for cold weather or for places with air conditioning!

Darkness, deepest of the line.

Just bought it from BeautyEncounter—thought I'd never get to try it in the U.S.! Here's the side-by-side comparison with the original (Spoiler alert: I'm disappointed)... 1. The projection is weaker (a literal "weight" that has to be lifted through body heat) 2. Lasts longer—persists after the original wears off (I guess that makes up for the lower sillage?) 3. Not as dark/intense as some claimed although it's definitely more mature 4. Reduced sweetness (and likeness to Spicebomb) 5. Extra leather in the drydown 6. 90% similar to the original with the other 10% reminding me of Tom Ford Extreme I was hoping they'd be even more different—taking the Vulcan fantasy of dark earth & molten lava further by intensifying the spices & rum, and maybe make it more smoky instead of leathery.

It has some different from the original. First it's more spicy with better longevity and sillage because it's perfume intense .In addition it has great bottle design. Great fragrance for cold weather. Goodjob bvlgari

My go to for winters for sporting black ensemble

Bvlgari Man in Black All Blacks or Bulgari Man in Black Limited Edition or just Bulgari Man in Black Intense is one of this fragrances which smell different on paper and on skin. On the paper strip I get a sweet, slightly fresh tea smell, that reminds me of 1899 Hemingway, which is similar to V&R Spicebomb. On skin this scent produce a lot of iris, I get the smell of Dior Homme. But Dior Homme is just too much iris, Bvlgari has just the right amount of iris mixed with cocoa spices. This fragrance is very good for night time use. Extreme heavy on ISO E Super.

tested a decant of this a few years ago and just loved it. dark and masculine after using the 10 ml decant I made up my mind to buy the full bottle but just couldn't find it anywhere just last month I found a good deal on the 100 ml bottle and took it without hesitation when I first tried this I was in the beginning of my scent journey , now, few years later my pallet is much more developed this fragrance is not as exciting as it was for me. at least in the opening. but the dry down is to die for. longevity and silage is quit impressive on my skin I sprayed 4 sprays early in the morning. at 12 o clock I couldn't smell it and supposed it became an skin scent. 2 hours later I got a compliment from some one 1 meter away from me I have many niche frags in my collection but I like this as a dumb reach for cold days I use it as my office scent (not going heavy on the trigger or else it becomes offensive) and my coworkers love is the price is well worth it too

BVLGARI MAN IN BLACK INTENSE is apparently formulated for evenings. The ultra masculine cologne seemingly bespeaks a replica of the original as it retains the DNA of original Man in Black but with a stronger leathery-woody trail at its dry down. Ideal for soirees, date nights, fashion shows, etc. Fans of original Man in Black would adore this! Available as EDP Intense in a limited edition. Longevity isn't impressive for an EDP Intense tho'. I expected 7 hours+ max!

Its 97% identical to Original Man In Black. Slightly spicier with superior projection and longevity in contrast with the original one. If you wanna chose between the above two, the All Black version is the right choice as its stronger. I have got both anyway as I like the blend.

How come nobody is talking about how this smells like Paco Rabanne Victory!? But a slightly more spicier. This smells identical to the solid cologne of Reuzel. For those of you who have smelled the warm and spicy solid cologne from Reuzel this is 100% the same.

This fragrance is INTENSE, in the best way possible. The rum and spices hit you first, then it settles into a warm, leathery scent that lasts all day. It's definitely a head-turner, not for the faint of heart.

i have the original and i am in love so these notes with the added iris and vanilla and so on makes me so jealous i couldn't try it!!!!!

wow this a true copy of Spicebomb (pre-reformulation) i'm really amazed but the performance is still weak for an EDP concentration.
