Eau Parfumée Thé Impérial

Nothing revolutionary, but beautiful in it's simplicity. Citruses here are not sour but more dry, tiny bit sweet when combined with tea which gives off a calming effect rather than an energizing one. It does remind me of those small body care products you get at nice hotels. I would say that I can smell it consistently on my clothes for around three hours after application with an intimate projection and then it starts slowly fading.

Very smooth and soothing fragrance. Bought this one blind (considering green and white were already favorites). It reminds me of both Thé vert by Bvlgari and Thé Yulong but with a little bit more backbone. It’s such a clean smell (not clean girl, which is overpowering and brutal). It also has faint reminders of Himalayan Blue (Crabtree & Evelyn) that I love dearly and was discontinued.

Soothing citrus spa day! Wow, elegant and luxurious and bright; the misty fresh lemon and soft musk come through predominantly, while I'm not totally picking up on the black tea notes. However much I like tea in fragrance, I don't really mind, this one feels very nearly perfect as is & I'm feeling grateful to have gotten my hands on a sample

I received a sample of this perfume. It is a beautiful scent - bright, fresh, uplifting citrus, slightly sweet and not a "cleaner" type scent at all, with fresh black tea and a slight, fresh musk on the dry down. For an EDT, I felt it lasted a long time; it lasted on my skin 8+ hours. However, it does have low sillage. Although I really enjoyed trying this perfume, I don't think I would ever buy a full bottle. It was inspired by a hotel lobby smell, and that's what it smells like - a beautiful, clean, white marble-filled hotel lobby. I would love this in a room spray or a candle, but I got kind of bored with it wearing on my skin.

This one, although it starts off with the most sparkling citruses, turns quite spicy and woody on me. I get mostly bergamot that abundantly oozes a ginger-like spiciness along with the piney aspects of an unripe lemon. A big dollop of cedarwood suggests Thé Impérial contains a fair share of Iso E and woody musks, making the composition slightly heavy for my liking. But still, an elegantly refined citrus scent with smokey woody Ceylon tea inflections that does not for once lean into the "cologne" style territory. Better tenacity than that of the Vert EDT or Blanc EDT.

I bought a bottle of Bvlgari Thé Impérial--today. On first spray it reminded me of Thé Blanc and then quickly I could smell lemon/ orange citrus & tea--which was beautiful & then as it dried down there was more of a soapy clean fragrance. It is very light, very light projection and was on my skin for only about 3 hours. I love the fragrance but it will definitely need to be resprayed a couple of times throughout the day.

This arrived today and my goodness its an exact replica of something i used to own i swear! Someone put me out of my misery!?

This is one of those rare fragrances where I don't smell anything at all on my skin after spraying it. I get nothing. I was comparing it to The Vert and The Blanc, which both show up despite being soft. I seem to be completely asnomic to it, aside from the tiniest bit if tea. No citrus at all. Strange. As the day goes on I get a very slight hint of tea and citrus, with some sweetness. It is light and clean without being soapy. It's a nice smell but needs to be dialed up. Too weak! A skin scent where you have to huff your wrist to get anything.

One of the lightest and most elegant scents that doesn’t disappear into the thin air in an hour upon first spray. I also get the scent of lemon leaves besides everything listed, so the image on the bottle is really accurate to me. Citrus especially without sweet notes can feel synthetic but Belletrud did a great job with this one, perfect balance. Getting whiffs of it throughout a hot summer day makes you feel refreshed.

The fragrance is extremely citrus-focused (leaning lemon) and I don’t get a lot of tea or musk at all. It reminds me a lot of Bvlgari Tiger - just simple and “ok”.

Opens with an obnoxious cleaning spray citrus smell. Dry down is a little bit better when the black tea comes out. Like others have said, it smells extremely similar to an older perfume that I cant pinpoint. Im thinking Flower by Kenzo Eau De Vie?

This reminds me of Replica Under The Lemon Tree. Not totally the same, but similar. This is definitely citrus forward, I get a little cleaning product vibe, but in the BEST way. It's not overwhelming or heavy. It reminds me of what I envision being on a boardwalk in my teenage years would smell like...the sun is going down and everything has that orange hue. You're young, beach waved hair, skateboards, layered necklaces and friends. It can be worn for special occasions but is also 100% worthy of everyday wear. It's a clean refreshing scent.

This was a love at first sniff for me as I was out hunting citrus perfumes. In the beginning it smells like you just cut a lemon open and i keep smelling fhat for 2-3 hours, after that it transforms into a muted sweet black tea with the hint of lemon. If youre bengali and know “র চা”, this perfume encapsulates exactly that ambiance

It’s beautiful, it’s fresh, and it feels very light... but it barely lasts. I’ve already moved this to my husband’s collection instead... I think it’s good for him as he loves to layer scents. This is the softest most comforting tea citrus musk scent. Ethereal and so easy to wear and layer. I think anyone who enjoys citrus scents that are not so sour will like this. Luxurious and clean but warm and cozy. Bought the biggest bottle from Nordstrom.

Very simple and pleasant scent. So soothing and at the same time bright. Gives me luxurious vibes. Lots of citruses! Great perfume for summer. I just wish it lasted longer.

Smells a little dated imo, for someone older than me. It is smooth & classy tho. More of a skin scent. Longevity is decent, 4 - 6 hrs.
