Nylaia

I'm wearing it, today on Christmas day, for the first time! It is unusual for such a day when oriental, spicy, amber perfumes are chosen. And that's exactly why I put it today. Because it has a dry iris, as if woody, with the smell of fine and old pergament, kept in a sandalwood box. Nothing fruity, nothing sweet or vanilla. All other notes, musk, resins, woods, harmonized, accompany the majestic iris. In the second part of its evolution, the perfume is warmed by the amber wood that becomes more and more present with the time. It seems perfect in composition and perfect for this day. 💜🧡

Tried this at Saks today and it's a version of Prada Candy...ever so slightly more spicy and complex. The bottle is beautiful! I am a fan of Prada Candy, so I did very much enjoy this scent. The silage is moderate, longevity 5-6 hours on me.

Another love at first sniff for this line. Sweet dreamy scent. Quite a bit feminine but that’s quite subjective. A bit medicinal too.

My first impression on the sniff is a great luxury face cream. Low projection and longevity, high price. Very polite. But also very unique like all Reali line.

It's really nice, but nothing to write home about. A nice powdery feminine amber.

It has a similar character to Molecule 1 + Iris and JHaG Liquid Illusion. They are on this spectrum of iris with Iso E. To my nose, this Bvlgari Nylaia is in between those two. If I may put it in the order of stronger to the lighter boldness character would be M01+Iris, Bvlgari Nylaia, and JHaG Liquid Illusion. However, the Nylaia SPL is the weakest compared to the other two. These three smelled unisex to me.

A beautiful iris fragrance with poor projection and moderate longevity. I blind bought it mainly because of the bottle and it is nearly impossible to find the Le Gemme collection in stores to test. I like the scent but is it worth the 300 Euro pricetag? NO.

Please try this on skin. It's not that feminine and it smells of very nice iris on strip, but what I assume to be the peach became more prominent on my skin, smelling vaguely like someone tried to wash clean an area tainted with vomit.

I bought this perfume at the duty free passing through Rome. I normally like to smell the actual bottle because it gives a better idea of what the dry down is like. I really like this fragrance and it is regal. It smells very much like Clive Christian's original most expensive perfume in the world...however it is smoother and doesn't have the grandmother feel. It is a fragrance for a woman with a mature essence and carries herself with class and like a queen. It is not a loud fragrance but it has a little projection and lingers all day.

Iris... Iris... and more iris. As far as i know, iris never stays more than 5 minutes and it's faster than the citrus to vanish, but in here it stays forever! or let's say till the blend fully vanishes and that's more than 2 hours at least! I get iris, ambrette, elemi, with hints of ambergris at the background. I do detect orris butter mixed up with peaches & iso. This blend reminds me allot of "L'Attesa" by Masque with it's iris vibes and longevity of the note itself. Beautiful.

I also pick up the smell of labdanum, but I don't see it listed on the ingredients.
