Omnia Green Jade

I came relatively late to the Omnia party - after this flanker had already been discontinued, and I've been pursuing it for a while now.I strongly like all of the Omnia line (other than Paraiba) and love several of them. Therefore I was confident that I would at least like Green Jade, especially since the notes seemed safe to me and reviewers avowed its resemblance to Crystalline and Prada's Iris both of which I have and enjoy. My first attempt at purchasing Green Jade was a failure but at the same time a learning experience in how to distinguish fake from genuine perfume.Undaunted and somewhat obsessed by now with obtaining the 'real thing', I splurged on a tester from Ebay that seemed authentic and I'm pretty confident that what I received indeed is genuine. So, I've been wearing Green Jade now every day for the past week. My first whiff of this scent was disappointing. The pistachio note seemed to dominate the entire composition through the dry down and I wasn't sure that I liked it all that much. I would have preferred the citrus or green notes to be more dominant.As the scent dried down I did manage to discern the woody base notes which are lovely to my nose. Unfortunately they are very faint and I have to work hard to sense their presence. As I said - I've been wearing this daily and overall the fragrance has grown on me and I can now discern more notes, including those that 'make the fragrance' for me. I've also come to appreciate the pistachio and even like it. All said, however, Omnia Green Jade remains a skin scent for me - a very subtle and quiet one - and in that I am disappointed. I am an undersprayer - I normally wear 2 sprays of most scents - but I have to wear 4 sprays of this in order to be able to smell it on myself. I know that other reviewers warned of this, but almost all the Omnias come with these warnings of poor sillage and longevity and yet somehow on me they all have presence and very good longevity. Turns out that Green Jade is the exception. Edit - 14/9/20 Just wanted to add that Jade has been demonstrating the same 'chameleon' like quality that I get from some of the other Omnias, especially Crystalline and Coral. It really does smell different each time I wear it or smell it on someone else. Yesterday I was 100% convinced my DD was wearing Prada's Iris when she came downstairs but she was wearing Jade! The resemblance is always there but usually much more in the background. Sometimes the pistachio nutty note predominates and sometimes it's the woody notes. This quality is actually something that I love about the Omnias in general. It keeps them from being boring: they keep you guessing...

10 months ago I wrote here asking if I could get even a sample of this. Is there an article that explains the business logic behind the "discontinue" of extraordinary scents? Was the reality so different from the wishes of people writing here? Anyway, recently I got a full 65 ml bottle from the eBay. Expensive but some sell it even twice more expensive than I got it. It was worth waiting. This is the 7th of Omnia series that I have now. It is quite what I expected (say 75%) when I imagined the mindblowing greenery of Bvlgari's Mon Jasmin Noir L'Eau Exquise. I found Green Jade being similar to Crystalline, my favourite of this line, and this mostly because of the prominent pear note. I had to spray them on two different places at the same time to verify that they really are different and they are. By the information above I read that GJ was published after Crystalline, maybe that's why they are somewhat similar. But peony, jasmine and woodsy notes -- where? There are many peonies out there, I've smelt tens of them in our botanical garden so who knows which one. Jasmine -- not detected by my nose but it would've been a remarkable addition if I would smell it. Pistachio -- maybe, but that nut has so little smell so if that's here then I would say by imagination rather (or I just haven't eaten pistachios recently enough to remember or detect their smell). Green notes -- there is something and that something is essential that makes it so good but that green happens to be sweet kind and I don't know what it is, maybe some sort of peony or pistachio? GJ is now another favourite of mine in this series, this in addition to Crystalline although I like them all anyway.

Second review to add that I was previously hesitant to say that this is similar to Prada Infusion D'iris edp even though I could see why people were saying it. Then today I was confused as to why my skin smelled like Green Jade. Forgetting altogether what I had sprayed this morning, I was confident it wasn't Green Jade. Then I remembered I wore Prada Infusion d'iris edp after my shower.... They really do smell a lot alike in the drydown, just not so much in the opening as Green Jade has that distinct Omnia Crystalline cleanness. But once it dries down, it warms much like Prada does. I believe the pistachio & woods in this behaves in a similar way as benzoin and galbanum does in Prada. They aren't dupes of course, but so similar my brain was fully tricked, and I own both and wear both frequently. Green Jade does not smell like Infusion D'iris EDT, however. I'm surprised to see it so highly voted as similar to the EDT because that is such a different fragrance the edp in my opinion. All this to say, if you were to layer Omnia Crystalline over top of Infusion d'iris edp I'd be shocked if the outcome wasn't a dead ringer for Green Jade. If you can't get this, try that combo!

Feels like inside me waking up again a long-forgotten love for BVLGARI. For a long time I looked for a daytime fragrance for the spring or summer, and already despairing suddenly remembered about Omnia Green Jade, which was presented to me in November. Unpacked, put them... Oh God, how beautiful it is in the opening and at the end. It's such a gentle, light, a little Pre-Powdered, with hints of green notes, which do not allow him to become suffocating. After full disclosure, it smells pistachio-wood powder, which envelops you as a veil. And jasmine ... I had a jasmine before, but I'm not yet met any one like this one. It is like a diamond with high quality squared edges. It is not like other jasmine perfume, it is extravagant and extraordinary. It has his own signature style. I recognize it in a million. As for his persistence, It kept it on the body of 12-15 hours, on the hair - all of two days, and even more. BVLGARI embodies glamor and luxury of the radiance of precious stones. Omnia Green Jade is the cleanest-cut diamond, among their perfume. How could it be otherwise...

Omnia Green Jade was my first Bvlgari parfum purchase. When I worked my last desk job, my boss and her office constantly smelt like Bvlgari Pour Femme, and it was overwhelming to say the least. I found myself shying away from the Bvlgari brand of fragrances due to that singular experience. I'm so glad I changed my mind. Bvlgari Omnia Green Jade was the first perfume I purchased blind. When I read the notes and found out it had been discontinued, I knew I had to experience this olfactory scoop of pistachio gelato for myself. At first spray, the scent glitters with freshly cracked pistachio, pear blossom and peony. Green Jade's development into a woody, musky softness makes it wearable daily. Hours later ::sniffs wrist::, and it smells of creamy, nutty pistachio. This scent wears very differently in the wintertime. The musky nuttiness prevails during the colder months, and in the summer, the soapy florals dominate. Because of Omnia Green Jade, I've promised myself to explore all of the Omnia line.

Oh so many of us are perplexed as to why Bvlgari would discontinue such a green beauty. Why ??? I discovered Green Jade in a chemist in 2013 in the middle of summer. It was like walking through a cool veil of sweet green mist. Beautifully Zen. So uplifting. I went straight back to the chemist that same afternoon and purchased two more bottles as it was love at first sight. I sprayed this weird green and silver bottle (I actually like the shape) with complete abandon and gave one to my mum for her birthday. That meant one bottle left but I wasn't worried until that dreaded word 'discontinued' showed up. What ?? Noooo....why...whah !!! Not again. Bugger :( EDIT: I haven't cracked the cellophane on my one last box yet. I just look at it and think should I or shouldnt I. Whats worse is I don't think my mum was all that into her bottle. I should have known since she wears YSL Opium edp almost exclusively. But it was a gift of love so Im glad I did also.

When it first hit the shelves this spring, it didn't really hit me, although I'm a big fan of the whole Omnia line by Bulgari. To my disappointment, I just found it very soapy, just a clean green fragrance not worth buying. During a holiday I bought the travel collection including purse spray of Omnia Amethiste and Omnia Crystalline that I already knew and had in my collection, and Omnia Green Jade. Well, surprisingly I found it much more peculiar than what I first thought! I've been wearing it for a few days now and I really like it. To me it's almond, it's mint, it's fresh and gentle, perfect for office and summer. I wouldn't say it's a copy of any other fragrance of Omnia Line but it's clear it belongs to the same family. On my skin the pistachio, which I think is the dominant note here, turns into a fresh and sweet almond, and it all ends up with a unique mix of fresh ingredients with long lasting power.

This is lovely. Lovelier than I remember. I can say it smells like the time it was released, 2010-ish, which was an exciting time for me. I'm very happy to have it back in my life. It's a creamy, warm floral with green notes but not green in the usual sense. Bvlgari likes to use this kind of green accord in their perfumes. A nondescript greenness which I enjoy. It gives the perfume green freshness that's not grassy or bitter. With that, Green jade is softly floral. I would not think pistachio, but it's got some milky warmth that is reminiscent of almond, or almond blossom. The scent is perfect for summer and lasts quite long, too. I love this and Amethyste about equally. Amethyste for summer evenings or after a shower, and Green Jade for going to the river and hot days in general. Both stand out in the Omnia line as special and unique.

I absolutely love this fragrance, and still own a 2 bottles, one is 1/2 full and the other 3/4 full, why did I start a second bottle? Because back then I didn't care and bathed in the juice! But since I found it was discontinued- no more :/ It was my first Bvlgari fragrance and still my favorite of their line. Crisp and woodsy at first with it becoming very comfy and clean with a slight sweetness coming from the Pistachio (?), but not just pistachio, but pistachio ice cream. I find it lasts on me all day. Very clean, elegant and feminine, I wouldn't like this on a man at all. I'm glad I still have this as the price on ebay is insane! Why would they discontinue such a popular fragrance? The world may never know :)

A very promising candidate to become my next signature fragrance. I've been craving for this for so long, and now I couldn't resist buying it. Although it's very hot right now, and people say it's a typical spring fragrance, I use it every other day, and love it. Of course, the pistachio note is most attractive for me as well, but I also adore the green mandarin, the pear blossom,and some of the rest. The name "green jade" fits the scent perfectly. Update: It did become my new signature, since in the long run I found it more pleasant than Omnia Coral. It is elegant and creamy, light, fresh and powdery at the same time - something I've never experienced with other fragrances.

Ok so I hesitated with this review until I wore the fragrance for the whole 24 hours. First things first, I love the bottle design and I love the colour of the bottle. The scent in itself is interesting, I get the creamy pistachio (like pistachio ice cream) and some faint floral stuff. I love the pistachio scent very much in fact but the trouble is the fragrance has poor longevity, yes I know it's eau de toilette formulation but even so...I had to put lots and lots on for it to last 6 hours on my skin. This would be definitely suited for a hot sunny day on the beech. Despite the poor longevity I would consider buying a full size once in a while as it is unusual and pleasant.

I can't understand how this has been discontinued. This is the prettiest green floral I've tried, and I'm not a fan of green or floral fragrances. Somehow this scent presents itself as soft, smooth, pretty and fresh without any sharp edges or notes that screech and give me a headache. This is a lovely summer scent, or a scent for a cold day when you're looking for a little taste of summer. I am a big Bvlgari fan - there have been some bombs, but this one is beautiful. Moderate longevity and projection - better in warmer months. Not crazy about this style of bottle - bit cheap and nasty, and not easy to spray. Other than that - a truly well blended and well crafted floral.

Back again, after almost a month. This really is growing on me. I think it's clean and "safe" while still being different. Damn, if I had more money to hunt purchase some full size bottles (i always fall for discontinued fragrances) I feel like this could have been a signature scent for me. It starts out a little soapy and minerally, but almost fatty like an aldehyde. It seamlessly transitions into linens that were line-dried out in the middle of a green meadow or valley. Green and clean, but the pistachio really gives it the little "je ne sais quoi" that would make me want to chase this fragrance for hours if I didn't already know what that note was.

i had the chance to test it as i had a sample of this. i used to put it after the shower and it gave me a such a great feeling of cleaniness and freshness while mixing up with the smell of my shampoo i think the combination of pistachios and green note here is absolutely amazing. my ant who doesnt care about perfume said that i smell nice and this is coming from someone who got rid of chanel number 5 in the past coz she didnt like it so that made me realise that she was into green scents. such a shame that they discontinued this little gem never thought pistachios would smell like this on my skin

I'm in love. I'm on my 3rd bottle of it in the last 5 years or so and considering I have about 40 perfumes in rotation, that's saying a lot. However, now they have discontinued it and so what is left in my bottle is very precious since the price has skyrocketed. I cannot believe they would discontinue something so unique and wonderful and I hate this unreliability from Bvlgari. Maybe they bring it back? I love the fresh woodsy clean floral and although the longevity is only a couple hours, it's worth the re-spray.

nostalgia hits big with this one. it was my first ever grown up scent gifted to me by my bf cca 2009. a fleeting green fragrance, oh so delicate, feminine and fluffy. what makes this unforgettable to me is the memory tho, not the aroma. there are plenty of other greens out there far better than this. i ll list aqua di gioia, kenzo eau d ete,... chanel 19 of course, pistil. the latters being more mature and refined, pistil even slightly animalic. aqua dg is a good comparison imo. dont bother with ebay and dupes

I have never smelled pistaschio in a perfume before but it smells wonderful. At first it is very woodsy, fresh, and crisp; almost like the crystalline version. After about 5 minutes though, I start to smell something richer and more unique. The best way I can describe it is like the pistachio gelato they make back in my hometown on a beautiful summer's day. The Omnia line is just lovely. I like them all so far; they all have a similar quality but are beautiful in their own unique way at the same time.

One of my favorite. Absolutely georgeous. Beautiful orange at first, then lovely powdery pistachios and woodsy notes that makes your mood felt very cozy and relaxed. I prefer this than omnia crystalline. Imho crystalline has a sharp floral notes - i can't smell any floral notes in green jade. I imagine crystalline is one of the triplets that's more energetic, carefree, while green jade is her sister that's graceful, soft spoken and warm hearted (I haven't had Amethyst, so I can't compare it)

Delicate velvety fragrance, with a greenish launch, which is not stentorian altogether,, crisp, rather softly caressing. His flowery not stinging, but lingers about it as a breeze quoting a spring using. On not expressed one deep fragrance liking it was formed for him. There is not lust in him, but the harmonic cleanness fragrance gives a being assuaged delight lasting long with his powdered. Onto daily costume suitable, Bvlgari was my beloved perfume following tickets faithfully.

I only JUST got a tiny sample of this, so I haven't really given it a thorough chance yet. I don't know what to make of it yet. On one hand it was almost TOO clean and mineral. It felt like I was actually smelling a cool, tumbled stone, with an earthy metallic smell. But then the jasmine, peony and musk seem to overpower the pistachio and it gives me an "old lady" vibe. It *did* start turning slightly sweeter after a few hours, so, like I said. I need to give it a few more tries.

This is one of my favourites. It's very individualistic ,remarkable but descreet at the same time. It reminds me of the far east :green tea, japanese cherry, and it brings a lot of inner peace . After I've put it on, I immediately feel more relaxed.It's like an Aroma Therapy for me. I like the fact that it's not overpowering so it doesn't make me sick.The most beautiful fact about this perfume is that it gives different sensations ,in different seasons.

This is absolutely amazing! One of my best blind buys and total love for me. It’s a green and woody soft white floral, perfect for everyday wear and office safe. I do get a hint of pistachio, but it’s nowhere near the pistachio note in LPRN eau Fraiche. I have them both and on my skin they are very different. I rarely invest in back up bottles, because I have so many perfumes, but I think I need to get myself another bottle of this stunning beauty.

I’m so thankful to have found a new sealed box of this! I had never smelled it before so this was a blind buy, taking a risk based on how much these cost based on their rarity. I love it. It’s a beautiful fresh woody scent with a hint of that nutty pistachio note. If you love freshies and collecting fragrances, it’s worth finding one. Otherwise, if you just dabble in fragrances you can probably live without it. I’ll definitely cherish this one!

Me gusta y mucho, no es pesada, es fresca, alegre, y si tiene un toque polvoso desde el inicio, en general me hace sentir muy optimista. No se identificar bien a que huele, pero se notan toques verdes, algo de jazmín, mandarina, y no se, yo le siento un toque de limón como en versence. Su estela es media, tirándole a baja, y su duración excelente, en mi más de 10 horas. Me parece muy buena para el disfrute personal.

I really like all the fragrances that are in Omnia collection but this one is my favourite. It's fresh, almost aquatic I would say. It's very gentle, but I mean the whole image already shows that this's not gonna be a very loud perfume. The openning is more green and the drydown is powdery, musky. If you're looking for your everyday perfume, here's one. I'll be wearing it in the upcoming summer. Can't wait.

Very green scent with some citrus notes. It almost feels like pistachio ice cream with some citrus zest and a mint leaf on top. It's a beautiful fragrance and I was so lucky to get it before it got discontinued. Definitely a treasure to have in my collection. I completely disagree with comparing this scent to Prada Infusion D'Iris. To me, they are totally different scents and Prada has no freshness to it.

I really like this one. It's "soapy", but in a good way, very fresh and clean and lady-like, with some sweeter, powdery notes coming up in the dry-down (probably the pistachio). It does remind me a tiny bit of the original Omnia Crystalline (but minus the awfully stale note Crystalline develops after some time on your skin), and none whatsoever of Omnia Amethyste (which I find sickeningly sweet).

I'd name it "clean"...It reminds me the scent of the skin moistened with sea water... It's incredible fresh at first spray and goes to a deep creaminess in hours because of musk on its base.And no peony or jasmine I've detected in it but the fresh opening and subtle musky end is remarkable... And it lasts four to six hours on my skin without loosing its refreshing scent...

This is another enjoyable Omnia. It's powdery and sweet. There are woody notes and floral notes in it. I think peony and jasmine are nice and soft in this one. This perfume reminds me of hot summer days and blooming flowers in the garden. I would love to wear it, it's quite elegant. I like this Omnia the most, though the other ones are also very good.

My wife uses this expectacular perfume. Omnia Green Jade is definitely sensual, very green, velvety (due to the musk), smooth, and completely elegant. Not a teenager scent, because doesn't smell like bubblegum! Nor a typical powdery scent of aged people. Best for woman 30 y+. Ideal for any woman that is charmous and selfconfident!

Why discontinue production? This Fragrance Delicate and Flawless aroma.... Even a perfumes house try to making to smell similar, they don't look the same. This perfume absolutely stunning fir a summer time It's very elegant I regret discontinuing this scent I hope that in the future this smell may come out to the market again🔮❤️

Ah I love this perfume so much.. it's been my signature for 3 years when I was in high school. I have a lot of things and memories I can talk about but unfortunately my English sucks, lol The points are: +This is very long lasting +Soft but can fill 1 room :D +Smells expensive lol Only 3 words for you Jade, I miss you!

This is a soft comforting and relaxing scent. Subtle and feminine, soft florals, and the tiniest hint of citrus. I don't find this particulary green or aquatic on the skin. Rather it is a soft floral scent, wearable year round when you want to feel girly and pretty but not sugary sweet.

This was my go to fragrance. So light and fresh but definitely noticeable, I got soooo many compliments while wearing this. It’s a shame it’s been discontinued. I found a decent stand-in with Clean Reserve -Citron Fig, but that, too, has been discontinued as of recently. Sad!

You know it's funny, I also had a girlfriend back in 2010 and this perfume just mesmerized me when she wore it! I don't think it's available anymore and that's a shame. I don't know much about female perfumes, but I know this one is beautiful as a man:)

How is this discontinued? :,( around 10 years ago, I first sniff this from my Korean friend. He said it was Bvlgari but never told me the exact name. I never forgot this scent from then on. So clean & delicate. It does smell like Prada D'Iris somehow.

I really love this fragrance, it's clean, a little bit soapy, floral-green, very refreshing. I don't consider it aquatic. On me the lasting power is very good. I think it's very good especially during the springtime and I am happy I have found it.

This was my first from the Omnia line and I loved it soo much :) Perfect for spring and summer. This whole pistachio-woody scent is so joyful :) For me it is not at all similar to the original Omnia, having said that both are beautiful scents.

I love this perfume. I would not describe it as being weak, rather that is has poor lasting power. Today I was complimented on it, so it definitely is detectable. I would describe it as fresh, energetic and summery filled with life and body.

It was love at first smell. I got this small gift box with perfume/lotion combo and the soft but beautiful smell is somewhat a reminiscence of a childhood memory for me... I cant wait to buy the 75ml as soon as i'm done with this sample!

I got this perfume from my husband as a Christmas gift several years ago. Well he seems to have a good taste,this is so lovely! Now I use it rarely because it's discontinued. It's classy,almost soothing beautiful scent..

Green Jade is a nice surprise. The mandarin scent splashes like a fresh ocean wave and pistachio invades every part of your skin so quickly.It got along with my skin perfectly and my hubby adores it.

Changed my mind on this one - I now own it and love it...... It changes so much on my skin, giving me different sensations in different moments....great lasting power and light but not too light....

I've been wearing this to bed the last couple of nights and I think it's time to upgrade from the tiny sample I have to a big bottle.

My mom had this when l was little and loved this one so so much l remember it even after like 15 years

Omnia Crystalline + Infusion d'Iris = Omnia Green Jade

Category: Green, musky (clean), floral Notes: Sprays on incredibly alcoholic but it quickly morphs into a very bright and green citrus. Soon a bit of jasmine joins the mix, and while I'm getting peony it is very dialed back. The base is a dry and smooth non-descript wood, I'd say it leans towards Gaiac if I had a gun to my head, and the musk is airy and clean. The longer this stays on, the more the musk gets to shine, but overall it's blended so well that no note outshines the other. Vibe: Natural hot spring. Iceland. Bare shoulders. Emerald jewelry. Granny Smith apple. Cucumber water. Pilates. Pergola. Spring rain. Lily-of-the-valley. Red/ginger hair. Kayaking. Raft. Woven baskets. Morning walk through the forest. Sillage: 5/10. Definitely wish this one was a little louder, but the projection is fine. Hard to miss when up close and personal, probably wafts over when passing by, but doesn't project beyond an arms length. Longevity: 2/10. Aw, man, what a downer! This lasted like 2.5 hours before it became nearly indistinguishable. Really subpar longevity. Wear: Daytime, but can definitely be worn in the evening as well. Gorgeous spring and summer scent - could work all year round for those who enjoy fresher scents, but in my opinion this is too clean and airy to be worn in the fall and winter. Office wear approved as it's wholly inoffensive. Quite feminine, but a guy with the right charisma could probably get away with wearing it. Overall rating: 7/10. When I first sprayed this on I was skeptical about the praise - sure, it smelled nice, but does it surpass the rating of just “nice”? The longer this stayed on, and the more I went into sniff it, the more apparent it became what a gorgeous scent this truly is. It is fresh and light, feminine and a little sweet. Smells expensive, but not in a performative or over-the-top kind of way, just very refined and clean. This begins very green and bright, but settles somewhere much more grounded, and is so well blended that once fully dried down it is hard to pick out any individual notes. At the same time that this feels oddly familiar, I can't say I've ever smelled anything like it before either. As someone who also tends to not love neither musk nor peony, they are lovely here; the peony takes a backseat, seamlessly blending into the crowd and the musk while clean doesn't scream detergent, soap, shampoo or any other sort of chemical cleaning agent. Even as someone who doesn't love fresh scents I have to admit that this is a perfect spring or summer scent, so invigorating and elegant. The only downside to this fragrance, which unfortunately deducted 1.5 points off my total score, is the garbage longevity. I mean, 2-3 hours is pathetic, and I really wish it had better staying power because it is such a gorgeous scent. Who would wear it?: Jessica Chastain.

I bought this recently when wanting an easy wearing casual scent coming in to the Aussie summer, that would suit many occasions, something subtle, pleasant to all, ya know, just a good versatile easy going frag, ...and that I have certainly got. The first thought coming to mind when smelling this is of a much adored cousin who always smells so good in her sig scent White Linen. So I guess this smells along the lines of White Linen to me even tho they barely share any notes. Go figure ..lol. I'm not really detecting the top notes distinctly/individually, tho the freshness of them is definitely there. This goes more straight to the heart for me and I do love the body of this perfume, but the dry down is where I get disappointed. This does not smell 'woodsy' or 'nutty' to me, it smells herbaceous, and whilst I quite like herbaceous scents, this has too much of a tea leaf like smell coming through putting a bit of a dampner on the heart of the frag. I still really like it, but tone that tea thing down and I would be in heaven. I usually like the more classic bottle designs, but am quite partial to this one just for being different, but that is where the appreciation stops. What's with the plastic bottle? Even cheap and nasty stuff comes in glass bottles, so that is a bit of a negative point, as is the dysfunctional sprayer that emits the perfume in fluctuating amounts and unevenly. One second you have a half emitted mist, the next a full on stream is hitting you. It even feels as dodgy and flimsy in your hand to operate as it actually is. This frag stay very close to the skin, but on me only lasts a few hours, so I dont expect this bottle (2.2/65ml)to be lasting too long. All in all tho, I probably could have made a better selection for it's intended purpose, I dont think I would buy it again, but I shall enjoy wearing it while I have it all the same.

Who could think that pistachio could be so attractive in a perfume? I certainly did not think so until I tried this little gem with its unusual composition of fragrant peony, woods and of course very sophisticated and delicious pistachio. Green Jade captures the allure of green, floral and refreshing without being too sharp. It is certainly a summer scent for me and it does smell lovely and natural but surprisingly it does not remind me of a natural wilderness. Green Jade rather captures the modern and fashionable style of an urban environment. It is all about balance and moderation. The composition never appears too strong or overpowering but provides a lovely but discreet aura of sophistication that feels both, modern and chic. The fragrance opens with lovely notes of mandarin orange. The pistachio note is quite noticeable right from the start. The heart notes develop into a nice bouquet of peonies and jasmine. The pistachio note still shines through and gives the composition depth and warmth. The dry down is mostly woods and of course the pistachio again. (My overall score is 7.5/10) Bvlgari certainly created a nice and easy to wear scent. It is perfect on a hot summer day for going out to shops or to restaurants or even to a business meeting. The perfume has close to the skin sillage but I do get compliments while wearing it. I re-apply it throughout a day multiple times though. The longevity is not that great.
