Kirli, vahşi, acı , pütürlü bir yapısı var olan bir sıvı ile karşılaştım. .Çikolata parfümlerine karşı tabularımı yıktı. Mükemmel bir şaheser ile karşı karşıyaydım. Hikayesi olan , bize bizlere izah etmek istediği konuları var olan bir parfüm. Genel beğeniye çok açık, tam bir niche parfüm ve oldukça ilginç bir taban arayüzü var. Genel olarak düşüncelerimide ifade ettiğime göre asıl gelelim hikayeye. 27 yaşında hafif kirli sakallı uzun boylu esmer bir beyefendisiniz. Dedenizden kalma bir yalınız var. Bu dedeniz vefat etmiş ve yalı sizin üzerinize kalmış. Bu genç adam bu yalıya ziyaret etmeye gidiyor. Bütün evi geziyor, gizli bir geçişin var olduğunu görüp , alt kata iniyor. Tozlu ve karanlık bir oda. Savaştan Sığınma odası gibi bir yer. Burada tozlanmış bir ceket kirli bir ceket var. Deri değil, merak etmeyin. Ama kesinlikle kış ile alakalı bir palto. WOW, this a dark fragrance that's still very much gourmand, it's so dark that it's kind of... unsettling? If that makes sense, the dark chocolate, coffee and Rum in this are so unapologetically dark and foreboding, it's quite an enigma in my opinion, definitely an acquired taste as people seem to either really love this or Really hate it, it took me a few wearings to come around and fully understand the notes, and I can definitely say this is a love, but by all means I can see why/how someone would really dislike this The sweetness doesn't particularly come off as the "designer" kind of sweetness, it's more like something to contrast at how pitch black this fragrance is, its definitely there, but it's very subtle and only really becomes a mainstay really far into the drydown, it stays dark for like 80% of the fragrances lifetime. Longevity on my skin is quite good with it still being pretty detectable 7 hours later, albeit a lot more of a skin-scent, on my skin it has medium-strong projection for the first 4ish hours, with it slowly dying down over the next hour into a medium-light projecting skin scent, this is definitely a formal leaning fragrance but I guess it could be dressed down too, just be warned this the epitome of a polarising scent, it wont be mass appealing at all for a large crowd of people, you have been warned, that goes without saying that this is probably the riskiest blind buy (which i don't recommend, especially give prices of By Kilian frags), from the brand you could do due to its polarising nature. Final Verdict is a 9/10, i definitely warmed up to it, definitely worth a try, even if you dislike it due to how unique of a purely dark fragrance it is.

I don’t think people know what this scent is supposed to be. The name is “Black Phantom”, it’s supposed to be this very dark and mysterious scent. It’s known for having a “cyanide” accord which is the heliotrope and almond, since cyanide is known to smell like bitter almond. The hate for this, I’ve seen, comes from a LOT of misinformation from recommendations or what people have said. Someone talked about tobacco? Someone talked about reheated coffee? This is a pure gourmand, nothing more, nothing less. The best I can describe it is an almond covered in chocolate and caramel, soaked in rum spiked coffee. The main players here are chocolate, rum, and almond. The rest are in the background. If you go into this wanting a coffee dominant scent, you’re gonna be disappointed. If you’re going into this wanting a purely wood based scent, you’re gonna be disappointed. Go into this wanting a VERY sweet, VERY boozy, and VERY dense scent. If those 3 are what you’re looking for, then it’s a home run. It’s very sweet, cloyingly sweet, but in the best way possible. It envelopes you in a warm yet mysterious darkness of rum and chocolate with a creaminess of almond and caramel. The rum gives it a semi-masculine touch alongside e sandalwood. The almond gives a nice sharpness and oily vibe in the background. I have no idea how people say this smells like “an old man”, like “tobacco”, or like “a moldy house”. To me this smells like caramel and rum filled chocolate truffles. You can literally buy them at like Aldi. Eat one, breathe out, and that’s exactly what Black Phantom smells like. The epitome of a gourmand.

I love love how this smells, it starts of with a strong almond "cyanide" for me, it slowly fades & turns into the coffee-dark chocolate scent which sticks all the way until the end. It gets creamier & sweeter as it goes on and loses the bitterness over time, gaining powdery notes & ending with a sweeter smell that I'd describe as "marshmallows on a dark hot chocolate". I'd say a bit masculine-leaning unisex. UPDATE: Now after nearly a month with this perfume, I've picked up that on fabric it projects this amazing masculine scent from a distance that is rather "cool"-scented oddly enough, in contrast with the intended warm gourmand scent of it on skin. I get wafts of it from the coat rack, and it adds a new dimension to this. The downside seems to be the projection. When I got mine I was given 1.5ml samples of Smoking Hot & Angels' Share, and gave the latter to my friend. He wore it the next day and he was trailing like crazy, meanwhile I barely get any sillage. I don't know whether that's a good or bad thing considering how hit-or-miss this scent is, but if I'm paying for a $300 perfume I'd expect better. On the other hand longevity is decent, 6hrs-ish on skin. The anthropomorphized I have in my head for this is a well-dressed person in all black, bitter and polarizing at first but mellows out once you get to know them. The more I wear this the more I love it.

Black Phantom is a blast of booze and nuttiness, immediately establishing itself as a dense and decadent gourmand. I feel almond is oddly underrepresented in the voting for the note breakdown. It dominates on my skin. Easily comprising 90% of the fragrance. It’s powdery and nutty, and while it does smell great, the intensity definitely veers into headache territory if worn too long. Like the idiot I am, I bought this sample in the middle of June, far from ideal conditions for something this heavy. So I won’t be giving it a full wear until colder weather returns. The chocolate note here isn’t sweet or creamy. Instead, it smells like raw, bitter cocoa and contributes to a dark, ominous scent that smells menacing. Very masculine when it comes to gourmands. I had high hopes for the coffee to come through, but on my skin, it’s buried beneath the overpowering nuttiness. It smells like sticking your nose in a jar of chocolate nut butter. It’s well-composed and made with high-quality materials, but the richness becomes overwhelming quickly. Strong sillage, excellent longevity, but I’d likely wash it off once it’s served its purpose for the occasion. In the right moment, it could shine. But it’s far too heavy to smell frequently, at least for me.

The tagline of this is "Memento Mori", as the scent clumsily fumbles around in the dark, searching for a dark angle for it to have. In truth, it is an unusual scent, slightly powdery, with leather as the main note, with alcoholic support coming from rum. I heard a tale that the maker of this perfume company is related to the Hennessy company, which is why Killian perfumes contain alcohol. If that is true, I like their style! However, Black Phantom is not as dark is wants to be. It has more in common with a rich, eccentric man's smoking jacket, liberated from a stately home. It may have been left to rot for a while, before it was liberated from the stately home, but to suggest that this scent has anything to do with death is ridiculous and needlessly dramatic. However, with that said, if you like unusual note concoction and are happy to smell a little dusty, this perfume will perform very well for you. It is savagely loud, seemingly tearing apart the molecules of air it is discharged in. It is also very difficult to get this perfume off your skin. 8/10. It's pompous attempt at "darkness" loses it a couple of points.

If Tom Ford Noir Extreme is what you wear for an evening with a girl, then Black Phantom is the fiery continuation of that night. And it couldn’t end any other way, because the air between you crackles with electricity. It’s sophisticated, alluring, and mysterious. It always feels like there’s a secret, something hidden beneath the surface. It’s both clear and unclear at once. You look at the painting, but each time you miss something, and you know it — you feel it. The most intimate details linger between the lines, in the shadows, in the black. Many say it’s too sweet — and yes, it is. If you overdo it, it can even give you a headache. But the emotions it stirs are cranked up to the max, and it does a masterful job of evoking them. It reminded me of the classic David Usher song "Black Black Heart." You fall for someone who will hurt you, but you can’t resist — you give in to that destructive passion.

The fragrance makes a very pleasant impression on me. For my taste, it is definitely better suited for colder weather, as it has a rich and enveloping character. In the heart of the composition, coffee beans are especially noticeable, slightly roasted, with a gentle bitterness and light astringency. Gradually, caramel emerges, but not in a typical sugary way, instead, it carries an intriguing salty nuance. I assume it is the sandalwood that gives the caramel this creamy, slightly salty touch. Despite the presence of numerous sweet components, the fragrance never feels cloying to me. On the contrary, the sweetness is beautifully balanced and the composition feels nuanced and multifaceted. The sillage is beautiful, warm, refined and truly comforting. The fragrance leaves an impression of elegance and cozy sophistication.

This is amazing, for my nose with a bit of experience it is orgasmic. To The point where my eyes just automatically close and take deep whifs followed up with sounds of enjoyment. It is not a projection beast, but very longe lasting. It is a get close and experience me type of parfume. It has a very comfortable bubble around me and lingers for even longer where for a while i forget i am wearing it, and then peaks its head up again, very very enjoyable. And when you have friends or people close to you or go for a hug, thats where it shines. Especially if you are trying to wow a girl. This will do the job, increased chances of leaving a good impression. It just makes me sad a 100 ML IS SO GOD DAMN EXPENSIVE! i think i will try to finde the most accurate dupe and then try my luck. If not i will bite the sour Apple and give full price. The dark chocolate and coffee note is sexy, but can throw some people off mixed with the price then it is a very unsafe blind buy. Get a tester first!

I am sure that it is one of the best gourmand fragrances. It has the every single delicious note like chocolate, rum, coffee, almond, caramel and sugar cane which gives the "sweety" side to it. In the opening, I don't know why but I can mostly smell the almond here. Almond is one of my favourite notes and here it comes with a tickly touch to the nose with these gourmand notes. However it is not that dominant, I can easily detect the coffee and in this fragrance it is perfectly blended and balanced with the other notes. Overall, it smells like a sweet alcohol drink with bitter chocolate and coffee flavors. It is amazing for cold weathers and almost all occasions. In my opinion it perfectly suits with an elegant-looking knitwear which combined with a dark-coloured coat. It leans more masculine and I mostly recommend it for over mature guys over 20 :D. The performance is moderate. Longevity is really good but it does not project very much that it is average. Overall: 8.7/10

On this ridiculously cold New England day I decide to go with something warming and delectable black phantom opens with some sweet rum mixed with coffee and dark chocolate. It drys into some Carmel almond vanilla and some sandle wood. At first I wasn’t the biggest fan of it until I wore it and it’s such a gentleman’s gourmand. Something dark and not like anything I’ve smelled before. The coffee mixed with dark chocolate gives it a whole Different vibe than most super sugary sweet gourmand’s. And the coffee isn’t in your face at all, it’s more like dark chocolate mocha up front with some nice Arabic coffee in the background. It’s addictive that’s for sure and the wife loves it so that’s a win!! This isn’t for everyone but I think the confident man that can pull This off people will remeber you from this scent profile in a good way.

Damn Kilian, why don't you just take all my money?? Sweet Jesus in the morn, this is gourmie heaven! I got a sample of this with a Kilian order and told the SA to surprise me. Gaaaaaaaah, I wish she hadn't included this one! I seriously wanted to eat my arm when I tested it. I agree, it's not a groundbreaking gourmand, but if you're a huge gourmie lover, do try it. I mean, what's not to love?? Boozy, chocolaty caramel, anyone? It smells kinda like a cross between TM's Angel, Escada's Magnetism (minus the green top notes) and TM's Pure Tonka. Simply delicious! Sillage and longevity are beast mode on this one, so go easy on the sprays. This lasted well over 10 hours on me with one spray. As for the price, yeah it's $$$$, but if you love it and it works for you, then indulge. Kilian is gonna have me in the poor house!

I blind bought this fragrance because I found a partial for a very good price. Honestly, I expected a much lighter, stereotypically sweet gourmand. In reality, Black Phantom is exactly as it sounds. It has a dark, rich, luxurious sweetness that has a surprising amount of depth. The best way to visualize this fragrance is a coffee date night in a dark, almost intimidating forest. The coffee is a very dark roast and paired with little squares of rich, high quality chocolate. I was very impressed by this gourmand, and I would certainly purchase again. In terms of the performance, I am not exactly qualified to give an answer. I’m absolutely terrible at determining the strength and longevity of a fragrance. Overall, I’d give this fragrance an honest 9/10. Signature scent worthy, but not the most blind but safe.

MY FAV PERFUME EVER. At first time I found out about this scent by accident, I was starting to get into perfume world and I was reading about perfumes which give mysterious vibe. I found out this scent in the perfume boutique, smelled it and that smelled AMAZING. I bought myself 2 ml of that and I’ve been using it for 4 years. Then I bought myself 50 ml original bottle from the perfume store. It’s really long lasting and even after washing my shirts the scent still stays on them. Perfect rum and chocolate notes are better noticeable at winter. It gives me vibes of “The Phantom of the Opera” , vampires and rich people, who spend their time in luxurious places, or sexy businesswoman which arrives on business meetings or courts.

This one right here is special being my first Killian, and I haven't turned back from it since. I had a sample and at first, this shit smelled like burning rubber tires. I didn't appreciate it at all at first sniff and began to hate this one. After a while of wearing it, I was slowly getting more drawn to it. The darkness of the pure rum note, the chocolate creeping up along with the almond giving it a nutty smell similar to smelling a chocolate bar with almonds inside. It's just one of those ones. If you're looking at picking up that goth girl you've got your eye on from time to time then this one is dark enough for her liking, trust me. 12+ hours of performance and amazing sillage on my skin. 10/10 and will be buying again.

Love this! But so interesting, the wide variation of opinions on this scent is crazy. Thankfully, I love it, but I get a definite...peanut butter? vibe that comes through upon first spritz. Very surprising but I like it. I know there's no true nut notes in it, but it may undoubtedly just be the magic of almond or even non-existent hazelnut. Someone below said it reminded them of sugar-free Nutella, and I can totally get what they're talking about. Overall it's rich and has some depth, but it's not insanely over the top like TF Black Orchid (which I have yet to wear, it's such a crazy powerful scent). Really well blended, this is going to be a much worn fragrance for me during the coming colder months!

Love at first sniff. This is one of my favorite fragrances. Incredible evolution on my skin. A veil of dark chocolate, rum, caramel and coffee. Is not a dark fragrance, so don't be mislead by its name. At least I don't consider it to be. Is a delicious gourmand that stays on my skin for a long period of time. I felt a nutty smell and a velvety texture instead of powdery. Simply delicious, well blended, elegant and unisex. Longevity 9/10 Sillage 7/10 Autumn/Winter Night. You could wear an unscented body lotion or a cocoa butter body cream to prepare the canvas that is your skin so the perfume lasts longer.

i remember i smelled this in airport dutyfree, I finished 9th grade and we were going to London with my teachers and classmates to olympiad and Daiiim I fell in LOVE. I grew up a bit but still Iam so in LOVE with this fragrance. Its like a girl that is 3-5 years older than you that is studying with you in one school, she is gorgeus, addictive, alluring, charming u wann come close to her and just stare at her beauty ). That type of scent. When I will have wife i will gift this perfume to her but also gonna wear it by myself. Absolutely fantastic smell!!!

I recently gave this second chance. Initially, I wasn’t sure about it when I first sprayed it on—not that I disliked it, but it didn’t immediately appeal to me. However, after having it for a good few months and revisiting it today, I’ve come to really appreciate it. The coffee note is very prominent right away, accompanied by a hint of caramel. At first, I found the scent a bit too sweet and overpowering, but that impression has softened over time. I’m glad I decided to give it another try, especially since it’s quite an expensive fragrance.
