Le Gant

One of the most pure and beautiful leather compositions on the market, this ultra luxe perfume is designed to evoke the aura of a glove makers workshop. The perfume opens with notes of saffron and lime, moves to a very brief heart of heliotrope and mimosa and settles on a long lasting base of dense leather with notes of amber, açaí berry, and musk. The unisex perfume has moderate to strong sillage and is beautifully blended. Very evocative of a beautiful lady or handsome man with gloves that also bear the scent of their cologne or perfume. Extremely indulgent in every possible way but devastatingly beautiful. Enjoy!

Wow! One of the most gorgeous leather composition out there, makes me wanna cry. I've heard from a lady working at Byredo that in November this year, Byredo will release EDP version of it and a few other perfume extracts they have - very excited!

A powdered, musky, almost almond-colored leather and with violet flower intonations. Nice

Opens with a very nice fruity/musky suede, but after 10min, all what I'm left with is a faint musky berry thing. Very soft. I agree with a previous reviewer: the drydown reminds me vaguely of Memo Italian Leather, but it's hard to tell given how subtle it is (4 sprays at a single point). Another rip-off by Byredo. Hard pass for me.

To me it smells like freshly moped one of the fancy hospital's of Mumbai at first blast. After it settles down smells more of leather perfumes by MEMO.It does have high oil concentrate as it leaves glossy film on your skin. longevity is good 5 hours. At this price point i will go for one of memo leather perfumes
