Guardian Angel

Sometimes, I am really sassy and I activate "basic b...." mode. There's a bit of that here, but so so so much more! (also, this can differ quite substantially from one person to another... bare with me) The sweet vanilla and coconut notes are so alluring, they bring you in, and on my skin they are almost overwhelming but not quite. Then the incense, myrth come forth but they are not alone, with the flowers in this perfume they come across as a warm, comforting hug. You feel ... at home, protected, safe, loved. It brings forth childhood memories. Perhaps this is why the name Guardian Angel is so befitting of the perfume. Throughout the day, I had the feeling I could no longer sense the perfume on me, but then would occasionally catch another glimpse of it and I would almost immediately put a smile on my face. I loved this perfume so much that I tried it on many of my friends and would lie to point something out: if you know yourself to have a harsher Ph, do test it out first. I had 2 friends who were very excited for the sweet notes but the Ph brought out more of the floral and amber notes in the perfume. Still smelled amazing but it's good to know this before.

This is how Laure Richis smelt to Grenouille. If you’ve read Perfume by Patrick Suskind, that’s the best way to describe this fragrance. It’s the essence of effortless femininity, which others feel rather than perceiving as a high-end perfume. Guardian Angel is hard to distinguish at arms length. Not because it’s weak or short-lived, but because so much of the composition blends seamlessly into your environment. As another reviewer said, it’s similar to Orto Parisi’s Seminalis. 5/5 Composition: well-blended, subtle, classy irrespective of tastes, office appropriate, unisex (presents feminine), lovely dry down. 4.5/5 Personal Preference: subtle realistic coconut note, beautiful complementary white musk, masterful incorporation of hidden neroli.

Got a sample of this when I bought Principalities and was completely blown away. Truly one of the most utterly beautiful things ive smelled. The coconut is so silky and beautiful and i love the incense dry down. Like the fanciest most luxurious hair conditioner imaginable. On my skin though the florals are so hypnotic and lush. The aura of this fragrance is that of the divine feminine. Sacred and powerful and the backbone of beauty. I gave my sample away to a friend and kind of regretted it now knowing that Cæleste doesn't ship to the USA anymore. Cæleste PLEASE ship to the usa again i would do anything.

Smells like Toskovat's Last Birthday Cake + Orto Parisi's Seminalis mixed

I cant even lie. I was fully expecting to fall in love with this, im a big lover of coconut and im absolutely obsessed with Principalities from this same brand so i was suuuuper looking forward to trying this but im actually pretty sad as this was disappointing. This really does remind me of Hypnorange Coreterno just without the orange. I absolutely love this brand and what its going for hence my high expectations for this fragrance however its just slightly odd. Its like sweet coconut milk surrounding this weird base of dryness and has a similar element to the fragrance i just compared it to which i was not a big fan of to begin with. I love White florals, Coconut, incense etc however maybe the vanilla is a bit too strong for my liking maybe giving the wrong impression when paired with the coconut. Girlfriend absolutely loves it and is currently obsessed so its clearly got a market damn

Caeleste A brand that is underwhelming for me sadly enough. But out of all 3 fragrances this is my number 1. After it dried a bit down, so the strong alcohol scent goes away, it blends in a nice vanilla, coconut, warm myrrh fragrance. I would suggest you to get the sample set first before blind buying " What is hard to do because it is sold out everywhere ". Nice longevity Great sillage But for me its overpriced for 30ml - 215$. 7/10

That guardian angel of yours has a coconut for a head, and his embrace is akin a boxing clinch. It's like I'm back to being a shy kid at some distant family gathering, snatched and hugged by a barely-known sweet-talking aunty-like relative, pressed to her large flabby chest and seated at her lap. I don't like it and I don't want it but I don't have a say at this kinship sabbat.

Influenced by a wanna-be INSTAGRAM influencer....I bought the Caeleste 3rd Order Discovery box. It's a first class presentation....beautiful slip case, gatefold opening, stand-up vials. Perfect. I'll be brief (there are enough long-winded reviews). I'm not crazy about *ARCHANGELS* (waaay too bitter); *PRINCIPALITIES* is just....weird. (I really get the reviewers that say it smells like Pepper Jack Cheese.); My final hope was *GUARDIAN ANGEL*. I like many of Chris Maurice's creations (shout-out to Sarah Baker's wonderful *PEACH'S REVENGE*). Of the three...I like *GUARDIAN ANGEL* the most, to my nose....it smells like....PlayDoh. So....for me (and my nose) CAELESTE is a fail.

As it settles in, it gets cosier, thanks to soft musks, coconut milk, and a hint of vanilla. Towards the end, it turns beautifully mysterious with incense, myrrh, and amber, giving you this calm, peaceful vibe. If you’re looking for a fragrance that feels both uplifting and grounding, Guardian Angel could be a great choice. Perfect for those moments when you just want to feel relaxed yet shrouded in a complex and interesting scent. It’s a win for me!

Notes of coconut milk and musk create a sense of safety, while the warmth of the sun spreads over my skin. I first put this and was like “oh wow”. This is lovely. I get the coconut, vanilla Smokey start. The Tonka shows a little bit later. So far, this is pretty amazing. I shall update after it dries down a bit

I have a 5mL sample of this that I barely use since I don’t want to run out of it. I decided to wear it on a rainy day and applied only ONE spray to my chest. Man this stuff is strong.
