Les Fleur Rouges

One of my favourite from this brand. In my country, there is a herbal extracts use for enhance flavour of drinking water called "Utaitip Herbal Thirst Quencher" which made of rose and other herbs. It is popular among older people. Funny that Les Fleur Rouges opens with that exactly Utaitip smell lol. And it's not a bad thing since Utaitip smells good, likes rose water with green+earthy herbs. Later it becomes jammy rose smell which I really enjoy. Sillage is OK but longevity is amazing. Stays on my scarf for days. Immediately ordered a full bottle after trying sample. I regret for not having a back up bottle of this because I'm not sure if this brand is still in business. Their Facebook and IG was not active since 2019. 😢

Les Fleurs Rouges is one of the most innovative perfumes I've smelled in a long time. The focus is not on flowers but on the tart, jammy fruits. It is like real plum-raspberry jam with a touch of spice. Though fruity it is also mature and slightly dark, with the allure of red roses. I can see the connection with Turkish delight, though with all the flavors enhanced. The notes are so well blended, with a buttery smoothness. There are no rough edges. Unlike most gourmands it is very wearable. It's also quite potent, though not overbearing.
