Eternity Air For Women

Eternity Air was my first proper introduction to the Eternity line, I first smelt it when it launched in Boots during a perfume hunt for a more fresher scent during a really hot spell of weather we had when I still lived in Edinburgh, I was enchanted by its breezy citrus notes, but it was out of my budget at the time, fast forward December of that same year, and I managed to nab a 100ml bottle that was on offer! I then purchased the OG Eternity and Eternity moment. Eternity Air is to my nose, at least, a different take on the usual citrussy/sporty type of scent offered by some houses, it has a distinct, freshness that I've not experienced in anything else, I feel this may be the black currant mingling with the grapefruit and the ozonic notes, I can understand the similarities between this and Light Blue, but they aren't identical, this is more cold, fresh and clean where as Light Blue smells like iced lemonade, to me at least The notes which stand out to me the most are the grapefruit, black currant, ozonic accord and cedar wood; its a very casual scent which is perfectly suited to, summer wear but also for general day to day wear, its inoffensive and stays relatively close to skin. Longevity is good, like with most of the Eternity line I can get about 7-8 hours of wear, the silage with Air is quite close to skin, but its still noticeable. I would repurchase, I think this is an excellent staple fragrance, its fresh, clean and very youthful, as long as it doesnt become discontinued, I'll repurchase it!

This is one of those that I immediately loved as soon as I opened the bottle. To me the smell never changes. What it smells like in the bottle is what it smells like when I put it on my skin, and that is what it smells like for the rest of the day, and it lasts ALL DAY. Some people may not like that, because maybe that means it isn’t very complex, idk. I also can’t easily describe what it actually smells like. It doesn’t have that nauseating, alcohol, harsh-chemical and headache-inducing aspect to me. That’s something I can’t stand in perfumes, because it makes me feel physically ill. I’ll admit that’s a little surprising considering that the strongest note, the part that I like, isn’t something I can easily place as being “found in nature.” I agree with ozonic (I think that’s the hard-to-place note) and fresh, even a little bit of peony/floral. I do not smell any wood or fruit, but then again, I’m not an expert. The bottle I have was a gift from a friend. I’m glad she gave it to me because I don’t think I would have found this scent otherwise. I never see Air in any store, only the regular Eternity (and that one doesn’t do it for me). It is a contender for my “signature scent.” I’m still hunting my “white whale,” but I wear this one a lot in the meantime.

I tried this in the magazine. Just a flap ya lift and...I GOTTA have this. It's like Infusion D'Iris for me. Just a tiny sniff is enough to know it's best for me to have a bottle. Price is a bit much, but I will be patient. I'm falling in love with Calvin Klein perfumes. Feb 2019 I now own this! I was patient enough! So so wonderful to me! I have the gift set with a 3.4 ounce and 1 ounce bottle. I agree with all the rave reviews! I tend to pick up mostly the pear and black currant in the best possible way. Absolutely no cat pee, not even an instant thought. It has the sensation of pine needles, without the pine! Of course I've worn this already, during blizzard conditions, and it's just FINE in the winter. Seems to be a little more "bathy" clean instead of "fresh" clean like in summer. I'll use mine during this summer because I like freshy over bathy! Thank you Calvin "Kleiny"!

Love at first sniff! Listen, there is something completely transforming when smelling a fresh, clean scent such as Eternity Air. This fragrance is an early morning Yoga session on a back patio in Los Angeles. Birds are chirping, the grass is glistening with dew, the air is crisp, and you just know it's going to be a great day. To my nose, it also layers well with Pleats Please L'eau by Issey Miyake - this combo also gave me a little more longevity. As others have mentioned, it's far from beast mode but the few hours it sticks around is pure heaven. It's also a fragrance that makes people want to be a little more close to you. When I was testing this fragrance, my partner complimented me three times (this never happens btw lol) and the third time said "what are you wearing? It smells so good." Icing on the cake!

This is a very casual, clean fragrance. I picture myself walking near a seashore wearing flip-flops, fisherman jeans and a cotton white T-shirt... under a scorching sun, eating/drinking a grapefruit sorbet. I can smell the ocean breeze in this one (due to the ozonic notes and ambergirs) and the grapefruit, the flowery notes are very present giving it a pleasant somewhat sweet smell. Yes, I like this perfume, it is unisex no doubt, very similar though to Bombshell by VS and Aqua Kiss mist by VS but with better sillage and longevity. By no means monster status. Very strong upon initial spray, yet dries down to a soft ozonic, zesty, musky skin scent. Not very sweet. I find this one not even close to similar to D&G Light Blue or Light Blue Intense. 9/10

Ugh. I hate that I'm obsessed with this. I had low expectations after picking it up at Marshalls last autumn, only for it to become one of my all-time favorites. The bottle just looks so tacky on my dresser 😭 if it was a clear glass it would be fine. The scent itself is so beautifully fresh, ozonic, green, aquatic, fruity and floral. Strikes a perfect balance between sweet and botanical, watery and ozone. Happy it's affordable, as you can douse yourself in this without overdoing it. It's quite light and inoffensive imo

This smells like your typical nice feminine aquatic scents. It is perfect for when you just want to chill and relax on a hot summer day. It has the CK dna that I am very familiar with. It doesn’t really smell like Light blue in my nose but I can also see why some would compare it to DnG. This is a great scent, but honestly I am more wowed with Cabotine eau vivide! That one is just loooove! That one has more ooomph for me. But I also really like this one so yeah I am very happy to have both in my collection.

CK Eternity air.. This gem is summer perfection and is I believe is the best alternative to the overhyped DG LB or DGLBI which give me an unsettling toxic cleaning product vibe. Air has the refreshing quality that I crave in southern summer heat. If feel like I am sitting on the balcony by the sea, the wind is blowing salty air with a hint of tropical fruit trees nearby as I take a big gulp from an cold glass of water. AHHH. Air is also a complement getter from men and women and I hope I can always find it.

Yet another of my blind buys, but a very good one.. When reading the notes, I was 98% sure I'd like Eternity Air. I was right. It's a very fresh and airy scent, just as one would imagine. Citrus, some floral and fruity notes in the background. Very ozonic indeed, like a bright summer day. Easy to wear and an excellent day scent for warmer weather. The only conn for me is the longevity. I have to spray many times during the day if I want the scent to last and not become a barely there skin scent.

smells like the big blue bath bomb from lush little sister's favorite, I can tell I'll wear it more in the summer bc it doesn't quite go with the cold of winter. The minute I sprayed I immediately burst into her room, bc that bath bomb is her absolute favorite. If you like that bath bomb (or any bath bomb from lush) you'll probably love this bc the scent just screams "bath bomb" the sillage must be good bc my professor shouted "someone's wearing some really good perfume"

Ethereal, light, zesty and airy, yet not boring in any way. Floral and citrusy notes blend well together creating a very pleasant harmony that lingers on all day long. I'm into fresh and casual scents so this is definitely right up my alley (and anyone else's with similar taste). Amazing longevity, you don't need to spray this on like crazy to acquire a long-lasting whiff. One of my top summer fragrances!

This is such a great spring/summer perfume. I love this Eternity Air more than the original Eternity. Its so light, fresh, and airy. The lily of the valley and the grapefruit notes come out so beautifully. Its a great "office" smell. This perfume is easy to layer, especially with more aquatic notes. I would wear this either on a picnic, or by the pool.

I get the comparisons to light blue but this is SO much better. There is something in light blue that burns my nose. This is light and fresh and perfect for hot days. The drydown for me is lovely, it is a fresh ocean scent with some floral on it. I get a lot of longevity out of this. One application in the morning lasts all day and has 2-3 ft sillage.

I bought a daughter as a present. Gentle, airy, light, fresh. Quite a bit of tender citrus in the end ... For me, it's more like spring, time of action, change and hope. I fell in love with this fragrance myself)))) It's impossible to resist. In general, I'm going to buy myself)

Great great fragrance! A total dupe of Eclat D’arpage! Nothing not to love about it! Beautiful fresh airy ozonüc scent geeat for spring and summer! Do not hesştate to buy it if you like airy fresh fragrances.

..but this is lovely! Crisp and flowery freshness, with peony just sharpened by blackcurrant’s bitterness, plus some ozonic lightness. Lovely, just lovely! I’m going to smell whole summer with this 😎

This is basically, Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Intense without the white sugar. There's more grapefruit in the mid and dry down. Much stronger than D&G Light Blue Intense.

Smells exactly like versace man eau fresh. I LOVE ITTTTTT!! perfect, light and inoffensive for the summer. Fruity, sweet, fresh and cooling :)

Gosh, this is my dream summer fragrance. I'm obsessed. I really wish it lasted long on me. But if you don't mind a more subtle kind of skin scent - this might be perfect for you. It's light, airy, delicate and pretty. It's summer in a bottle, for me - without being 'tropical' (this has no coconut, vanilla etc). The blackcurrant and grapefruit combine to make the most beautiful scent. Juicy, citrusy, airy, and sweet (in a really fresh and pretty way). The peony makes it really soft, clean and pretty - without even a hint of soapiness. The dry down is slightly warm (with the amber and musk) while somehow still being fresh and clean. I continue to get the opening notes in the dry down, which I love. This scent reminds me of a hot, humid, summer day at the beach, with a blissful cool breeze hitting my skin. It reminds me of a calm walk in a Japanese garden on an early summer morning. It's citrusy and bright without being masculine. It's addicting, pretty, light and airy. There's also something calming and zen about it, despite it being youthful and uplifting. Isn't that crazy? It's so good. It's definitely a crowd pleaser. It's so inoffensive, simple and perfect. Projection: Close to the skin. Intimate. Subtle. Stronger on my clothes with some over-spraying. Lasting Power: 2-3 hours on my skin, after which you'll have to re-apply. An hour longer on my clothes. Overall rating: 4/5 - IF this had better projection and lasting, it'd easily be a 5/5. If you don't really care about a perfume having good projection and being long lasting - then this is perfect for you. If you don't mind re-applying, then you could probably make this work. For my own desire for a nice, long lasting perfume which projects decently - this doesn't do the trick. But the scent is heavenly and I'd change nothing about it, so it gets a 4 for that :)

Winter test for eternity air. First impression: sherbetty, fruitsy, some ck DNA I suppose just because it’s not a blind test. Second after an hour or so: sherbetty herby fresh, gentle woodsy balance, ‘air’ I suppose... for comparison last years eternity the one with the yellow and blue bottle was far more woodsy and sparkling fresh watery with a floral or fruitsy edge. I don’t think the name is very apt in this case. This isn’t a string fragrance, if you’re after some creamier floral fresh options try other bottles in the ck ‘beauty’ line. Fresh and delightful, I am bias as I very much enjoy using ck offerings for daily wear. Ooh, edit: if this smelled like Glade room spray in the Ocean Mist scent I would be one happy woman. Since it’s named ‘air’... they’re both kinda ‘blue’ scents to me!

I'm surprised that Eternity Air has been described as light, airy, demure and restrained. I find it to be an unapologetically in-your-face, bright, extremely tart citrus with some fresh, wet green, as from the inner parts of cattail stalks or green twigs. Are testers stronger than bottles for purchase? Because I've been wearing it for 3 hours now (2 sprays) and it's not slowing down, lol. Also, I got a compliment from a fellow shopper who wasn't even near me, so it must project. I totally get the grapefruit and black currant, some cedar, peony, and white musk, but none of the other notes, not even ozone. Eternity Air reminds me a lot of Mistral Sparkling Peony, more so than Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue or Moschino I Love Love, but if you like any of the above, I think you would like this.

I bought this super cheap at TJMaxx and I obviously assumed it's a fresh, ozonic fragrance. At first spray, I immediately had regrets because it was *just like* D&G Light Blue. I do not like light blue. At all. It just smells like cleaner on me. It's so harsh. However, after it dries down, it's not like Light Blue anymore. It's so much nicer. I can easily see wearing this all summer. It's clean, it's refreshing, it's light, it's beautiful. I can't believe I've not seen much about this scent. I feel like CK scents are underrated for being such a popular name. People think it's cheap or something? I don't know. I like them a lot. I don't expect freshies to last a long time, but this is still giving strong projection 2 hours later. I'll have to see how long I can get out of it.

I know some versions of Eternity and in my opinion this was the best one. I don't like ozonic and aldehyde parfums but this one is special. I can't describe the notes, really i don't know even another parfum like this one, altought some people say LightBlue or Incanto or the others which i know them too, i can say they are only identic in the freshness, because there is no perfume like this one. It's unique! It makes me think of a grassfield on a fresh morning on spring, i think about green and blue and drops of water on the spiders webs, a green leaf of lemon that falls from the tree, and liberty, positivity. Everything is good and is going to be good.

Easy pulling scent on a hot humid day. Smells clean, not a favorite by any means but I like it. Could def wear year around but leans more summer and spring in my opinion. Not a beast mode, moderate projection to moderate sillage. I feel it doesn't perform that well on my skin but it does okay. Pleasant scent that is unisex to me as it's a freshie. It's not overly feminine leaning to my nose. But it's def not a masculine scent either. I feel it's in the middle or could lean feminine. Good pick up. It's one of my freshies for Florida heat

For me thisis a winter freshie, the warm weather condenses the acidic notes a bit too much. Winter lets them breathe. Yeah first spray i thought dg light blue... but as i was saying that, i thought no, not as complex as L.B. This is more green, more flat (not in a bad way) not as zingy as L.B. This has the overall eternity summer feel, but not the synthetic bitter fresh dry down. An easy reach. Airy, fresh, smooth, bit green, i prefer it in winter on a clear day

Quite unisex, as someone mentioned it does remind of versace man eau fresh. The initial feel is that it's a nice smell, but nothing unique. My wife said that her first impression is — that's my conditioner's smell (Tresume). The thing it that I was expecting something like this, so I think it's just right — subtle, simple and just a nice smell that don't push you into some unexpected memories or feelings. Calm

I like ozonic and aquatic fragrances, so this is my type of scent. Unfortunately very poor longivity on me 😭 which is so unlike the for the "eternity" family. I also have the Reflections which smells purely pear . Both have nothing to do with the original which I wore in the 90s and lasted for more than a day. No I can't even smell the original, soooo sweet for me I can't bear it.

I don't think it smells like Light Blue at all but I can see why others might have that comparison. This scent is light and airy with a little citrus that makes it nice and fresh. This reminds me of a soap, I can't place what brand but it has that fresh out of the shower smell. Definitely a warm weather scent and totally unisex. In fact I would probably love this scent on my SO.

Safe blind buy. Ozonic, fresh, rain with a fruity opening. Late 1990s feel, though this came out in 2018. It doesn’t last long, maybe a couple hours - but the price is right, so if you want more, just spray away. It reminds me a lot of Shi by Alfred Sung (except this is a lot sweeter). Edit: Someone mentioned this is a good dupe for Oribe Cote D Azure and it sure is!!!

It's like you just opened a window in the winter and your neighbor is running the dryer so you smell the clean laundry from their vent. Cold, static-y, green and clean. Certainly not awful and I can see this being great for a spring morning walk or after-shower scent. This scent is very similar to Anna Sui's Fantasia for me, but Fantasia is a sweeter green floral.

Beautiful fresh, almost tea like!, its honestly such a beautiful perfume. It does not project very long, but it's like having a shower with grapefruit and musk! it reminds me of the type of freshness that you get with DG blue, but just different in terms of this is more feminine! I'll be buying this as my summer scent!! Beautiful!!

I'm a sucker for a fresh, airy, ozonic scent; unfortunately, on me, this isn't one. The cedar initially overwhelms any of the other notes, making the scent overly masculine. Eventually, the cedar eases down and I can then smell the grapefruit and peony, with a unisex vibe. It's not bad but I wouldn't buy another bottle.

Air Second review Winter test I detect the lemonyness that dg light blue has, not the same scent tho. It’s sharper than last time, slight herbyness very slight, fresh, citrusy, doesn’t feel floral to me. Nice tho. I’ve got light blue, and an Anna suit which is similar so I won’t buy. I do like ck a lot tho

At first spray, it smells exactly D&G Light Blue. As it settles, the grapefruit comes to the forefront. It settles as a light, airy scent that reminds me of clean laundry. It is appropriately named AIR. I really like this fragrance.

This is worth the name Air. It's so airy, that the airy notes are the most dominant notes. I sense only a hint of grapefruit, lily of the valley and peony. A very nice, shower fresh scent, that would be great for summer or sports.

Lovely summer/spring frag. To my nose it is very similar to Envy me by Gucci. I don't see it really as a Light Blue dupe, maybe the opening a bit. It's such a happy scent, and I get compliments whenever I wear it.

Also I blindbought a bottle and i ́m not sure what I think. I get a strong scent of cucumber. At first. Then maybe something sweet. Melon? It is okay for a reasonable price. It fits both men and women.

Soapy floral fragrance. Very safe to use. As a guy, I won't say that this is unisex fragrance. For me it smells more feminine. I love it more than D&G Light blue. My rating: 6/10

Very crisp, clean with lots of citrus. Gives off a very similar vibe to Light Blue. It's nice but if you already have Light Blue you probably won't need this.

Smells like a non-sweet version of Moschino I Love Love. I'm enjoying all the citrus notes.

Oh, man. This one is a huge disappointment for me because I had SUCH high hopes. This is a scent I was SURE I'd love, one I've had on my "want" list for so long that I finally caved and decided to blind buy. Thanks to this and another perfume I've tried today, I officially know lily of the valley is on my "notes to stay away from" list. I think I would like this scent without it, but it's hard to even tell because the LOTV turns this into a total soap bomb. I can't enjoy any of the fruity or ozonic notes because they are just drenched in soapiness. Definitely much more powdery (kind of a fresh linen type scent) than I expected from reading the notes. I wouldn't say I outright dislike it, but I never would've purchased it if I'd smelled it first, and definitely won't be keeping it. Still, I can definitely see how others like it (especially since I'm sure not everyone is as sensitive to LOTV as I seem to be 😅), and I wouldn't be upset smelling it on someone else! (also, I have to ask: HOW is Light Blue the top scent in the "reminds me of" category?? I swear they smell nothing alike. I'm not just saying this because I'm a diehard LB fan, I honestly just do not understand the comparison AT ALL 😭)

This is more of a sensation than a scent. It really feels like a cool breeze. Unfortunately, that is all I get from this fragrance. Pure synthetic ozone, nothing more. Still, I might keep the mini that I have to boost/accent other scents similarly to molecular fragrances. I can't do scents like JHAG or anything with strong aroma-chemicals like Cetalox or ISO E Super. I suspect that this one contains Ambroxan but I think I might be able to tolerate it. Edit - I layered it today with Moschino's I Love Love. Tomorrow I will try it with Funny. It actually reminds me quite a bit of Funny come to think of it but with fewer discernible notes. Edit#2 - I gave it away to DD. I really get nothing other than that ozonic note and it comes off as smelling like that chemical afterburn that you sometimes get with mens' colognes. I think it's just how my nose interprets the aroma-chemicals that are in this fragrance. On DD it actually smells really nice! I get the fruit and flowers whereas on me it was all ozone..

Generic Light Blue/Éclat d'Arpège vibe. A little sweeter than Light Blue and Éclat d'Arpège, but also lighter. These three could have been re-bottled and re-released as a same collection by the same brand and no one would be able to tell that they don't belong together. Definitely doesn't smell like a breeze from the Garden of Eden! I don't even get the 'airy' vibe; instead, I got a beachy (but not salty) vibe, like sipping lemon cocktail by the beach. Citrusy, yes, but not my vibe of citrus. It smells like a completely generic feminine summer cologne. The good thing about it is it doesn't have salt. I get no ozonic notes. Sometimes I wonder if that's just listed there to lure the potential buyers. Glad I didn't blind buy it. Where I live, this is sold at $75, so I try my best never to blind buy perfumes.

I am enjoying this frag....as a body spray. For a $20 blind buy I think thats a fairly good deal. It’s very light on my skin. I get alot of grapefruit and a bit of the peony. It’s light and “airy” as marketed. I do wish for some of the base notes to come through and round it out, but they are nowhere to be found. Maybe a tiny bit of musk if I stretch for it. Nice as a light scent to run errands when I am feeling non-committal (due to the longevity and the meh scent). I agree with 90sbanana that it smells a bit cheap. Would I purchase again...no. (UPDATE: I gave this away to a friend so it has a happier home and is much busier than sitting on my shelf unused.)

I got an 8ml sample of this with my scentaddict subscription this month. It's nice and inoffensive, it doesn't smell like a cheap bodyspray or another fragrance ( I'm puzzled by reviews saying it smells like Light Blue- they are nothing alike whatsoever, LB is loud and vibrant, Air is soft and light ). I like it, I mostly get the peony and blackcurrant and it is, unsurprisingly, very airy and light. Unfortunately within 30 minutes it's gone without trace no matter how much you spray it. Even on clothes it just disappears. Won't be purchasing a full bottle for that reason.

I purchased this because lots of people comparing it to D&G Light Blue, but no, it’s not similar at all. Yes they’re both aquatic, but that’s it. This smells EXACTLY like Salvatore Ferragamo Inancto Shine which I use to own but got rid of. It also smells very similar to Victorias Secret Bombshell & Versace Eau Fraiche for men. It smells too generic. Also, the projection & lasting power are so weak, I have to literally sniff where I sprayed to smell it. No wonder you can find it so cheap online. It’s a no for me.

It’s light and fresh. I think it’s okay, but nothing special. Nothing about it really excites me.
